摘要
"00后"大学生群体的代际特征主要表现为思想开放,个性张扬,自我意识较强;思维活跃,喜欢新鲜事物,网络依赖性较强;善于学习,视野开阔,处世方式理性化;富有挑战精神,具体竞争意识,价值取向复杂多元。"00后"大学生群体的代际特征为高校思想政治教育的不断创新提供了机遇,但该类群体在思想政治领域存在目标异化、知行脱节、价值观偏移和情绪偏激等风险。加强"00后"大学生群体思想政治教育,需要弘扬主流价值,强化社会主义核心价值观教育;坚持协同推进,实现法治教育与道德教育有效耦合;创新教育方式,用多元、生动的手段来感染学生;强化知行合一,构建知行转化评估与奖惩机制;加强心理健康教育,抵御情绪偏激风险。
The intergenerational characteristics of the "post-00"college student group are mainly characterized by open-mindedness,open personality,strong self-awareness;active thinking,like new things,strong network dependence;good at learning,broad vision,rationalization of the way of life;Full of challenging spirit,specific competition consciousness,complex and diverse value orientation.The intergenerational characteristics of the "post-00" college student group provide rare opportunities for the continuous innovation of ideological and political work in universities.At the same time,they also face contingent risks such as goal alienation,disjointed knowledge,deviated values,and extreme emotions.Strengthening the education and guidance of the post-00 college students needs to promote the mainstream values and strengthen the education of socialist core values;adhere to the coordinated advancement to achieve the integration of rule of law education and moral education;innovate education methods,and use diverse and vivid means to infect students;strengthen knowledge and behavior Unify,build a mechanism for the evaluation and reward of punishment for transforming knowledge and action;strengthen mental health education to resist the risk of emotional extremes.
