摘要
牙槽骨结构的完整性是正畸治疗的基础,天然存在的骨开窗、骨开裂等将会影响正畸治疗的效果,锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)的应用,实现了对牙槽骨形态及牙-骨关系进行定量检查和分析的可能。现对骨开窗骨开裂的研究现状以及CBCT在骨开窗、骨开裂的检查方面的应用现状做一综述,从而更好地指导临床正畸诊疗工作。
The integrity of alveolar bone structure is the basis of orthodontic treatment.Natural existing fenestration and dehiscence will affect orthodontic treatment.The application of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)realizes the possibility of quantitative examination of alveolar bone morphology and analysis of tooth-bone relationship.This paper reviewed the research status of fenestration and dehiscence,and application status of CBCT in the detection of fenestration and dehiscence,so as to better guide the orthodontic clinical diagnosis and treatment work.
