伸臂桁架方-圆钢管混凝土柱转换节点性能试验研究 被引量:5

Experimental study on performance of square-circular concrete-filled steel tube column transfer joints in outrigger truss

摘要 超高层建筑中伸臂桁架的转换节点形式复杂,传力机制不够明确,为此,以某超高层结构伸臂桁架的方-圆钢管混凝土柱转换节点为研究对象,设计并制作了1个缩尺比例为1∶4的转换节点试件,对其进行设防地震及超罕遇地震作用对应构件水平力作用下的拟静力试验研究,以验证转换节点设计的合理性与可靠性。试验结果表明,设防地震作用对应构件水平力作用下,伸臂桁架整体有良好的承载能力,转换节点能有效协调伸臂桁架的受力。在3倍的设防地震作用对应构件水平力作用下,伸臂桁架的破坏模式为上弦上翼缘与圆钢管混凝土柱环向加劲肋焊缝撕裂、斜腹杆与上弦下翼缘的焊缝撕裂破坏,转换节点自身保持完好,表明转换节点具备抵抗超罕遇地震作用的能力。最后根据试验结果,优化构件的连接构造形式以防止焊缝出现撕裂,供设计参考。 The form of transfer joints in the outrigger truss of the super high-rise buildings is complex,and the force transmission mechanism is not clear enough.Therefore,to investigate the transfer joints between square and circular concrete-filled tubular steel columns of a super high-rise structure,a series of specimens were designed and fabricated on the scale of 1∶4.Fortification and extremely rare seismic loads were applied to check the reliability and reasonability of the design.According to the results,the resistance capacity of the integral truss is well satisfied under the effect of design earthquake.Under the extremely rare earthquake(3 times of design earthquake),the critical damage mode is that the weld joints between the top flanges of upper chords and the circular ribs of circular concrete-filled tubular steel columns are broken off and the tearing failure of the welds of the webs and the top flanges of upper chords occurs.In addition,the resistance capacity of these joints can sustain the effect of the extremely rare earthquake.Based on test results,the form of joint was optimized to avoid the tearing failure of welds for the reference of designers.
