摘要
网约车作为一种新型的移动出行方式,随着互联网技术的快速发展在我国增长迅速。对网约车的监管体系及监管技术应用进行分析发现,在监管数据接入程度、经营规范性审核力度、监管渠道等方面存在问题。在技术治理视角下,我国网约车监管应以科技为手段,通过加强政企监管互动、建立平台内部监管体系、开放多主体协同监管渠道等方面,提升网约车监管效能。
As a new type of booking mobile travel mode,online car-hailing is growing rapidly in China with the rapid development of Internet technology.Through the analysis of its supervision system and application of supervision technology,we find that there are some problems in the degree of supervision data access,the audit strength of normal operations,supervision channels and other aspects.From the perspective of technical governance,China’s online carhailing supervision should take technology as a means to improve the efficiency of online car-hailing supervision by strengthening the interaction between government and enterprise supervision,establishing the internal supervision system of the platform,and opening the multi-agent collaborative supervision channels.
