摘要
在发展经济和节能减排双重驱动下,提高能源利用效率显得尤为重要。鉴于此,文章基于至强有效前沿最近距离模型,对中国能源动态利用效率进行评价,深入挖掘省际能源投入产出存在的不足,并分析省际能源全要素生产率的时间序列特征、空间异质性和增长模式。最后,从绿色低碳发展、资源优化配置和技术转化效率3个方面提出可行性建议。
Driven by the dual drive of economic development and energy conservation and emission reduction,it is particularly important to improve energy efficiency.In view of this,the article uses the MinDS-UM index based on the MinDS-U-DEA model to evaluate China’s energy dynamic utilization efficiency,in-depth excavation of inter-provincial energy input and output deficiencies and influencing factors,and analysis of inter-provincial energy Time series characteristics of productivity,spatial heterogeneity and growth patterns.Finally,it puts forward feasibility suggestions from three aspects of green and low-carbon development,resource optimization allocation and technology conversion efficiency.
