摘要
2020年,突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情使整个社会陷入危机,我国基础教育改革发展在困境中有序推进,全面完成了"十三五"教育发展规划的各项任务。为抗击疫情而采取的"停课不停学"政策及其实践,助推大规模在线学习,为疫情中的世界教育凝练了中国经验;推进学前教育普及普惠发展,基本实现义务教育有保障,加快普及高中攻坚计划,全力打赢教育脱贫攻坚战;加强学校思想政治教育、推进课程教材建设与教学改革、加快学校体育美育和劳动教育,优化德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系;推进师德师风建设,创新教师教育发展模式,加强乡村教师发展,打造高素质专业化创新型教师队伍;激发中小学办学活力、规范校外培训、完善教育督导体制机制建设,推进教育治理现代化建设。
In 2020,the sudden outbreak of"COVID-19"brought the whole society into crisis,while the reform and development of elementary education were orderly promoted,and the"13 th Fiveyear Plan"for education development were fully completed.In order to fight against the epidemic,the policy of"maintaining undisrupted learning"facilitated large-scale online learning and provided Chinese experience for all over world.We should promote universal and inclusive of pre-school education,basically achieve compulsory education for all,promote popularizing senior high school,and eventually achieve the great success in the fight against poverty in the field of education.In addition,we should strengthen the ideological and political education,promote the construction of curriculum and teaching materials and teaching reform,speed up the physical,aesthetic and labor education,and optimize our education system for the comprehensive cultivation of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor development.Meanwhile,to build a high-quality professional and innovative teaching team,the government strives to promote the construction of teacher’s ethics,reform the development model of teacher education,and pay more attention to the development of rural teachers.Lastly,we should stimulate the vitality of primary and secondary schools,regulate out-of-school training,improve the construction of education supervision system and mechanism,and promote the modernization of education governance.
