摘要
肾气丸作为千古名方,为历代医家推崇。以往医家应用本方的经验多以单方为基础进行药物加减。随着临床病证日趋复杂,临床医家逐渐形成"疑难杂症用合方"的共识。贾春华教授既是合方的倡导者,又是临床应用合方的践行者,临床善用合方治疗多种疑难杂症。本文以肾气丸为案例,简要介绍贾春华教授于不同疾病场景下应用肾气丸类合方治疗杂病的经验,分别是:中风恢复期和后遗症期—肾气丸合补阳还五汤、抵当汤加减;痹病—肾气丸合黄芪桂枝五物汤、独活寄生汤加减;腰痛—肾气丸合立安丸加减;生殖系统疾病—肾气丸合四妙丸、桂枝茯苓丸、五子衍宗丸等加减;肾气丸合自制通关平格汤、真武汤加减治疗水肿等。
As a famous prescription,Shenqi pill has been widely used by doctors in past dynasties.In the past,doctors’experience in the application of this prescription was mostly based on monotherapy for drug addition and subtraction.With the increasing complexity of clinical diseases and syndromes,physicians have gradually formed the consensus of"compound prescriptions for multiple diseases".Professor Jia chunhua is not only the advocate of compound prescription,but also the practitioner of clinical application of it.Taking compound Shenqi pill as an example,this paper briefly introduces professor Jia’s experience in treating multiple diseases with Shenqi pill compound under different disease scenarios.Arthralgia syndrome-Shenqi pill combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction and Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus or minus;Lumbago-addition and reduction of Shenqi pill and lian pill;Reproductive system diseasesShenqi pill,Simiao pill,Guizhi Fuling pill,Wuzi Yanzong pill,etc.Shenqi pill combined with Tongguan Pingge decoction and Zhenwu decoction for treatment of edema.
