摘要
目的:探讨芍药甘草汤加味治疗丛集性头痛的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年1月收治的38例丛集性头痛患者,随机分为两组,各19例。对照组给予苯甲酸利扎曲普坦片治疗,研究组给予芍药甘草汤加味治疗。比较两组临床效果、疼痛评分、头痛次数、丛集期发作次数。结果:研究组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组VAS评分、头痛次数、丛集期发作次数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丛集性头痛采用芍药甘草汤加味治疗,治愈率有显著提高,生理上病痛有明显减轻,发作频率减少,有助于改善预后,有推广价值。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on cluster headache.Methods:A total of 38 patients with cluster headache from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with rizatriptan benzoate tablets,and the study group was treated with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction.The clinical effects,pain score,number of headaches,and number of episodes in the cluster phase were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score,number of headaches,and number of cluster attacks in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cluster headache patients with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction can significantly improve the cure rate of the patients,significantly reduce the physical pain,reduce the frequency of attacks or even block them,which can help improve the prognosis of patients,and has the value of promotion and application.
