峰峰集团所属不同类型企业考核体系的优化措施

摘要 在当前新的经济形势下,在国家能源发展战略的指引下,煤炭企业规模不断扩大,形成了一批以煤炭为基础,多行业、多板块共同发展的格局。面对新型煤炭集团与传统煤炭集团管理的差异变化,如何加快推进管理模式的转型,强化集团管控,推进集团所属各类企业协同快速发展,成为新型煤炭集团发展的重要挑战。业绩目标绩效考核是作为煤炭企业集团对下属各类型企业管理的重要手段,是企业战略发展的重要环节。以企业集团整体战略发展为导向,加强对所属企业的业绩目标考核,科学制定考核政策,激励不同类型企业快速发展,促进集团效益最大化,是当前煤炭企业集团发展的重要课题。 Currently,under the new economic situation and the guidance of the national energy development strategy,the scale of coal enterprises is constantly expanding,forming a pattern based on coal,with multiple industries and sectors developing together.Facing the differences and changes in management between the new coal group and the traditional coal group,how to accelerate the transformation of management mode,strengthen group control,and promote the coordinated and rapid development of various types of enterprises under the group has become an important challenge for the development of the new coal group.Performance target performance evaluation is an important means for coal enterprise groups to manage various types of subordinate enterprises,and is an important link in the strategic development of enterprises.Guided by the overall strategic development of enterprise groups,strengthening the performance target assessment of affiliated enterprises,scientifically formulating assessment policies,stimulating the rapid development of different types of enterprises,and promoting the maximization of group benefits are important issues for the current development of coal enterprise groups.
