摘要
随着城市化进程的加快和机动化水平的提高,城市道路的交通构成发生了巨大变化。同时人们生活水平的提高,对道路的步行、休闲功能提出了更高的要求。另外昆明最新的发展目标要求打造与区域性国际化中心城市地位相匹配的城市道路绿化景观,把昆明建设成为个性鲜明、底蕴深厚、品质卓越、令人向往的宜居宜业魅力家园,对城市道路环境提出了更高要求,并且有相应绿化指标。而现行的道路规划红线以及横断面形式已不能很好的适应这种需求。在结合昆明地方绿化标准的基础上,确定交通功能相同的道路红线宽度及标准横断面各构成要素的宽度。
With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of motorized level,the traffic composition of urban roads has changed greatly.At the same time,the improvement of people’s living standard puts forward higher requirements for the walking and leisure functions of the road.In addition,the latest development goal of Kunming requires to create urban road greening landscape matching with the status of regional international central city,and build Kunming into a charming home with distinctive personality,profound heritage,excellent quality and desirable livability and industry,which puts forward higher requirements for urban road environment and has corresponding Greening Indicators.However,the current red line and cross-section of road planning can not meet this demand.Based on the local greening standard of Kunming,the width of red line and the width of each component of standard cross section with the same traffic function are determined.
