摘要
脑卒中后,学习与记忆障碍严重影响患者的功能康复与生活,临床观察发现耳迷走神经刺激能有效改善脑卒中后学习与记忆障碍症状。本研究从耳迷走神经刺激改善脑卒中后学习与记忆障碍,分析耳迷走神经刺激相关症状的可能机制,探讨确立耳穴-海马突触可塑性联系途径理论的可能,分析耳迷走神经刺激对脑卒中后学习与记忆障碍预后的调控机制,为提高耳迷走神经刺激治疗脑卒中后,学习与记忆障碍的临床疗效提供生理学证据支持,进一步促进耳迷走神经刺激疗法在脑卒中后功能康复进程中的应用。
Post-stroke learning or memory disorders severely affect the functional rehabilitation and life of patients.Clinical observations have found that transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation could effectively improve the symptoms of post-stroke learning or memory disorders.We have analyzed the mechanism of ta-VNS to improve learning or memory impairment after stroke by Eph/ephrin signaling pathway,and explore the possibility of establishing a pathway of auricular-hippocampal synaptic plasticity.To provide physiological evidences to improve the clinical efficacy of ta-VNS in the treatment of learning or memory disorders after stroke.
