摘要
在全球化的影响下,随着我国综合国力的提高,愈来愈多的国际赛事在我国举办,体育英语作为对外交流的一种重要手段,对其的研究变得尤为重要。文章以在武汉成功举办的世界军人运动会为例,以功能对等翻译理论为视角,从词汇、句法、文化等方面,分析探讨相关的体育英语翻译策略,以进一步促进我国体育翻译的研究与发展。
With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,an increasing number of international events are held in China under the influence of globalization.As an important means of foreign exchange,sports English is very necessary for its research.From the perspective of functional equivalence translation theory,the paper takes the World Military Games successfully held in Wuhan as an example,to analyze and discuss related sports English translation strategies from the aspects of vocabulary,syntax and culture,so as to further promote the research and development of sports translation in China.
