多重耐药肺结核患者血清PCT和s TREM-1水平与其临床预后的相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨多重耐药肺结核患者血清降钙素原(PCT)和可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1(s TREM-1)水平与其临床预后的相关性,为临床诊治提供参考。方法回顾性分析收治的81例多重耐药肺结核患者临床资料,根据患者临床预后分为有效组49例与无效组32例,选取同期30例健康体检者为对照组。统计三组血清PCT、s TREM-1测定结果,比较三组水平差异性,分析PCT、s TREM-1与临床预后相关性。结果三组中无效组PCT、s TREM-1水平最高,其次为有效组,对照组水平最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经双变量Pearson相关性分析检验证实,血清PCT、s TREM-1水平与临床预后呈正相关(r=0.796,0.824,P=0.000,0.000),即血清PCT、s TREM-1水平升高,提示临床预后较差。结论血清PCT和s TREM-1水平均与多重耐药肺结核临床预后呈正相关,即血清PCT和s TREM-1水平升高提示患者临床预后较差,而临床针对血清PCT和sTREM-1水平升高患者,需及时调整治疗方案,以期改善临床预后。
