摘要
目的采用系统评价分析PTX3水平与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的关系。方法利用Cochrane图书馆、Pub Med和Embase等数据库,检索国内外发表的关于PTX3与SLE的相关研究,查找时限为建库至2019年12月31日。由2名研究人员独立的按照纳入、排除标准进行文献筛选、质量评价以及数据提取。采用Stata 12.0软件进行数据的合并、敏感性分析以及发表偏倚的评估。结果共纳入文献11篇,荟萃分析显示SLE患者PTX3水平显著高于对照组(SMD=0.60,95%CI:0.23~0.96)。亚组分析显示,来自非高加索人群的SLE患者、年龄≥45岁、SLE疾病活动度指数(SLEDAI)≥10和血浆样本中PTX3水平较高。Begg检验与Egger检验后结果表明发表偏倚对meta分析数据合并结果影响较小。敏感性分析结果表明该研究合并结果相对稳健。结论循环PTX3水平在SLE患者中显著升高,并受到年龄、种族、SLEDAI评分和样本类型的影响。
Objective To systematically evaluate the association between PTX3 level and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods Using databases such as Cochrane Library,Pub Med and EMBASE,the relevant researches on PTX3 and SLE published at home and abroad were searched.The searching time limit was from the establishment of the database to December 31,2019.Two researchers independently selected literature,evaluated quality and extracted data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Stata 12.0 software was used for data consolidation,sensitivity analysis and publication bias evaluation.Results A total of 11 literatures were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that PTX3 level of SLE patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(SMD=0.60,95%CI:0.23-0.96).Subgroup analysis showed that patients with SLE from a non-Caucasian population,age≥45 years,SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI)≥10,and higher levels of PTX3 in plasma samples.The results of Begg’s test and Egger’s test showed that publication bias has little effect on the combined results of meta-analysis data.The sensitivity analysis results showed that the combined results of this study were relatively robust.Conclusion Circulating PTX3 levels are increased in SLE patients,and affected by age,ethnicity,SLEDAI and sample type.
