摘要
乡村社会是国家治理的重要场域,乡村振兴是国家发展战略。实现乡村振兴,基层党建引领是时代要求,产业兴旺是重点,乡风文明是保障,治理有效是基础,大数据是技术支撑。近年来,天津市北辰区双街镇双街村在基层党组织的带领下,依托传统产业积累、城乡结合部地理优势、京津冀区域协同发展战略优势等,抓住机遇,创新产业发展模式,弘扬乡村传统文化,健全乡村治理体系,充分利用大数据,走出了一条从"保姆式管理"到"全面发展"的乡村振兴之路,为天津市乃至其他省份同类型农村乡村振兴发展提供了借鉴。
Rural society is an important field of national gove rnance,and rural revitalization is a national development strategy.To realize the rural revitalization,the leadership of the party construction at the grassroots level is the requirement of the times,the industrial prosperity is the key point,the rural civilization is the guarantee,the effective governance is the foundation,and the big data is the technical support.In recent years,under the leadership of Basic Party organizations,Shuangjie village,Shuangjie Town,Beichen District,Tianjin has seized the opportunity,innovated the industrial development mode,carried forward the traditional rural culture,strengthened the rural governance system,made full use of big data,and walked out from"nanny management"to"township management"The overall development of the village provides a reference for the revitalization and development of the same type of rural areas in Tianjin and other provinces.
