摘要 利用面向深度迁移学习的神经网络领域迁移和自适应技术以及深度语义分析、医学语义理解、医学领域知识图谱构建等人工智能技术,建立智能辅助诊断和慢病智能管理服务模型,应用于基层临床和公共卫生服务领域,创新基层卫生健康服务新模式,降低基层医疗漏诊和误诊率,减少公共卫生服务压力,逐步提高基层医疗服务效率和水平,缓解医疗卫生资源配置不均衡的问题。 Neural network domain migration and adaptive technology for deep migration learning,as well as artificial intelligence technologies such as deep semantic analysis,medical semantic understanding,and medical domain knowledge map construction are utilized to establish the model of intelligent assistant diagnosis and chronic disease intelligent management service.It will be applied to community-level clinical and public health services,and in this way,we can innovate the new model of primary health care services,reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in primary health care,reduce the pressure on public health services,gradually improve the efficiency and level of primary health care services,and alleviate the problem of unbalanced allocation of medical and health resources.
