摘要
随着铁路运力不断增长,载重70t、80t的C70、C80敞车开行量逐步增加,因C70、C80敞车载重量和车箱外形尺寸增大,原设计翻卸C60车型以下的翻车机不能满足翻卸能力;为适应铁路车型变化,翻车机卸煤系统需进行满足接卸C80以下车型的改造。以翻车机改造成国产适应翻卸C70、C80车为例,描述了齐鲁分公司第二化肥厂翻车机卸煤系统满足翻卸C70、C80车改造方案。
With the growing capacity of Rail way,the train operation of C70、C80 wagon with capacity of 70 t、80 t is gradually increasing,because the load and trunk dimensions C70、C80 wagon are larger than those of C60,the dumper originally designed to turn C60 wagon did not meet the requirement of C70、C80;To meet the change sin rail way wagons,the coal unloading system of dumper needs transformation for turning C70、C80,taking the transformation of Type C2 per in SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company as an example,it describes the transformations of coal unloading System of dumper to meet turning of C70、C80.
