摘要
近年来,由于吕家坨矿井煤层、煤质及回采工艺的改变,堵仓、水煤及次生事故已成为老主井卸煤环节的典型问题。本文通过系统分析和方案论证,实施了储煤仓结构优化、给煤设备升级及附属设施完善等技术改造。此次改造有效地提升了老主井卸煤系统的稳定性和生产效率。
In recent years,due to the change of coal seam,coal quality and stoping technology in Lvjiatuo mine,blockages,water-coal and secondary accidents have become the typical problems of coal unloading in the old main shaft.Through system analysis and program demonstration,the paper carried out the optimization of coal storage structure,upgrading of coal equipment and improvement of ancillary facilities.The modification effectively improves the stability and production efficiency of the coal unloading system in the main shaft.
