摘要
全球新冠肺炎疫情还在持续蔓延,外防输入、内防反弹压力很大。疫情传言每天都在产生和传播,给疫情防控工作带来了不小阻力。通过分析不安心态、传播密度层级、相关度和不确定性四个方面的传言形成的条件,以及传言传播过程,提出了基于谣言公式、风险公式、3T5S公式的传言应对建议。
As the global COVID-19 continues to spread, the pressure of ‘external defense input and internal defense rebound’ is very large. Hearsays are spreading every day, which bring great resistance to epidemic prevention and control. By analyzing the conditions for the formation of hearsays in the four aspects of uneasiness, communication density, relevance, uncertainty, well as the hearsay propagation process, the hearsay response suggestions based on the rumor formula, risk formula and 3 T5 S formula are proposed.
