摘要
评议是出口企业合理反映诉求,应对技术性贸易壁垒的有效途径。本文通过分析我国出口企业参与技术性贸易壁垒评议的现状、面临的问题和障碍,提出针对性建议,从而帮助企业有效应对技贸壁垒带来的影响。
Making TBT comments is effective to decrease the negative impact from TBT measures,which also provides an important method for export enterprises to show their demands and cope with the obstacles rising from TBT measures.This paper analyzes the current situation,problems and obstacles of China’s export enterprises when participating in TBT comments,and puts forward practical suggestions to deal with the obstacles for enterprises’participation in TBT comments,so as to help enterprises effectively cope with the negative impact of TBT measures.
