摘要
来华留学生本科教育项目(Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery,MBBS)中,英语授课的师资已经成为制约教学质量提高的瓶颈。通过个案分析,探讨MBBS英语授课教师发展路径及影响因素,并提出促进教师发展的建议,为相关院校MBBS项目英语授课师资培养和教学质量的改进提供参考。
In Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)program,the proficiency of MBBS teachers who take English as a medium of instruction(EMI)determines the quality of teaching.This study explores the pathways and influencing factors of MBBS EMI teachers’development,and provides suggestions for promoting teachers ongoing development and improving teaching quality.
