摘要
提升教师的科研素养是职业教育高质量发展背景下职业院校教师高质量发展的应有之义和必要条件,而行动研究是职业院校教师有效提升自身科研素养的实然选择。职业院校教师开展教育行动研究既是践行课程育人理念的客观要求,也是顺应职业教育教学规律的本质需求,更是助推自身职业生涯发展的内在诉求。职业院校教师开展教育行动研究的实践路径可遵循两种典型流程,即开放型行动研究流程和定向型行动研究流程。职业院校教师的教育行动研究具有职业教育特有的“跨界性”和“复合性”特征,需要教师在课程育人实践和教育教学反思中探索构建“体—面—线—点”四位一体的行动研究格局。
Elevating teachers’research competence is a justified and essential requirement for the high-quality development of vocational education teachers within the framework of the“double-high plan”.Action research emerges as the genuine choice for higher vocational college teachers to effectively enhance their research competence.For these teachers,engaging in educational action research is not only an objective requirement for implementing the concept of curriculum education but also an essential demand aligned with the principles of vocational education and teaching.It represents an internal need to propel their own career development.The practical paths for higher vocational college teachers to conduct educational action research can follow two typical processes:the open action research process and the directional action research process.Educational action research for higher vocational college teachers exhibits the unique characteristics of being“cross-border”and“complicated”in vocational education,requiring teachers to explore and construct the action research pattern of“body-surface-line-point”in the practice of curriculum education and teaching reflection.
