摘要
目的探讨实时三维超声鉴别诊断胎儿先天性肺囊腺瘤畸形(CCAM)的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月于本院接受实时三维超声产前检查疑诊为胎儿CCAM的42例产妇进行此次研究,分析其超声影像学表现,并与产后(正常分娩或引产)实际诊断结果进行对比,明确实时三维超声诊断胎儿CCAM的准确率。结果经产后超声诊断及引产尸检证实,42例疑诊为胎儿CCAM产妇确诊40例,实时三维超声诊断准确率为95.24%(40/42),误诊率为4.76%(2/42),实时三维超声诊断准确率与产后实际诊断结果比较存在良好一致性,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实时三维超声诊断胎儿CCAM准确率高,有助于降低畸形儿出生率,并优化人口结构,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the value of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of congenital cystic adenoma of the lung(CCAM).Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,42 pregnant women who received real-time three-dimensional ultrasound prenatal examination suspected as fetal CCAM in our hospital were selected for this study,and their ultrasound imaging manifestations were analyzed,and compared with the actual diagnosis results of postpartum(normal delivery or induced labor),to determine the accuracy of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of fetal CCAM.Results:The results of ultrasound diagnosis and autopsy showed that 40 cases of suspected CCAM were diagnosed,the accuracy rate of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis was 95.24%(40/42),the misdiagnosis rate was 4.76%(2/42),the accuracy rate of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis was in good agreement with the actual postpartum diagnosis results,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal CCAM is high,which is helpful to reduce the birth rate of malformed infants and optimize the population structure.It is worth popularizing.
