文摘Ferroptosis,a type of cell death that mainly involves iron metabolism imbalance and lipid peroxidation,is strongly correlated with the phagocytic response caused by bleeding after spinal cord injury. Thus,in this study, bulk RNA sequencing data(GSE47681 and GSE5296)and single-cell RNA sequencing data(GSE162610)were acquired from gene expression databases. We then conducted differential analysis and immune infiltration analysis.Atf3 and Piezo1 were identified as key ferroptosis genes through random forest and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator algorithms.Further analysis of single-cell RNA sequencing data revealed a close relationship between ferroptosis and cell types such as macrophages/microglia and their intrinsic state transition processes.Differences in transcription factor regulation and intercellular communication networks were found in ferroptosis-related cells, confirming the high expression of Atf3 and Piezo1 in these cells.Molecular docking analysis confirmed that the proteins encoded by these genes can bind cycloheximide. In a mouse model of T8 spinal cord injury,low-dose cycloheximide treatment was found to improve neurological function, decrease levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokine inducible nitric oxide synthase, and increase levels of the anti-inflammatory cytokine arginase 1.Correspondingly,the expression of the ferroptosis-related gene Gpx4 increased in macrophages/microglia,while the expression of Acsl4 decreased. Our findings reveal the important role of ferroptosis in the treatment of spinal cord injury, identify the key cell types and genes involved in ferroptosis after spinal cord injury, and validate the efficacy of potential drug therapies, pointing to new directions in the treatment of spinal cord injury.

文摘To investigate the response of Roadside Monitoring Stations(RSs)to traffic-related air pollution, traffic and pollutant characteristics, influencing factors, and potential source characterization in Tianjin,China were determined based on roadside monitoring of real-world data conducted at RSs in 2022.The diurnal variation trend of pollutants at RSs was consistent with that at the National Monitoring Station(NM),with notably higher pollutant fluctuations during the morning and evening peak traffic times at RSs,where the average diurnal concentration was 41.46%higher than that at the NM.The generalized additive model(GAM)for nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))and carbon monoxide(CO),responding to themultiple influencing factors, performed well at RSs,with deviance explained by 86.6%and 61.4%,respectively.The synergistic effects of wind direction and speed contributed to most of the variations in NO_(x) and CO,which were 14.74%and 12.87%,respectively.Pollutant concentrations were highest under windless conditions, with pollutants originating primarily from local vehicle emissions. The model results indicated that medium-duty truck(MDT)traffic flow predominantly contributed to the variability in NO_(x) emissions, whereas passenger car(PC)traffic flow was the primary source of CO emissions from traffic variables.MDTs should be the focus of urban NO_(x) traffic emissions control.Potential-source analysis validated the results obtained from the GAM,and both analyses showed that RSs can better characterize traffic-related air pollutants.Furthermore, more stringent emission standards have effectively mitigated the release of pollutants from motor vehicles and contributed to the modernization of vehicle fleet composition, effectively decreasing CO concentrations.

文摘Blood-brain barrier disruption and the neuroinflammatory response are significant pathological features that critically influence disease progression and treatment outcomes. This review systematically analyzes the current understanding of the bidirectional relationship between blood-brain barrier disruption and neuroinflammation in traumatic brain injury, along with emerging combination therapeutic strategies.Literature review indicates that blood-brain barrier disruption and neuroinflammatory responses are key pathological features following traumatic brain injury. In the acute phase after traumatic brain injury, the pathological characteristics include primary blood-brain barrier disruption and the activation of inflammatory cascades. In the subacute phase, the pathological features are characterized by repair mechanisms and inflammatory modulation. In the chronic phase, the pathological features show persistent low-grade inflammation and incomplete recovery of the blood-brain barrier.Various physiological changes, such as structural alterations of the blood-brain barrier, inflammatory cascades, and extracellular matrix remodeling, interact with each other and are influenced by genetic, age, sex, and environmental factors. The dynamic balance between blood-brain barrier permeability and neuroinflammation is regulated by hormones, particularly sex hormones and stress-related hormones.Additionally, the role of gastrointestinal hormones is receiving increasing attention.Current treatment strategies for traumatic brain injury include various methods such as conventional drug combinations, multimodality neuromonitoring, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and non-invasive brain stimulation.Artificial intelligence also shows potential in treatment decision-making and personalized therapy.Emerging sequential combination strategies and precision medicine approaches can help improve treatment outcomes;however, challenges remain, such as inadequate research on the mechanisms of the chronic phase traumatic brain injury and difficulties with technology integration.Future research on traumatic brain injury should focus on personalized treatment strategies, the standardization of techniques, costeffectiveness evaluations, and addressing the needs of patients with comorbidities.A multidisciplinary approach should be used to enhance treatment and improve patient outcomes.
文摘Filters,as a key component in the photoelectric detection system, can simplify the optical system and improve detection efficiency.Based on the usage requirements,a visible/near-infrared filter film with up to 5 wavebands needs to be designed and prepared, while simultaneously satisfying high reflection in 2 wave-bands and high transmittance in 3 wavebands. Therefore,we have conducted a systematic study on the film design, thin film preparation process, and control accuracy of film layer thickness. In this work, the short-wave pass film system is superimposed with the long-wave pass film system, and the number of cycles and matching coefficient of the film system are tuned to meet the requirements of cut-off band.Additionally,Smith method was used to match bandpass film system to optimize the transmission band and complete the visible/near infrared multiband laser filter film design. In the preparation process, combined with the sensitiv-ity of the film layer, inverse analysis is used to invert the film layer monitored by each optical monitoring chip. The optical control scheme with weak optical signal in the monitoring process is simulated and correc-ted,and the monitoring wavelength with stronger optical signal is matched, resulting in an improvement of the control accuracy for the film thickness and the transmittance in the specified wavelength range.Ulti-mately,the actual physical thickness is 9.66μm,and the error with the theoretical design thickness is less than 0.4%,and the transmittance of the specified 3 wavebands exceeds 99%.The average transmittance of the cut-off bands at the 455−500 nm and 910−1000 nm is 0.45% and 0.16%,respectively.
文摘The multi-satellite electromagnetic formation flight system is nonlinear and strongly coupled, which makes modeling and optimization challenging. To simplify electromagnetic force evaluation and dynamics modeling,we introduce a reference frame consistent with each satellite body frame,in which the electromagnetic dipoles and electromagnetic forces are represented as two-dimensional vectors. Then, the maneuver time is divided into time intervals, and different satellite sets are activated in each interval, converting the multi-satellite formation reconfiguration problem into an optimal trajectory problem of each two-satellite subsystem. To this end,a token-based dynamic programming method with a switching penalty of active satellite sets is proposed to determine the sequence of satellite sets participating in each time interval, thereby enabling all satellites to reach their desired states. For the two-satellite subsystem with the objectives of minimizing maneuver time and energy consumption, the Gauss pseudo-spectral method is employed to generate the optimal reconfiguration trajectory.Numerical simulations verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimization method.
文摘This paper proposes a robust control-oriented identification method for errors-in-variables(EIV)systems in output feedbacks using frequency-response(FR)experimental data.An important relation between such a closed-loop EIV system and its coprime factor(CF)uncertainty description is first derived, based on which the FR measurements suitable for plant CF identification are able to be generated.Different factorizations of a given controller in the closed-loop system can be made best use to adjust right coprime factors(RCFs)of the plant so as to realize an improvement on the signal-to-noise ratio of identification experimental data.Subsequently,a nominal RCF model is estimated by linear matrix inequalities from the applicable FR measurements and its associated worst-case errors are quantified from a priori and a posteriori information on the underlying system.A resulting RCF perturbation model set can then be described by the nominal RCF model and its worst-case error bounds.Such a model set capable of being stabilized by the given controller is ready for its robust stabilizing controller redesign and robust performance analysis. Finally,a numerical simulation is given to show the efficacy of the proposed identification method.

文摘The pursuit of high energy density and sustainable energy storage devices has been the target of many researchers. However, safety issues such as the susceptibility of conventional liquid electrolytes to leakage and flammability,as well as performance degradation due to uncontrollable dendrite growth in liquid electrolytes, have been limiting the further development of energy storage devices. In this regard, gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs)based on lignocellulosic(cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin)have attracted great interest due to their high thermal stability, excellent electrolyte wettability, and natural abundance. Therefore,in this critical review,a comprehensive overview of the current challenges faced by GPEs is presented, followed by a detailed description of the opportunities and advantages of lignocellulosic materials for the fabrication of GPEs for energy storage devices.Notably, the key properties and corresponding construction strategies of GPEs for energy storage are analyzed and discussed from the perspective of lignocellulose for the first time. Moreover, the future challenges and prospects of lignocellulose-mediated GPEs in energy storage applications are also critically reviewed and discussed. We sincerely hope this review will stimulate further research on lignocellulose-mediated GPEs in energy storage and provide meaningful directions for the strategy of designing advanced GPEs.

文摘Catalytic CO_(2)-to-methanol conversion presents a synergistic approach for concurrent greenhouse gas abatement and sustainable energy carrier synthesis.Single-atom catalysts(SACs)with maximized atomic utilization, tailored electronic configurations and unique metal-support interactions, exhibit superior performance in CO_(2) activation and methanol synthesis. This review systematically compares reaction mechanisms and pathways across thermal, photocatalytic and electrocatalytic systems, emphasizing structure-activity relationships governed by active sites, coordination microenvironments and support functionalities.Through case studies of representative SACs,we elucidate how metal-support synergies dictate intermediate binding energetics and methanol selectivity.A critical analysis of reaction parameters(e.g.,temperature,pressure)reveals condition-dependent catalytic behaviors in thermal system, with fewer studies in photo/electrocatalytic systems identified as key knowledge gaps. While thermal catalysis achieves industrially viable methanol yields, the scalability is constrained by energy-intensive operation and catalyst sintering.Conversely,photo/electrocatalytic routes offer renewable energy integration but suffer from inefficient charge dynamics and mass transport limitations. To address the challenges,we propose strategic research priorities on precise design of active sites, synergy of multiple technological pathways, development of intelligent catalytic systems and diverse CO_(2) feedstock compatibility. These insights establish a framework for developing next-generation SACs,offering both theoretical foundations and technological blueprints for developing carbon-negative catalytic technologies.

文摘Regulating the microenvironment of the support enables precise control of electronic metal-support interactions(EMSI),boosting better catalytic activity of the metal species. However, the fundamental relationship between support defect-induced EMSI modulation and the resulting catalytic performance enhancement still needs further elucidation.Herein,a nonequilibrium high-temperature shock(HTS)method, which combines rapid high-temperature heating at 1273 K for 30 s with liquid nitrogen quenching, was adopted to load uniform Pt nanoparticles onto the nitrogen vacancy-rich TiN support(Pt@TiNVN).The catalyst demonstrates a high mass activity of 15.99 A mgPt^(-1)at an overpotential of 100 mV for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in acidic solution and exhibits long-term stability for 60 h at 200 mA cm^(-2).Detailed spectroscopic characterizations and theoretical calculations reveal that the generated nitrogen vacancies can effectively modulate the charge transfer between Pt nanoparticles and the TiN-VN support, leading to a downshifted d-band center of metallic Pt and optimized Pt-H bond strength. This nonequilibrium HTS approach offers new and valuable insights into designing advanced electrocatalysts by harnessing substrate defects to modulate the electronic states of loaded noble metals.

文摘Direct brazing was employed to fabricate a“Cu circuit layer-Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic-Cu heat sink”structure for power electronic devices, enabling a shortened heat dissipation path and enhanced thermal management.Structural components(60 mm×60 mm and 30 mm×30 mm)were brazed at 780°C for 20 min to simulate finless and finned heat sinks. The effects of composite brazing filler metal and copper underlayer stiffness on warpage and thermal resistance were systematically evaluated. The results show that composite fillers effectively suppressed warpage, reducing deformation in a 60×60 mm²-finned component from 0.95%to 0.73%,with a measured thermal resistance of 0.1936 K/W.After surface soldering of the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT),the total thermal resistance from junction to ambient decreased by 10.2%compared with conventional structures. This study demonstrates a practical route to improve heat dissipation and optimize the thermal design of highpower modules, providing an industry-ready thermal management solution for high-power-density SiC/GaN devices.

文摘Polyolefins with intrinsic antimicrobial properties have attracted significant attention. In this study, various ion-functionalized polyolefins were successfully constructed by incorporating iodine-containing comonomers into a polypropylene backbone, followed by post-functionalization strategies that utilized the conversion reactions of pre-introduced iodine groups. The introduction of ionic groups induced notable changes in both the thermal properties and the melt rheological behavior of the material. The dual crosslinking mechanism based on ionic interactions and polypropylene crystallization significantly enhanced the mechanical strength of the material. In addition,imidazolium-based ionomers exhibit highly effective antimicrobial properties against Gram-negative Escherichia coli and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus.Specifically, the P5-CCl_(3)CO_(2)^(−)sample achieved a sterilization rate of 99.99%against both bacteria and maintained a high bactericidal efficacy of above 90%,even after continuous supplementation with fresh bacterial solutions for 15 days.Consequently, this polypropylene-based ionomer, which combines excellent mechanical strength with outstanding antimicrobial performance, demonstrates substantial application potential in children’s toys, food packaging, and medicine.

文摘Solar-driven interfacial desalination(SID)offers a sustainable route for freshwater production, yet its long-term performance is compromised by salt crystallization and microbial fouling under complex marine conditions.Zwitterionic polymers offer promising nonfouling capabilities, but current zwitterionic hydrogel-based solar evaporators(HSEs)suffer from inadequate hydration and salt vulnerability.Inspired by the natural marine environmental adaptive characteristics of saltwater fish,we report a superhydrated zwitterionic poly(trimethylamine N-oxide,PTMAO)/polyacrylamide(PAAm)/polypyrrole(PPy)hydrogel(PTAP)with dedicated water channels for efficient, durable, and nonfouling SID.The directly linked N⁺and O⁻groups in PTMAO establish a robust hydration shell that facilitates rapid water transport while resisting salt and microbial adhesion.Integrated PAAm and PPy networks enhance mechanical strength and photothermal conversion.PTAP achieves a high evaporation rate of 2.35 kg m^(−2)h^(−1)under 1 kW m^(–2)in 10 wt%NaCl solution, maintaining stable operation over 100 h without salt accumulation.Furthermore,PTAP effectively resists various foulants including proteins, bacterial, and algal adhesion.Molecular dynamics simulations reveal that the exceptional hydration capacity supports its nonfouling properties. This work advances the development of nonfouling HSEs for sustainable solar desalination in real-world marine environments.

文摘The development of collinear resonance ionization spectroscopy for studying the nuclear structure of nickel isotopes far from the stability line relies on high-efficiency two-color two-step photoionization pathways. We systematically investigated the even-parity autoionization spectrum of atomic nickel through resonance ionization mass spectrometry(RIMS).Fifteen intense single-color photoionization lines and corresponding transitions in the 300-325 nm range were identified and excluded as potential interference peaks for subsequent two-color studies.Fifty-one even-parity autoionization states in the 64000-66800 cm^(-1)range were identified for the first time by scanning from five intermediate excited states of the3d^(8)(^(3)F)4s4p(^(3)P^(o))configuration.Forty-eight of these states were assigned unique total angular momentum quantum numbers(J)based on electric dipole transition selection rules. The autoionization state at 64437.77 cm^(-1)was identified as an optimal final state for enhancing photoionization efficiency in two-color two-step pathways. This study provides comprehensive datasets of even-parity autoionization states of nickel, supporting both the advancement of collinear resonance ionization spectroscopy for exotic nickel isotopes and theoretical modeling of autoionization states. The datasets are openly available at https://doi.org/10.57760/sciencedb.j00113.00280.

文摘High-capacity O3-type layered NiFeMn-based oxides are promising cathodes for sodium-ion batteries, though their practical deployment is constrained by the inherent limitations of Fe redox chemistry.Traditional designs generally enforcing stoichiometric symmetry(Ni=Mn)yield low Fe redox activity.Herein,we propose a valence engineering strategy that breaks conventional Ni/Mn stoichiometry to reconfigure Fe's local chemical environment and unlock unprecedented redox depth.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the designed NaNi_(0.35)Fe_(0.225)Mn_(0.425)O_(2)cathode exhibits a reduced Bader charge on Fe(1.598 vs.1.638 in NaNi_(1/3)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2))and elevated Fe 3d orbital energy, signifying enhanced Fe redox activity. This configuration enables an exceptional Fe^(2.60+)/Fe^(3.88+)redox(1.28 e~-per Fe),delivering a reversible capacity of184.3 mAh g^(-1)within 2-4.2 V at 0.2 C,markedly exceeding the benchmark NaNi_(1/3)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2)(161.3 mAh g^(-1))with low reaction depth of Fe^(3.01+)/Fe^(3.61+).The intensified cationic redox reaction enables an ultrahigh energy density of 596 Whkg-1.The NaNi_(0.35)Fe_(0.225)Mn_(0.425)O_(2)cathode demonstrates robust performance over a broad temperature range from-15℃to 60℃.In situ and ex situ characterizations unveil a reversible O3■P3■OP2 phase transition with minimal volume change(1.88%)that circumvents detrimental deleterious O'3 intermediates and intragranular cracking. This work establishes valence engineering as a paradigm to consolidate cationic redox reaction in high-energy layered sodium oxide cathodes.

文摘As a core technology in flexible electronics systems, piezoresistive sensors exhibit significant application value in frontier fields such as medical health monitoring, intelligent human-machine collaboration, and bionic robot perception.A novel flexible piezoresistive sensing material was developed by combining biomass-derived carbon aerogel(CC)with polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS).The composites had excellent fatigue resistance, maintaining more than 90%shape recovery and less than 3.8%residual deformation after 100000 cycles at 30%strain.Furthermore,combining biomass-derived carbon aerogel with polydimethylsiloxane composites exhibited excellent piezoresistive response characteristics at different temperatures. In the temperature range from-30℃to 100℃,its resistance decreased with increasing temperature, while showing a shortened response time. The composite achieved a stable resistance response through the reversible contact of the conductive network under the action of external forces and had a wide linear detection range, high sensitivity, and effective differentiation between static pressure and dynamic deformation signals. This work established the correlation between the microscopic deformation of the carbon skeleton and the macroscopic electrical behavior, and verified the stability and durability of combining biomass-derived carbon aerogel with polydimethylsiloxane composites under complex stress conditions. The collaborative design strategy provides an innovative platform for the development of sustainable,high-performance flexible sensors with important potential applications in health monitoring and intelligent human-machine interfaces.
