Making rural settlements of Mountainous Regions in Western Sichuan as the study objects and using symbolic statistical methods, then combining the case study of Daofu County, the paper analyzes the negative impact of ...Making rural settlements of Mountainous Regions in Western Sichuan as the study objects and using symbolic statistical methods, then combining the case study of Daofu County, the paper analyzes the negative impact of the scattered rural settlements on infrastructure construction, farmers＇ income increase and mountain ecological reconstruction in mountainous regions of western Sichuan. The results indicate that economic density is positively related to both rural settlements density （R^2=0.73） and rural population density （R^2=0.77）, and it is the same for relationship between towns density and rural settlements density （R^2=0.88） and between towns density and economic density （R^2=0.71）, and the scattered distribution pattern of the rural settlements and shortage of economic centers is a major factor to the lagged socioeconomic development. On the eco-economic zoning to Daofu County, the paper indicates the spatial distribution model and the industrial development model of the rural settlements need to be changed, and rural population should be concentrated in larger rural settlements with development of off-farm industries while infrastructure construction is to reinforced.展开更多
Based on available survey data and related literature regarding the employment intentions of high-level talent in Sichuan province,the factors influencing employment intentions were policy support,livability degree,so...Based on available survey data and related literature regarding the employment intentions of high-level talent in Sichuan province,the factors influencing employment intentions were policy support,livability degree,social relations,and employment environments.By using the maximum likelihood estimation(MLE)function of structural equation modeling(SEM),the results indicated that these factors,if positive,could significantly enhance intentions to work in Sichuan.The cultural climate seems to have no obvious effect on intentions,but it indeed indirectly enhances their intentions by influencing the employment environments.To this end,provincial government authorities should carry out targeted policy support and campaigns to maximize the likelihood of attracting high-level talent.Efforts should also be made to maximize pull factors and minimize push factors to improve talent services and build a favorable living,working,and cultural environment for talent.Meanwhile,high-level talent should also make full use of the social capital and seize employment opportunities in a timely and accurate manner.展开更多
Background:Left-behind children are more inclined to generate psychological problems relative to non-leftbehind children,thus how to rehabilitate their health psychology and promote the psychological health developmen...Background:Left-behind children are more inclined to generate psychological problems relative to non-leftbehind children,thus how to rehabilitate their health psychology and promote the psychological health development of this special disadvantaged group in healthcare settings should be paid more attention to.Objective:This paper attempts to present a social intervention approach and explore its impact on the rehabilitation of rural leftbehind children’s psychological problems in healthcare settings.Methods:This study firstly designed a social intervention program based on the health psychology theory and the generation causes of left-behind children’s psychological problems,and then three groups were applied to test the effectiveness of the program with comparison analysis.Results:Compared with the control left-behind children(group 2),the left-behind children in the experimental group 1 had positive changes in learning anxiety,physical symptoms,anxiety about people,loneliness tendency,self-blame tendency,allergy tendency,terror tendency and impulse tendency.And their mental health can be rehabilitated to the level of non-left-behind children in group 3.Conclusion:This study revealed positive effects of specially designed social intervention program on the rehabilitation of left-behind children’s psychological problems in healthcare settings.The results have both theoretical and practical implications.展开更多

Compared with other Chinese regional literatures such as Jing-Chu literature, the insufficiency of the literalization of the early Ba-Shu myth, to some extent, devalues the Ba-Shu literature in the Pre-Qin period and affects its consistence. When dealing with the influence of ancient mythology on the development of Chinese regional literature, including Sichuan literature, we need to analyze the inherent impact of regional mythology on the developing literature using a three-step process: restoring and summarizing the mythological pedigree, uncovering the “conceptual structure” of the mythology, and explaining the impact of the mythology on the developing literature. This paper focuses on Chengdu and Chongqing’s positioning as important economic center in western China and their evolving into an economic center of national influence.On the one hand,it uses the synthetic differenc...This paper focuses on Chengdu and Chongqing’s positioning as important economic center in western China and their evolving into an economic center of national influence.On the one hand,it uses the synthetic difference-in-differences(SDID)method to analyze the impact of policies since 2011 designed to build Chengdu and Chongqing into an important economic center in western China.On the other hand,it employs the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the influences of ten core Chinese cities as economic centers within four major urban agglomerations,as well as conduct an analytical assessment of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from key perspectives such as its capacity to lead,capacity to agglomerate,and capacity to radiate.From a longitudinal historical perspective,both Chengdu and Chongqing have benefited significantly from policies designed to build an important economic center in western China,and which laid a foundation for building an economic center of national influence.From a horizontal regional comparison,among the ten core cities evaluated as economic centers within the four major urban agglomerations,Chengdu and Chongqing ranked in the middle,possessing a moderate but not yet outstanding influence.Consequently,to evolve into an economic center of national influence,the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle should leverage its relative advantages in connectivity,market size,value chain division of labor,policy attractiveness,and industry development.It can enhance its influence by strengthening the complementarity of its economic resources,overcoming the administrative inertia,accelerating the establishment of a regional innovation system,broadening the scope of its economic radiation,and promoting its comprehensive and all-dimensional opening-up.展开更多

文摘The forest-based wellness industry,as a rapidly growing sector that integrates various business forms with extensive coverage and an extended industrial chain,is undergoing rapid development due to the increasing aging population and people's suboptimal health conditions.As a forerunner in developing the forest-based wellness industry,Sichuan province is known for its early development,proactive efforts,diverse models,and significant impact in this industry.It has achieved certain milestones in terms of top-level design,pilot demonstration,standardized guidance,and public awareness campaigns to promote the development of this industry.Therefore,this paper utilizes Sichuan as a case study to systematically summarize and analyze the key practices made by the province in promoting the rapid development of the industry by investigating the development trajectory of the forest-based wellness industry.Additionally,it examines the development trends of this industry from the perspectives of supply,demand,and consumption.Finally,this paper proposes several measures to facilitate the high-quality development of the forest-based wellness industry.These measures encompass nurturing specialized talent in forest-based wellness,enhancing market players'capabilities in this domain,conducting extensive research on technologies that promote this industry,actively seeking support from relevant policies,and promoting integrated development across diverse sectors.

文摘The literary study of ancient mythology is a rational and necessary prerequisite for the study of the general history of Sichuan literature in the Pre-Qin period, though it can go beyond the study of literature. Compared with other Chinese regional literatures such as Jing-Chu literature, the insufficiency of the literalization of the early Ba-Shu myth, to some extent, devalues the Ba-Shu literature in the Pre-Qin period and affects its consistence. When dealing with the influence of ancient mythology on the development of Chinese regional literature, including Sichuan literature, we need to analyze the inherent impact of regional mythology on the developing literature using a three-step process: restoring and summarizing the mythological pedigree, uncovering the “conceptual structure” of the mythology, and explaining the impact of the mythology on the developing literature. This paper uses this three-step process to construct the general history of Sichuan literature.
文摘This paper uses survey data regarding native Sichuan entrepreneurs who have developed businesses outside of Sichuan Province and then returned,along with their organizations,to Sichuan.Our goal was to identify and examine the factors influencing their entrepreneurial performance by using SEM-PLS.The results show that policy support,social relations and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have significant roles in entrepreneurial performance.No direct influence from the cultural or market environments was detected.Therefore,this study indicates that for entrepreneurs returning to their hometown the government should provide social and financial support for small and micro sized entrepreneurial ventures while the entrepreneurs should constantly strengthen their entrepreneurial selfefficacy by obtaining information through cultivated social relationships and market opportunities that will allow them to enhance their entrepreneurial performance.
文摘Shu(now Sichuan Province in the southwest of China) was famous for silk production.Many poets of the Tang Dynasty praised the magnificence of Shu brocade and embroidery.They also meticulously recorded the good sales and popularity of Shu's mulberry silk fabrics in Jinling(now Nanjing) and Yangzhou through shipments along the Yangtze River and further to Southeast and South Asian countries.Tang poetry provides evidence for the significant role the Shu area played in the trade and commerce of the Maritime Silk Road.

文摘Social assistance and relief to the impoverished and vulnerable groups is a timehonored tradition that has been continued throughout Chinese history.Although social and economic development varied from one historical period to another,poverty,being a social phenomenon,can be found in any historical society.Under no circumstances could the ruling class ignore the very existence of such special groups.To meet the needs of social development and political ruling,the imperial governments of all dynasties in Chinese history invariably offered social assistance and relief to the vulnerable groups to highlight their consideration and care of them at the state level.

文摘The Southern Silk Road ran through Sichuan,Yunnan,and other provinces of China.It was a vital transport artery that linked the region of the southwestern Yi(barbarian tribes)to the Central Plains and influenced politics,economy,and culture in the region of the southwestern Yi in ancient times.The imperial governments of the Qin and Han dynasties kept developing regions along the Southern Silk Road.Their relentless efforts brought about social development in the region of the southwestern Yi in three aspects.Politically,they established the county system and step by step integrated the southwestern frontier and the inland into an administrative whole;economically,they implemented“presenting generous gifts and tax exemption,”spread the advanced production technology from the Central Plains,and promoted local economic growth;ideologically,they spread Confucianism and culture,and promoted cultural exchange and development.
文摘Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan province is the largest community of the Yi ethnic group in China,which has developed a rich culture over its long history.Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture also boasts the modern aerospace industry,unique landscapes of mountains and valleys,and featured modern agriculture.All these provide the prefecture with rich tourism resources.Since the mid-1980s,modern tourism in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture has gone through three stages.(a)Infancy stage(the mid-1980s to late-1990s):In this period,tourism as an industry was small in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and was mainly engaged in the reception business.(b)Operation stage(2000 to 2016):In this period,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture began to develop nature tourism relying on its magnificent mountains,which promoted economic development in certain areas.(c)Region-wide development stage:In 2017,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture began to seek region-wide development in tourism in response to rural revitalization.Since then,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture has witnessed a profound transformation in its tourism industry.The region,focusing on developing regional featured agriculture,has made great efforts to promote rural development and agritourism,with the aim of enabling rural residents to benefit from the development of the modern economy and rural areas to achieve dual development in both traditional production and modern economy.This paper reviewed the development course of modern tourism in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in order to reveal the relationship between the market and the policies.Though tourism market explorations usually come before policy introduction,the policies are necessary to regulate the market for its sound development.In addition,this paper further investigated the profound impact of modern tourism on Liangshan’s social development.
文摘Sichuan Silk has a unique historic origin, and a special process of forming and development. It possesses strong vitality and cultural dynamics that keep renewing with new elements. The development of Sichuan Silk has its own cultural features; originating in several places during ancient times and developing at the same pace, being a key support for the economy of Sichuan(known as Tianfu meaning the Land of Abundance) in the Qin(221 BC–206 BC) and Han(206 BC– 220) dynasties, being a vital source of the Silk Road in the Tang(618–907) and Song(960–1279) dynasties, and being known as the Silk City which was dissolved in the Ming(1368–1644) and Qing(1644–1911) dynasties.
文摘Silk is a unique token of ancient Chinese Civilization that is not owned by any of the other three ancient civilizations of the world. It originated in China, synchronized with the start of the entire Chinese Civilization and germinated in various areas as early as the Neolithic period. Sichuan, the known "Land of Abundance" gifted with unrivalled natural and cultural resources, used to be one of the cradles where the Chinese silk culture originated and evolved, and a key hub for the Silk Road in history. Ever since the Han and Tang Dynasties, Sichuan brocade, Sichuan embroidery, Sichuan cloth, lacquerware, Qiong bamboo rod, as well as other specialties from Sichuan have found their way into the trades along the Silk Road, earning Sichuan an especially distinctive reputation. Today, with the cultural communication and cooperation made by the Belt and Road Initiative, Sichuan will also play its due part in promoting mutual learning between countries.
文摘Health literacy refers to the individual obtaining and understanding and dealing with the basic health information and/or services and the ability of use the information and services to make good health decisions.At present, research works related to health literacy in our country are in the initial stage, the information of floating population health literacy is blank, the Chinese Health Education Center （formerly the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Center Health Education） Ministry of Social welfare studies undertaken special ＂Chinese public health Literacy survey and evaluation System ＂to develop a suitable evaluation index system of health literacy of the public, used for evaluation of our country＇ s public health literacy level. October to December 2007, the Chinese health education center of this set of evaluation index in Jinan Shandong province examines the health literacy status of floating population, analysis the influence factors of health literacy of the floating population, for the national macroeconomic regulation and control of the floating population, the rational allocation of health resources, determine priority health work, and provide evidence for health related policies and regulations of the floating population.

文摘Building on the self-regulation theory and the gap model of service quality,this study proposes a conceptual model for investigating the help-seeking behavior of library users and the behaviors’underlying mechanisms in the context of university libraries.The study focuses on university students as the research participants,and employs a questionnaire survey to collect data.The data is then analyzed,and the model is evaluated using the regression and bootstrap methods.The results indicate that library anxiety can lead to help-seeking behavior,while it also diminishes the users’perception of their interaction quality with the librarians.Moreover,the interaction quality positively influences help-seeking behavior,and self-efficacy and artificial intelligence services exhibit both direct and indirect negative regulatory effects.
文摘Giant panda writing is a classic form of thematic nature writing.Since the scientific discovery and the popularization of the giant panda by naturalists,this writing tradition has spanned nearly a century.Throughout this process,Chinese giant panda writing has developed its own distinct characteristics.Western giant panda writing encompasses genres such as scientific essays,fieldwork notes,and documentary works.Within Chinese giant panda writing,reportage,popular science works,and comprehensive,systematic documentary works all have representative authors and texts.In recent years,IP-oriented giant panda books have shown notable performance.While Chinese giant panda writing exhibits diverse types and perspectives,its scientific rigor,informative value,and innovative expression still require enhancement.As a form of thematic nature writing,giant panda writing provides valuable insights for writings on other subjects.
文摘This paper focuses on Chengdu and Chongqing’s positioning as important economic center in western China and their evolving into an economic center of national influence.On the one hand,it uses the synthetic difference-in-differences(SDID)method to analyze the impact of policies since 2011 designed to build Chengdu and Chongqing into an important economic center in western China.On the other hand,it employs the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the influences of ten core Chinese cities as economic centers within four major urban agglomerations,as well as conduct an analytical assessment of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from key perspectives such as its capacity to lead,capacity to agglomerate,and capacity to radiate.From a longitudinal historical perspective,both Chengdu and Chongqing have benefited significantly from policies designed to build an important economic center in western China,and which laid a foundation for building an economic center of national influence.From a horizontal regional comparison,among the ten core cities evaluated as economic centers within the four major urban agglomerations,Chengdu and Chongqing ranked in the middle,possessing a moderate but not yet outstanding influence.Consequently,to evolve into an economic center of national influence,the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle should leverage its relative advantages in connectivity,market size,value chain division of labor,policy attractiveness,and industry development.It can enhance its influence by strengthening the complementarity of its economic resources,overcoming the administrative inertia,accelerating the establishment of a regional innovation system,broadening the scope of its economic radiation,and promoting its comprehensive and all-dimensional opening-up.
