Six evenly spaced li... The stress and the elastic deflection of internal ring gear in high-speed spur planetary gear units are investigated. A rim thickness parameter is defined as the flexibility of internal ring gear. Six evenly spaced linear springs are used to describe the fitting status between internal ring gear and the gearcase. The finite element model of the whole internal ring gear is established by means of Pro/E and ANSYS. The loads on meshing teeth of internal ring gear are applied according to the contact ratio and the load-sharing coefficient. With the finite element analysis (FEA), the influences of flexibility and fitting status on the stress and elastic deflection of internal ring gear are predicted. The simulation reveals that the principal stress and deflection increase with the decrease of rim thickness of internal ring gear. Moreover, larger spring stiffness helps to reduce the stress and deflection of internal ring gear. Therefore, the flexibility of internal ring gear must be considered during the design of high-speed planetary gear transmissions. 展开更多

The thermal elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of the internal meshing gears in a planetary gear train under vibrations were examined considering the influence of the modification coefficient and time-varying meshing stiffness.Based on dynamic theory of the gear system,a dynamic model of the planetary gear train was established.The lubrication performances of modified gear systems under vibrations and static loads were analyzed.Compared with other transmission types,the best lubrication effect could be produced by the positive transmission.A thicker lubricating oil film could be formed,and the friction coefficient and oil film flash temperature are the smallest.Increasing modification coefficient improves the lubrication performance continuously but intensifies the engage-in and tooth-change impact.For the planetary and inner gears,the increase in the modification coefficient also leads a decrease in the oil film stiffness. 展开更多

Aiming at the issue of sliding ratio,an internal gear pair is proposed which consists of an involute internal gear and a pinion with quadratic curve teeth.Particularly,the contact pattern is point contact and the pinion is generated based on an involute gear.The generation method and mathematical models of the gear pair are presented.The sliding ratio is calculated and the general calculation formulas of sliding ratios are developed.Also,the comparison between the involute gear and proposed gear is made.The adaptability of center distance and contact stress are also discussed.In addition,the gear pair was manufactured and inspected according to the exactitude solid model of the gear pair.In order to confirm this model to be effective,the efficiency experiment and the contrast experiment with the involute gear pair were performed.Furthermore,these two types of pinions were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and wear depths were measured by measuring center.The experiment results show that the efficiency of the internal gear pair is stable at a range about 97.1%to 98.6%and wear depth is less than 50%of the involute gear pair.The internal gear pair is expected to have excellent transmission performance. 展开更多

Space exploration has become a major focus in the field of technology,with gear transmissions in aerospace equipment playing a crucial role.In the extreme environment of space,gear transmissions face challenges like large temperature differentials,deformation and maintenance difficulties,which will severely impact transmission accuracy and service life.To meet the growing demands for high-performance gear transmissions with high transmission efficiency and error adaptability in the aerospace field,this paper proposes a novel curve-surface conjugate internal gear drive consisting of an involute internal gear and a curve-surface gear.The fundamental theory of curve-surface conjugation is introduced,and the construction method for curve-surface gear based on a selected contact path and meshing tube is presented.The analysis models including induced curvature,sliding ratio and tooth contact analysis with errors(ETCA)are simulated to evaluate the meshing characteristics.Additionally,prototypes are manufactured and experimental setups are established to validate the transmission performance.These results indicate that as the rotational speed increases,the transmission efficiency of the curve-surface conjugate internal gear drive improves,which is contrary to the trend observed in involute gear drives.And the transmission efficiency of the curve-surface conjugate internal gear drive surpasses that of the involute gear drive at higher rotational speeds.Moreover,this novel gear drive exhibits excellent error adaptability,maintaining intact contact paths and high transmission efficiency even in the presence of assembly errors.This study provides new ideas for the design and manufacture of high-performance gear transmissions from the perspective of spatial geometric elements. 展开更多

提出一种平喷供液电解插削加工盲孔内齿轮的新方法,针对加工过程中由于盲孔内部积聚电解液而影响喷射速度和加工精度的问题,设计了单一平喷式与抽液平喷式两种阴极结构并进行了试验对比研究。通过Comsol Multiphysics仿真软件对2种供液... 提出一种平喷供液电解插削加工盲孔内齿轮的新方法,针对加工过程中由于盲孔内部积聚电解液而影响喷射速度和加工精度的问题,设计了单一平喷式与抽液平喷式两种阴极结构并进行了试验对比研究。通过Comsol Multiphysics仿真软件对2种供液方式的流场进行仿真分析,结果表明,抽液平喷式阴极结构由于能及时排出盲区积液,减小了电解液喷射阻力,可实现高流速喷射加工,加工速度大幅提高,而且排屑快速,稳定性也更高,同时改善了流场均匀性,能获得更好的加工质量。试验结果也证明了其在提高加工效率、精度、表面质量和稳定性上的显著效果。该研究为盲孔类零件的高精度电解加工提供了新思路与试验依据。 展开更多

We focused on the mathematical modeling and characteristics analysis for the nutation drive based on error parameters. The crown gear tooth profile equation was introduced according to the national standard double circular arc tooth profile and based on the equal tooth strength principle. The nutation drive meshing coordinate system was set up by introducing the cone vertex error, tilt error, nutation angle error and spiral angle error. The tooth profile equations of the double circular arc external and internal spiral bevel gears were further obtained based on the crown gear tooth profile equation concerning above mentioned error parameters. The influences of the nutation gear reducer tooth contact conditions were analyzed with the gear tilt error and axial misalignment error. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified by the contact spot test. 展开更多

The most conventional vehicle pretensioner system consists of an internal gear pair with involute teeth. However, it has been well known that the corresponding gear pairs are relatively weak under the situation of impact loadings. To improve this phenomenon, a new pretensioning gear system with cycloid teeth rather than the involute ones was proposed, and dual cycloidal gear mechanisms were designed for satisfying geometric constraints and dynamic loading conditions. The simulations of the prototypes were conducted by LS-DYNA program and the experiments for a prototype were performed for a dynamic model with impact loading devices. The results show that the better operation and the smoother motion are confirmed in the proposed cycloidal gear system rather than the conventional one without interferences between gear teeth under the impact of a crash. 展开更多

The dynamic model of the gear system with spalling defect, time-variant mesh stiffness, and nonlinear clearance is established to investigate the effect of spaUing defect on mesh stiffness and dynamic bifurcation. The primary resonance and internal resonance responses of the spalling model are analyzed by the averaging method, and the bifurcation characteristics with the evolvement of spall and internal excitation are studied by employing the singularity theory for the two-state variable system, which reveal the different bifurcation characteristics caused by the spalling defect. The results obtained herein can provide a theoretical basis to spalling fault diagnosis of gearbox. 展开更多

【目的】针对潜油螺杆泵采油系统中联轴装置零齿差内啮合机构重合度低、内外齿轮齿厚系数不稳定以及齿厚偏薄易导致轮齿折断等问题,提出了一种优化机构内变位系数、提高重合度值的方法,并设计了相应的优化模型。【方法】分析了传统设计... 【目的】针对潜油螺杆泵采油系统中联轴装置零齿差内啮合机构重合度低、内外齿轮齿厚系数不稳定以及齿厚偏薄易导致轮齿折断等问题,提出了一种优化机构内变位系数、提高重合度值的方法,并设计了相应的优化模型。【方法】分析了传统设计方法中零齿差机构变位系数的设计缺陷,明确了目标函数和约束条件,定义了设计变量。采用粒子群优化(PSO)算法中的惯性权重线性递减策略提升粒子的局部与全局寻优能力,引入收缩因子并通过改进的速度更新迭代公式缩短收敛时间。以重合度和齿厚系数为优化目标函数,同时结合零齿差内啮合机构的齿轮约束条件建立了优化模型。【结果】为验证算法的稳定性,以用户输入的初始参数(内外齿轮模数为6,齿数为12,分度圆压力角为20°,外齿轮齿宽为30 mm,内齿轮齿宽为28 mm,偏心量范围为2.5~5 mm)进行优化分析。结果表明,通过改进PSO算法得到了径向变位系数和切向变位系数的最优解,即改进PSO算法显著提升了变位系数的优化效果。对比原始数据和优化结果,改进PSO算法的重合度提升了最高达26.2%,特别是在不同偏心量下,优化后的重合度均显著提高。【结论】通过对比改进前后的PSO算法,改进后的算法兼具全局收敛性与精确搜索能力,所得变位系数更加合理有效;优化后的齿厚系数更加平稳,显著降低了轮齿折断风险。最终优化后的变位系数不仅满足各项约束条件,且便于后续加工,提高了计算效率,显现出良好的设计效果。 展开更多

针对内斜齿轮齿向倒棱加工中存在的尺寸精度控制难度大、加工效率低等问题,提出一种基于砂轮过渡圆弧曲面的精密倒棱方法。在内斜齿轮端截面内建立齿根过渡圆弧曲线方程,推导出内斜齿轮齿向倒棱砂轮的回退量T及齿轮倒棱所需偏转角θ2的... 针对内斜齿轮齿向倒棱加工中存在的尺寸精度控制难度大、加工效率低等问题,提出一种基于砂轮过渡圆弧曲面的精密倒棱方法。在内斜齿轮端截面内建立齿根过渡圆弧曲线方程,推导出内斜齿轮齿向倒棱砂轮的回退量T及齿轮倒棱所需偏转角θ2的几何关系。通过分析内斜齿轮倒棱运动,建立相应的数学模型,并求出最佳回退量和偏转角。在Vericut中搭建机床三维模型,对内斜齿轮齿向磨削倒棱进行仿真加工与分析。最后,基于内斜齿轮加工原理和运动规律,编写相应的数控加工程序,并完成内斜齿轮齿向倒棱加工实验,同时利用齿轮检测中心对内斜齿轮齿向进行了检测。结果表明:利用数控成形磨齿机对内斜齿轮齿向倒棱是可行的,仿真误差在合理范围内;所提砂轮过渡曲面齿向倒棱方法实现了内斜齿轮倒棱加工的定量控制,有效提升了倒棱尺寸精度与加工效率,为内斜齿轮齿向倒棱提供了一种新的方法。 展开更多

为简化齿轮泵用内啮合无干涉齿廓副设计的复杂性,提出了一种由无干涉主动齿廓直接得到复杂的无干涉从动齿廓设计新方法。以共轭距和传动角为设计参数,建立内共轭齿廓副的通用坐标方程,通过分析齿廓干涉和干涉处坐标异向变动关系,提出零... 为简化齿轮泵用内啮合无干涉齿廓副设计的复杂性,提出了一种由无干涉主动齿廓直接得到复杂的无干涉从动齿廓设计新方法。以共轭距和传动角为设计参数,建立内共轭齿廓副的通用坐标方程,通过分析齿廓干涉和干涉处坐标异向变动关系,提出零坐标导数及无干涉最小啮合角创新方法,通过渐开线和直线齿廓设计进行了应用验证。结果表明,无量纲共轭距和传动角为重合度、啮合角和主动轮齿数的函数式,函数式可由主动齿廓的曲线类型确定;零坐标导数法等价于零曲率半径法,最小啮合角仅为重合度和主动轮齿数的函数式;主、从动轮齿数为6,9,重合度为1.04,标准压力角(20°)和标准齿顶高系数(1.0)时,渐开线内啮合齿廓副的无干涉最小啮合角为28.57º;主、从动轮齿数为9,12,重合度为1.3时,直线内啮合齿廓副的无干涉最小啮合角为42º。研究得出零坐标导数方法简单,啮合角设计理论正确可靠,能适用于任何内啮合齿廓副的无干涉设计。 展开更多

在内斜齿轮成形磨削过程中,工艺参数的选择至关重要。为优化内斜齿轮高效精密成形磨削工艺,探讨成形法磨齿与平面磨削的内在联系,研究数控成形内斜齿轮磨削机制,并推导出内斜齿轮成形磨齿的磨削力数学模型。在数控成形磨齿机上进行磨齿... 在内斜齿轮成形磨削过程中,工艺参数的选择至关重要。为优化内斜齿轮高效精密成形磨削工艺,探讨成形法磨齿与平面磨削的内在联系,研究数控成形内斜齿轮磨削机制,并推导出内斜齿轮成形磨齿的磨削力数学模型。在数控成形磨齿机上进行磨齿加工试验,验证磨削力数学模型的有效性。最后,通过三因素三水平正交试验的极差分析法,研究磨削工艺参数对磨削力的影响规律,同时分析不同磨削工艺参数对磨齿效率和表面质量的影响,确定了成形磨削的最佳工艺参数。结果表明:工艺参数对磨削力的影响程度由大到小依次为磨削深度、砂轮线速度、进给速度;粗磨阶段的最优组参数组合为磨削深度0.03 mm、进给速度6 m/min、砂轮线速度49.987 m/s,精磨阶段的最优参数组合为磨削深度0.01 mm、进给速度4 m/min、砂轮线速度49.987 m/s;使用优化后的磨削工艺参数对齿轮成型件进行检测,右齿面齿向形状偏差减小0.8μm,左齿面齿向形状偏差减小1.2μm,精度等级达到设计图纸要求,表明精磨阶段的磨削工艺参数优化方案合理有效。 展开更多
