摘要
【目的】为进一步探究双点接触内啮合曲线构型齿轮的传动性能,有必要分析其动态特性,以期为双点接触内啮合曲线构型齿轮的设计和试验分析提供依据。以双点接触内啮合曲线构型齿轮为研究对象,分析探讨了其动力学特性及啮合规律。【方法】首先,根据给定齿廓参数与基本齿廓形式,基于螺旋运动法推导了该新型齿轮副的齿面方程,构建了双点接触内啮合曲线构型齿轮三维模型;其次,结合Adams动力学分析软件,建立了双点接触内啮合曲线构型齿轮的虚拟样机模型,分析了相同参数工况下双点接触内啮合曲线齿轮与普通渐开线内啮合齿轮的法向接触力、径向力、轴向力和周向力,综合对比了两种齿轮的啮合性能及其变化规律;最后,探究了摩擦因数和转速对双点接触内啮合曲线构型齿轮法向接触力的影响。【结果】结果表明,除了径向力的波动性,双点接触内啮合曲线构型齿轮的动态性能优于同参数工况下的普通渐开线内啮合齿轮。此外,摩擦因数与法向接触力的大小成正相关,与波动性成负相关;转速与法向接触力和轮齿间的波动性均成正相关。
[Objective]To further explore the transmission performance of double-point contact internal meshing gears with curve construction,it is necessary to analyze the dynamic characteristics of gears which can provide a basis for the gears’design and test analysis.Taking double-point contact internal meshing gear with curve construction as the research object,dynamic characteristics and meshing laws were discussed.[Methods]Firstly,tooth surface equations of the new gear pair were derived by the spiral motion method based on the given tooth profile parameters and tooth profile form.A three-dimensional model of the double-point contact internal meshing gear with curve construction was established.Secondly,a virtual prototype model of the gear was established by Adams software.The normal contact force,radial force,axial force and circumferential force of the double-point contact internal meshing gear with curve construction and the conventional involute internal meshing gear under the same parameter conditions were analyzed.The meshing characteristics and variation laws of the two types of gears were comprehensively compared.Finally,the influence of friction coefficient and rotational speed on the normal contact force of the new gear was investigated.[Results]The results show that the dynamic performance of the double-point contact internal meshing gear with curve construction is better than that of the conventional involute internal meshing gear under the same parameter conditions,except for the fluctuation of radial force.In addition,the friction coefficient is positively correlated with the magnitude of the normal contact force and negatively correlated with its fluctuation,while the rotational speed is positively correlated with both the normal contact force and the fluctuation.
