Definite-time zero-sequence over-current protection is presently used in systems whose neutral point is grounded by a low resistance(low-resistance grounding systems).These systems frequently malfunction owing to their high settings of the action value when a high-impedance grounding fault occurs.In this study,the relationship between the zero-sequence currents of each feeder and the neutral branch was analyzed.Then,a grounding protection method was proposed on the basis of the zero-sequence current ratio coefficient.It is defined as the ratio of the zero-sequence current of the feeder to that of the neutral branch.Nonetheless,both zero-sequence voltage and zero-sequence current are affected by the transition resistance,The influence of transition resistance can be eliminated by calculating this coefficient.Therefore,a method based on the zero-sequence current ratio coefficient was proposed considering the significant difference between the faulty feeder and healthy feeder.Furthermore,unbalanced current can be prevented by setting the starting current.PSCAD simulation results reveal that the proposed method shows high reliability and sensitivity when a high-resistance grounding fault occurs. 展开更多

Dual three-phase permanent-magnet synchronous machines(DTP-PMSM)connected with a single neutral point provide a loop for zero-sequence current(ZSC).This paper proposes a novel space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)strategy to suppress the ZSC.Five vectors are selected as basic voltage vectors in one switching period.The fundamental and harmonic planes and the zero-sequence plane are taken into consideration to synthesis the reference voltage vector.To suppress the ZSC,a non-zero zero-sequence voltage(ZSV)is generated to compensate the third harmonic back-EMF.Rather than triangular carrier modulation,the sawtooth carrier modulation strategy is used to generate asymmetric PWM signals.The modulation range is investigated to explore the variation of modulation range caused by considering the zero-sequence plane.With the proposed method,the ZSC can be considerably reduced.The simulated and experimental results are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategy. 展开更多

According to the characteristics of single-phase circuits and demand of using active filter for real-time detecting harmonic and reactive currents, a detecting method based on Fryze's power definition is proposed. The results of theoretical analysis and simula- tion show that the proposed method is effective in realtime detecting of instantaneous harmonic and reactive currents in single-phase circuits. When only detecting the total reactive currents, this method does not need a phase-locked loop circuit, and it also can be used in some special applications to provide different compensations on the ground of different requirements of electric network. Compared with the other methods based on the theory of instantaneous reactive power, this method is simple and easy to realize. 展开更多

为满足风电机组低电压穿越(low voltage ride through,LVRT)的测试要求及其电气模型一致性评估需要,提出考虑向电网注入无功电流的双馈风电机组LVRT的控制策略。在阐述风电机组LVRT测试要求及控制原理的基础上,推导双馈发电机(doubly... 为满足风电机组低电压穿越(low voltage ride through,LVRT)的测试要求及其电气模型一致性评估需要,提出考虑向电网注入无功电流的双馈风电机组LVRT的控制策略。在阐述风电机组LVRT测试要求及控制原理的基础上,推导双馈发电机(doubly fed induction generator,DFIG)定子侧及网侧变流器输出无功电流极限表达式,研究电网电压跌落深度和发电机总输出有功功率对其无功电流极限值的影响规律,进而提出DFIG在LVRT期间的无功电流分配算法和改进的有功、无功功率控制策略。最后,以某实际2 MW双馈风电机组为例,分别对风速为5和12 m/s、电网电压对称跌落至20%和50%工况下的LVRT运行性能进行仿真比较和样机测试。与传统LVRT控制方法的对比表明,所提改进控制策略能更好地满足风电机组LVRT的测试要求。样机测试结果进一步证明了改进控制策略和仿真模型的有效性。 展开更多

Compared with the traditional three-phase star connection winding,the open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motor(OW-PMSM)system with a common direct current(DC)bus has a zero-sequence circuit,which makes the common-mode voltage and the back electromotive force(EMF)harmonic generated by the inverters produce the zero-sequence current in the zero-sequence circuit,and the zero-sequence current has great influence on the operation efficiency and stability of the motor control system.A zero-sequence current suppression strategy is presented based on model predictive current control for OW-PMSM.Through the mathematical model of OW-PMSM to establish the predictive model and the zero-sequence circuit model,the common-mode voltage under different voltage vector combinations is fully considered during vector selection and action time calculation.Then zero-sequence loop constraints are established,so as to suppress the zero-sequence current.In the end,the control strategy proposed in this paper is verified by simulation experiments. 展开更多

This paper reports that a series of silver oxide (AgzO) films are deposited on glass substrates by direct-current reactive magnetron sputtering at a substrate temperature of 250 ℃ and an oxygen flux ratio of 15:18 by modifying the sputtering power (SP). The AgxO films deposited apparently show a structural evolution from cubic biphased (AgO + Ag20) to cubic single-phased (Ag20), and to biphased (Ag20 + AgO) structure. Notably, the cubic single-phased Ag20 fihn is deposited at the SP = 105 W and an AgO phase with (220) orientation discerned in the Ag^O films deposited using the SP 〉 105 W. The transmissivity and refiectivity of the AgxO films in transparent region decrease with the increase the SP, whereas the absorptivity inversely increases with the increase of the SP. These results may be due to the structural evolution and the increasing film thickness. A redshift of the films' absorption edges determined in terms of Tauc formula clearly occurs from 3.1 eV to 2.73 eV with the increase of the SP. 展开更多

In a dual three-phase open-winding permanent magnet synchronous motor(DTP-OW-PMSM)system sharing a common DC bus,dual zero-sequence current(ZSC)loops are inherent,leading to increased inverter capacity usage,losses,and degraded operational performance.To mitigate ZSC,the dual zero-sequence equivalent circuit of the DTP-OW-PMSM system is established,and zero-vector combinations with significant zero-sequence voltage amplitudes are employed.Since the two sets of ZSC loops are independent,four zero-vector combinations can be determined.A ZSC suppression strategy utilizing hysteresis controllers is proposed.Compared with the PI controller,hysteresis controllers offer wider bandwidth and simplify control parameter tuning.Additionally,180-degree decoupling streamlines vector selection for multiphase open-winding topologies.Furthermore,the modulation range of the proposed strategy is investigated.Finally,experiment in a direct-drive motor is implemented,and experimental results confirming its effectiveness. 展开更多

针对电网发生三相对称短路故障期间,构网逆变器无功电压支撑能力不足、并网系统功角稳定性较差以及电力电子器件电流承载能力有限的问题,文章提出了一种兼顾功角稳定和故障限流的构网型逆变器暂态控制策略。首先,在传统二阶构网型逆变... 针对电网发生三相对称短路故障期间,构网逆变器无功电压支撑能力不足、并网系统功角稳定性较差以及电力电子器件电流承载能力有限的问题,文章提出了一种兼顾功角稳定和故障限流的构网型逆变器暂态控制策略。首先,在传统二阶构网型逆变器控制策略的基础上,引入了一阶暂态电压方程,构建了三阶构网型(主动支撑型)逆变器暂态控制策略,分析了主动支撑型逆变器暂态电压支撑能力;其次,在有功控制环节中通过补偿暂态期间不平衡功率提升了系统的功角稳定性,在无功控制环节中通过调整电压指令值来限制故障电流;最后,设计了暂态控制触发系数Kon,解决了暂态功角和短路电流控制之间的协调问题。通过搭建仿真模型验证了所提暂态控制策略在应对电网三相对称短路故障的有效性。 展开更多

考虑高空核电磁脉冲晚期成分(HEMP E3)的动态特性,研究了变压器电感对HEMP E3在电网内所产生地磁感应电流(GIC)的阻碍作用,以及E3 GIC引起的直流偏磁下变压器无功损耗特性。通过场路耦合仿真计算了直流偏磁下特高压变压器的等效电感及... 考虑高空核电磁脉冲晚期成分(HEMP E3)的动态特性,研究了变压器电感对HEMP E3在电网内所产生地磁感应电流(GIC)的阻碍作用,以及E3 GIC引起的直流偏磁下变压器无功损耗特性。通过场路耦合仿真计算了直流偏磁下特高压变压器的等效电感及无功损耗特性,并提出实现快速计算的简化解析方法。基于上述特性建立考虑电感效应的变压器回路动态GIC计算模型,并应用于E3 GIC及其造成的变压器无功损耗的计算。结果表明:变压器的等效电感(包括励磁电感和漏电感)阻碍GIC的快速增长,其数值随直流偏磁程度的增大而迅速下降,该电感效应使GIC滞后于E3的变化且峰值变平缓,忽略此特征则会高估GIC对设备的损害,误判事件的严重性;变压器的无功损耗在GIC较大时表现出明显的饱和特性,不考虑此特征会高估电力系统响应的灾害性风险,影响核爆期间应对措施的科学性。由于简化解析法不涉及暂态仿真,可以在保证一定精度的基础上快速预测E3作用下电网GIC与变压器无功损耗。 展开更多

For three phase four-wire active power filters (APFs), several typical power theories and corresponding current reference generation strategies are induced, p-q, d-q, unify power factor (UPF) and instantaneous active current (IAC) methods are analyzed and compared with each other. The interpretation of active and reactive currents in non-sinusoidal and unbalanced three-phase four-wire systems is given based on the generalized instantaneous reactive power theory. The performance and the characteristic are evaluated, and the application conditions of current reference generation strategies are concluded. 现有并网导则要求新能源机组短路故障期间输出与并网点压降成比例(K系数)的无功电流,使机组在低电压穿越期间支撑并网点电压,但在某些故障情况下,例如三相接地短路故障时采用固定K系数仍可能发生同步失稳。为此,该文重点研究了基于K系... 现有并网导则要求新能源机组短路故障期间输出与并网点压降成比例(K系数)的无功电流,使机组在低电压穿越期间支撑并网点电压,但在某些故障情况下,例如三相接地短路故障时采用固定K系数仍可能发生同步失稳。为此,该文重点研究了基于K系数的低穿控制策略对暂态同步稳定性的影响,并提出一种改进的故障穿越控制策略。首先,从静态平衡点和动态稳定域的角度分析了低穿控制作用下的K系数可行域,阐明了由K系数导致的变换器暂态同步失稳机理,指出K系数与频率之间的负相关关系。在此基础上,提出一种基于自适应K系数调整的故障穿越策略,可确保新能源机组暂态过程中存在平衡点,并提升故障期间的暂态同步稳定能力。通过仿真以及StarSim控制在环实验,验证了所提策略对于提升并网变换器暂态同步稳定性的有效性。 展开更多

大规模新能源接入的常规特高压直流输电系统中,当受端出现换相失败或直流闭锁故障时,送端换流站的无功盈余会造成交流系统出现过电压。为了抑制送端过电压,基于可控消能的原理,文中提出过电压抑制方案。首先,分析直流系统故障下弱交流... 大规模新能源接入的常规特高压直流输电系统中,当受端出现换相失败或直流闭锁故障时,送端换流站的无功盈余会造成交流系统出现过电压。为了抑制送端过电压,基于可控消能的原理,文中提出过电压抑制方案。首先,分析直流系统故障下弱交流系统产生过电压机理,并提出可控消能装置的拓扑和工作原理;其次,通过仿真研究典型故障工况下,可控消能装置对交流系统过电压的抑制作用及其电气应力;然后,进行可控消能装置设计,重点分析避雷器的电位分布和触发开关在不同线圈匝数下电磁斥力机构的静、动态特性,并提出可控消能装置投入和退出控制策略;最后,对研制的可控消能装置样机进行试验验证,证明设计的正确性。研制的可控消能装置已成功应用于±800 kV鲁固特高压直流输电工程,运行结果表明,可控消能装置能有效抑制交流过电压。 展开更多

针对电力系统中的非阻性负载导致无功负荷和谐波等问题造成电网效率和电压品质下降,提出一种电流平均值检测法的SVG控制模型,旨在补偿系统中的无功分量和降低谐波含量。首先在传统的无功电流检测方法上引入积分环节构成高性能滤波器,提... 针对电力系统中的非阻性负载导致无功负荷和谐波等问题造成电网效率和电压品质下降,提出一种电流平均值检测法的SVG控制模型,旨在补偿系统中的无功分量和降低谐波含量。首先在传统的无功电流检测方法上引入积分环节构成高性能滤波器,提高检测无功电流的响应速度和精度。之后根据检测到的电流信号与实际电路电流得到补偿信号,通过电流直接控制的方式产生控制功率器件的通断信号,在此基础上完成SVG模型的搭建并进行仿真验证。通过在不同负载情况下的仿真,结果表明在未使用SVG装置前,电路中的电流电压存在相位差,投入SVG装置后消除了电路中的电流电压相位差,降低了谐波含量,使用改进后电流检测方法相对于原方法响应速度更快,效果更好。 展开更多
