This study explores the impact of playful work design on employee creativity through flow,as well as the moderating role of playful climate in this relationship.We collected data from 272 employees across various indu...This study explores the impact of playful work design on employee creativity through flow,as well as the moderating role of playful climate in this relationship.We collected data from 272 employees across various industries in China(47.2%from the service industry;61.8%female;63.6%aged 26–40 years).Participants completed measures of playful work design,flow,playful climate,and creativity.Through hierarchical regression and bootstrapping analyses,the results indicate that:(a)playful work design is positively associated with creativity;(b)flow mediates this relationship;and(c)playful climate strengthens the link between playful work design and flow,thereby enhancing employee creativity.These findings support work flow theory by demonstrating that playful work design satisfies employees’basic psychological needs,stimulates intrinsic motivation,and ultimately induces flow to enhance creativity.For practical implications,managers should prioritize employees’work experience,monitor their flow states,and foster a playful climate.展开更多

This WMADF allows designers to develop web -based computer aided programs in a systematic way during the collaborative mec han...In this paper, a Web-based Mechanical Design and A na lysis Framework (WMDAF) is proposed. This WMADF allows designers to develop web -based computer aided programs in a systematic way during the collaborative mec hanical system design and analysis process. This system is based on an emerg ing web-based Content Management System (CMS) called eXtended Object Oriented P ortal System (XOOPS). Due to the Open Source Status of the XOOPS CMS, programs d eveloped with this framework can be further customized to satisfy the demands of the user. To introduce the use of this framework, this paper exams three differ ent types of mechanical design and analysis problems. First, a repetitive design consideration and calculation process is transferred into WMADF programs to gai n efficiency for wired collaborative team. Second, the considered product solid model is created directly through the use of XOOPS program and Microsoft Compone nt Object Model (COM) instances. To the end of the paper, an example linked with ANSYS is used to indicate the possible application of this framework.展开更多
In order to improve safety,economy efficiency and design automation degree of air route in terminal airspace,Three-dimensional(3D)planning of routes network is investigated.A waypoint probability search method is prop...In order to improve safety,economy efficiency and design automation degree of air route in terminal airspace,Three-dimensional(3D)planning of routes network is investigated.A waypoint probability search method is proposed to optimize individual flight path.Through updating horizontal pheromones by negative feedback factors,an antcolony algorithm of path searching in 3Dterminal airspace is implemented.The principle of optimization sequence of arrival and departure routes is analyzed.Each route is optimized successively,and the overall optimization of the whole route network is finally achieved.A case study shows that it takes about 63 sto optimize 8arrival and departure routes,and the operation efficiency can be significantly improved with desirable safety and economy.展开更多
