摘要
传统的众包设计模式,是通过中心化的互联网平台来协调任务的请求者和工人,面临单点故障、隐私信息泄露及平台主观仲裁造成的信任危机等一系列问题。作为一种分布式账本技术,区块链具有去中心化、防篡改、可溯源及双方契约不可单方撕毁等优点,可以用来解决传统中心化平台存在的上述问题。为此,提出一种基于区块链的产品众包设计工作模型,研究了3大关键点:用户管理区块链结构及其存储策略、结合智能合约的工人所做工作记录方法及众包设计工人的信誉评估机制,并阐述了其关键使能技术。经过在具体区块链上进行部署,并进行功能性试验与测试,结果显示:该方法对于众包设计任务中的过程管理展现出一定的有效性。
The traditional crowdsourcing design coordinates task requesters and workers through a centralized Internet platform,with such shortcomings as single-point failure,privacy-information leakage,and trust crisis caused by the platforminduced subjective arbitration.As a distributed ledger technology,blockchain has such advantages as decentralization,immutability,traceability,and irrevocable bilateral contracts.It can be adopted to address these issues in traditional centralized platforms.In this article,a blockchain-based work model of product crowdsourcing design is proposed.Three key aspects are explored:the blockchain structure of user management and its storage strategy,a method of work record performed by workers in combination with smart contracts,and a reputation assessment mechanism for crowdsourcing design workers.The enabling technologies are also elaborated.After deployment on a specific blockchain platform as well as a series of functional experiment and test,it is demonstrated that this method is effective in process management of crowdsourcing design tasks.
