针对工业上常见的散乱堆叠工件的位姿估计和无序分拣问题,文章提出一种基于BlendMask实例分割算法与改进Super 4PCS(super 4-points congruent sets)点云配准算法的物体位姿估计方法。利用BlendMask实例分割算法分割目标工件并构建工件... 针对工业上常见的散乱堆叠工件的位姿估计和无序分拣问题,文章提出一种基于BlendMask实例分割算法与改进Super 4PCS(super 4-points congruent sets)点云配准算法的物体位姿估计方法。利用BlendMask实例分割算法分割目标工件并构建工件表面点云;定义抓取分数选择最上层工件作为抓取对象,实现机器人自上而下抓取;针对不同形状的目标工件,基于相似匹配度函数选择模板点云;融合Super 4PCS与正态分布转换(normal distributions transform,NDT)算法完成目标点云和模板点云在低重合率情况下的精确配准,获取目标工件的抓取位姿;并针对Super 4PCS算法粗配准时速度较慢的问题,通过对体素滤波后的目标点云和模板点云提取3D内部形状描述子(intrinsic shape signatures,ISS)作为点云配准算法的输入点集来提高算法的配准速度。点云配准实验和机器人无序分拣实验结果表明,文章提出的物体位姿估计方法可以快速、准确地完成目标工件的位姿估计和无序分拣任务,配准算法均方根误差(root mean square error,RMSE)小于3.8 mm,位姿估计所需时间小于5.8 s,性能满足实际应用要求。 展开更多

为提高超超临界发电机组锅炉高温受热面的服役安全性,收集了服役后多次发生爆管的Super304H管样失效分析数据,统计了过热爆口位置的分布规律,结合传热学理论分析管壁超温原因,并通过不同温度下第二相析出规律和金相分析手段提出了管壁... 为提高超超临界发电机组锅炉高温受热面的服役安全性,收集了服役后多次发生爆管的Super304H管样失效分析数据,统计了过热爆口位置的分布规律,结合传热学理论分析管壁超温原因,并通过不同温度下第二相析出规律和金相分析手段提出了管壁超温幅度的显微组织判断依据。结果表明:Super304H管过热爆口位置具有较强的规律性,进口集箱底部引出、节流孔径小、下弯角度小的管子等堵管可能性高,容易在折焰角附近等高热负荷区发生爆管;Super304H管过热爆管存在两种管壁超温机制,即高热负荷区管内蒸汽流速不足和热偏差导致的部分管屏出口蒸汽温度过高;Super304H管过热爆管可分为急剧超温、短时超温和长时超温3类,对应的超温幅度依次为大于850℃、750~850℃和700~750℃,对应的显微组织判断依据依次为无第二相析出或析出量很少、未发现σ相且M23C6相显著粗化和发现大量粗化的σ相。 展开更多

针对PMSM在实际工作情况中面临复杂多变的工况、极易受到外界干扰且具有非线性的特点,常用的PI控制系统精度不高,难以满足现代工业电机控制要求,提出了一种新型自适应分数阶滑模控制(AFOSMC)方法。根据永磁同步电机的实时工作状态,采用... 针对PMSM在实际工作情况中面临复杂多变的工况、极易受到外界干扰且具有非线性的特点,常用的PI控制系统精度不高,难以满足现代工业电机控制要求,提出了一种新型自适应分数阶滑模控制(AFOSMC)方法。根据永磁同步电机的实时工作状态,采用自适应滑模控制实时地转变电机运行状态,相比于传统的PI控制更为灵活。同时结合一种Super-Twisting观测器,使控制系统有较强的鲁棒性。两者相结合取长补短,能更好地完成对PMSM的精确控制。通过实验验证,使用该控制系统超调量减小至3.9%,在突增负载时转速下降27 r/min,稳态调节时间为0.01 s,具有良好的运动性能和抗干扰性,且明显减小了传统滑模控制中的抖振现象。 展开更多

为了构建一种依托三维激光扫描技术的特长隧道变形超挖与欠挖自动辨识算法,提升特长隧道超挖与欠挖辨识效率,提出了一种结合栅格预处理与超级四点一致性配准算法(Super 4PCS)的超挖与欠挖辨识方法。采用徕卡P30三维激光扫描仪,获取超长... 为了构建一种依托三维激光扫描技术的特长隧道变形超挖与欠挖自动辨识算法,提升特长隧道超挖与欠挖辨识效率,提出了一种结合栅格预处理与超级四点一致性配准算法(Super 4PCS)的超挖与欠挖辨识方法。采用徕卡P30三维激光扫描仪,获取超长隧道掘进过程中的岩壁点云数据,并据此构建了隧道的三维模型。完成建模后,将三维模型转化为点云模型,随后利用Super 4PCS算法将实测点云与标准模型点云进行精确配准。通过计算配准后模型点云与岩壁点云之间的偏差值,即可得出山岭隧道的超挖与欠挖数据。试验结果显示,基于Super 4PCS的超挖与欠挖辨识方法,在临沧高速公路天生桥点云项目中取得了卓越的辨识效果,其误差相较于全站仪测量结果的精度控制在约1 mm范围内。 展开更多

We proposed a new technique route of directional solidification for the manufacture of super slab.A 7-t laboratory-scale thick slab was casted and characterised for trial.To further understand the process,the evolution of the multiple physical fields during the directional solidification was simulated and verified.Similar to the convectional ingot casting,a negative segregated cone of equiaxed grains was formed at the bottom,and a seriously positive segregated region was formed beneath the top surface of the slab.Specific measures on the lateral walls,base plate,and free surface were strongly recommended to ensure that the slab is relatively directionally casted.A water-cooling copper base plate accelerates the solidification rate and the columnar growth along the vertical direction.It inhibits the sedimentation of equiaxed grains and enlarges the columnar zone.Based on the simulation analysis,it can be concluded that the directional solidification technique route is promising to manufacture super slab with lower segregation level,and less porosities and inclusions. 展开更多

Osteoporosis is a major cause of bone fracture and can be characterised by both mass loss and microstructure deterioration of the bone.The modern way of osteoporosis assessment is through the measurement of bone mineral density,which is not able to unveil the pathological condition from the mesoscale aspect.To obtain mesoscale information from computed tomography(CT),the super-resolution(SR)approach for volumetric imaging data is required.A deep learning model AESR3D is proposed to recover high-resolution(HR)Micro-CT from low-resolution Micro-CT and implement an unsupervised segmentation for better trabecular observation and measurement.A new regularisation overcomplete autoencoder framework for the SR task is proposed and theoretically analysed.The best performance is achieved on structural similarity measure of trabecular CT SR task compared with the state-of-the-art models in both natural and medical image SR tasks.The HR and SR images show a high correlation(r=0.996,intraclass correlation coefficients=0.917)on trabecular bone morphological indicators.The results also prove the effectiveness of our regularisation framework when training a large capacity model. 展开更多

A multi-level biomimetic LDH coatings with super hydrophobicity,corrosion resistance,anti-icing and anti-fouling properties on magnesium alloy

In this study,femtosecond pulsed laser processing was applied to the magnesium alloy,followed by in situ growth of Mg-Al layered double hydroxides(LDHs),and finally modification with low surface energy materials to prepare a biomimetic of centipede-like superhydrophobic composite coating.The resulting biomimetic coating features a dual-scale structure,comprising a micron-scale laser-etched array and nano-scale LDH sheets,which together create a complex hierarchical architecture.The multistage bionic superhydrophobic coating exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance,with a reduction in corrosion current density by approximately five orders of magnitude compared to the bare magnesium alloy substrate.This remarkable corrosion resistance is attributed to the synergistic effects of the superhydrophobicity with a contact angle(CA)of 154.60°,the densification of the surface LDH nanosheets,and the NO_(3)^(-) exchange capacity.Additionally,compared to untreated AZ91D alloy,the biomimetic coating prolongs ice formation time by 250% at-40℃ and withstands multiple cycles of sandpaper abrasion and repeated tape peeling tests.Furthermore,it demonstrates excellent self-cleaning and anti-fouling properties,as confirmed by dye immersion and dust contamination tests.The construction of the multi-level bionic structured coating not only holds significant practical potential for metal protection but also provides valuable insights into the application of formed LDH materials in functional bionic coating engineering. 展开更多

The extraordinary Super Typhoon(STY)Muifa(2022)made landfall four times and had a significant impact on the coastal regions from south to north of China.Although previous studies have demonstrated the‘pumping effect'of typhoons on the enhancement of reactive nitrogen(Nr)wet deposition over the ocean,it is uncertain how Nr deposition is influenced by typhoons thatmake prolonged mechanism due tomultiple landfalls.In this study,theNr wet deposition induced by STYMuifawas investigated fromthe perspective of in-and below-cloud processes based on the Nested Air Quality Prediction Modeling System with an online tracer-tagging module.High volume of Nr wet deposition caused by Muifa migrated from south to north,passing over half of China's coastal cities.Compared to the typhoon generated vicinity,both mean values of the oxidized and reduced nitrogen wet deposition over the Typhoon affected regions were increased about 20.4 and 66.1 times after landfall even with the similar rainfall.Emissions from the four landfall areas of China contributed to the majority of Nr wet deposition with significantly enhanced proportion of in-cloud deposition.The strong pumping effect of typhoon to the Nr deposition along the coastal areas and the risk of ecosystem effects requires further researches and higher demands on the control of nitrogen emissions of National Industrial Park,which usually located in China's coastal cities. 展开更多

Super duplex stainless steels(SDSSs)and hyper duplex stainless steels(HDSSs),with more alloying elements content,are more corrosion resistant than the standard grades.Progresses of research works on weldability of SDSSs and HDSSs in recent years are reviewed in this paper.If proper heat input is provided,SDSSs and HDSSs can be welded with most fusion welding processes,while tungsten inert gas welding is the most popular process.SDSSs and HDSSs are more prone to secondary phases precipitation than the standard and lean grades,and heat input for SDSSs and HDSSs welding is restricted to a smaller range.Matching filler materials are usually recommended for SDSSs and HDSSs welding,rather than Ni-riched ones for standard and lean grades.Nitrogen addition in shielding gas is always beneficial.Post weld heat treatment with slow cooling rate will be harmful.Hot cracking tendency of SDSSs and HDSSs joints is not high,but sometimes they can suffer from hydrogen induced stress cracking. 展开更多

Chemical recycling/upcycling of plastics has emerged as one of the most promising strategies for the plastic circular economy,enabling the depolymerization and functionalization of plastics into valuable monomers and chemicals.However,studies on the depolymerization and functionalization of challenging super engineering plastics have remained in early stage and underexplored.In this review,we would like to discuss the representative accomplishments and mechanism insights on chemical protocols achieved in depolymerization of super engineering plastics,especially for poly(phenylene sulfide)(PPS),poly(aryl ether)s including poly(ether ether ketone)(PEEK),polysulfone(PSU),polyphenylsulfone(PPSU)and polyethersulfone(PES).We anticipate that this review will provide an overall perspective on the current status and future trends of this emerging field. 展开更多
