The problem of designing fuzzy static output feedback controller for T-S discrete-time fuzzy bilinear system (DFBS) is presented. Based on parallel distribution compensation method, some sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the stability of the overall fuzzy system. The stabilization conditions are further formulated into linear matrix inequality (LMI) so that the desired controller can be easily obtained by using the Matlab LMI toolbox. In comparison with the existing results, the drawbacks, such as coordinate transformation, same output matrices, have been elim- inated. Finally, a simulation example shows that the approach is effective. 展开更多

The challenge and control problems of static unstable missiles are presented. The steady-state benefits of static instability are illustrated, while the corresponding control challenge is described both by the characteristic lag of airframe and the increment of necessary control usage. Control limitation led by unstable zero-pole pair is analyzed for preliminary design and evaluation. Linear control strategy is examined wherein two and three loop acceleration autopilots with different control usages are developed using an optimal control approach combined with frequency domain constraint. The weights selection and relation with system performance are detailed. Then the nonlinear backstepping recursive method is detailed to determine how well it is able to follow command and its engineering feasibility. The results show that a static unstable missile is controllable, while the actuator bandwidth is the crucial limited factor. There should be a compromise between overall performance and actuator payment. 展开更多

Spent Coffee Ground (SCG) is characterized by high organic content, in the form of insoluble polysaccharides bound and phenol compounds. Phenol compounds are toxic to nature and <span style="font-family:Verdana;">are</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> a cause of environmental pollution. Composting method of this study is aerobic static batch composting with temperature control with adding activators of some fungi such as </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Aspergillus sp</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">, and </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Penicillium sp. </span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">The purpose of the research is to fill the research gap from previous studies of spent coffee grounds compost, which requires a long time in composting, so that if it is used directly on the soil and plants, the positive effect also requires a long time. The result of composting for 28 days with this method is that mature compost has black crumb and normal pH, with characteristics of C/N ratio below 10: C1 (7.06), C2 (6.99). This value is far from the control with a C/N ratio of 8.33. Decompose rate of macromolecule are above 40% for lignin and 70% for cellulose. Implementation of compost in radish plants, resulting Germination Index above 80% which indicates that the compost is ripe: control (92.39%), C1 (183.88%), C2 (191.86%). The results of the analysis with FTIR also showed that the compost was mature and stable, and rich in minerals. So, it can be concluded </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">that</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> this composting method can speed up composting time and optimize the results of compost produced.</span> 展开更多

The oil film thickness of oil hydrostatic guide with constant pressure supply based on capillary restrictor is greatly affected by load, and this kind of hydrostatic guide is usually applied to the machine tools with moderate load. The static and dynamic characteristics of the guide have been studied by using some theoretical, numerical and experimental approaches, and some methods and measures have been proposed to improve its performances. The hydrostatic guide based on progressive mengen(PM) flow controller is especially suitable for the heavy numerical control(NC) machine tools. However, few literatures about the research on the static and dynamic characteristics of the hydrostatic guides based on PM flow controller are reported. In this paper, the formulae are derived for analyzing the static and dynamic characteristics of hydrostatic guides with rectangle pockets and PM flow controller according to the theory of hydrostatic bearing. On the basis of the analysis of hydrostatic bearing with circular pocket, some equations are derived for solving the static pressure, volume pressure and squeezing pressure which influence the dynamic characteristics of hydrostatic guides with rectangle pocket. The function and the influencing factors of three pressures are clarified. The formulae of amplitude-frequency characteristics and dynamic stiffness of the hydrostatic guide system are derived. With the help of software MATLAB, programs are coded with C++ language to simulate numerically the static and dynamic characteristics of the hydrostatic guide based on PM flow controller. The simulation results indicate that the sensitive oil volume between the outlet of the PM flow controller and the guide pocket has the greatest influence on the characteristics of the guide, and it should be reduced as small as possible when the field working condition is met. Choosing the oil with a greater viscosity is also helpful in improving the dynamic performance of hydrostatic guides. The research work has instructing significance for analyzing and designing the guide with PM flow controller. 展开更多

The eight-node and forty-DOF piezoelectric shell element were applied to shape control of a flat shell structure. By the direct and converse effects, a distributed piezoelectric sensor layer was used to monitor the shape deformation and a distributed actuator layer was used to suppresse the deflection. A finite element model was for static response of laminated shell with piezoelectric sensors/actuators was derived. The model was verified by calculating piezoelectric polymeric PVDF bimorph beam. The results are in good agreement with those obtained by theoretical analysis of Tzou and Hwang . A case study of the static shape control of a flat shell structure is presented. 展开更多

This paper is concerned with the problem of designing robust H∞and H2static output feedback controllers for a class of discrete-time piecewise-affine singular systems with norm-bounded time-varying parameters uncertainties. Based on a piecewise singular Lyapunov function combined with S-procedure,Projection lemma and some matrix inequality convexifying techniques,sufficient conditions in terms of linear matrix inequalities are given for the existence of an output-feedback controller for the discrete-time piecewiseaffine singular systems with a prescribed H∞disturbance attenuation level,and the H2norm is smaller than a given positive number. It is shown that the controller gains can be obtained by solving a family of LMIs parameterized by one or two scalar variables. The numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design methods. 展开更多

An eight-channel force loading system is presented, which adopts position control system and force control system switching model, small flow servo valve controlled capacious cylinder system scheme, intelligent PID algorithm and distributed load approach. Through the analyses of the equivalent model of valve controlled cylinder force subsystem, a controller based on intelligent PID algorithm is designed, which is not sensitive to the variation of parameters such as environmental stiffness. According to the coupling of multiple load channels, a distributed load approach is employed in the superior monitor computer. To eliminate the node traction coupling during wind turbine blade full-scale static testing,a model free adaptive control algorithm is presented based on fuzzy control performance function compensation. Based on the universal model theory,the fuzzy model free adaptive control( FMFAC) algorithm is designed by configuring the spot static testing experiences as compensation function F( ·). Then the algorithm implementation process is provided and its quick convergence is proved. Using software to establish static load coupling model of multi-nodes,simulate and verify the validity of FMFAC algorithm,which is applied to wind turbines blade full-scale static testing. The results show that the adaptive decoupling ability of FMFAC is better. The traction of four load points can stay steady and change coordinately. Process error is not over ± 6 k N. The error rate is lower than 1% in special phase.This algorithm effectively eliminates the traction coupling of the static testing process,and makes wind turbine blade testing steadily. 展开更多

针对10 kV电网的级联型静止无功发生器存在器件数量多、耐受电网电压不平衡能力弱的缺点,提出新的混合级联型静止无功发生器(new hybrid cascade static var generator,NHC-SVG)拓扑并建立控制系统。NHC-SVG拓扑由五电平中点嵌位型(neut... 针对10 kV电网的级联型静止无功发生器存在器件数量多、耐受电网电压不平衡能力弱的缺点,提出新的混合级联型静止无功发生器(new hybrid cascade static var generator,NHC-SVG)拓扑并建立控制系统。NHC-SVG拓扑由五电平中点嵌位型(neutral-point clamped,NPC)功率单元和H桥级联型功率单元混合级联构成。首先采用最近电平逼近调制与载波相移调制混合实现NHC-SVG的调制。其次,基于调制输出波形建立NPC五电平功率单元中点电位的数学模型,找到中点电位失衡的原因。并采用调节NPC功率单元电平变化时刻相对应的触发角度和注入二倍频谐波电流的方法实现中点电位平衡,进而建立NHC-SVG控制系统。最后以电网电压平衡且直流侧取10%的裕量为设计条件,对10 kV/5 Mvar的NHC-SVG进行算例分析和仿真研究。结果验证了NHC-SVG的有效性,且其补偿额定电流时可耐受电网电压不平衡度大于4。 展开更多

由于新能源汽车行驶过程易受到车辆行驶状态的影响,当状态发生较大变化时,如果未能及时适应,就可能导致横摆角速度跟踪不准确,影响车辆行驶稳定性、增加交通事故风险的问题。因此,提出新能源汽车横摆角速度无静差跟踪鲁棒控制,首先通过... 由于新能源汽车行驶过程易受到车辆行驶状态的影响,当状态发生较大变化时,如果未能及时适应,就可能导致横摆角速度跟踪不准确,影响车辆行驶稳定性、增加交通事故风险的问题。因此,提出新能源汽车横摆角速度无静差跟踪鲁棒控制,首先通过单预瞄点规划汽车的虚拟轨迹,然后计算汽车质心以无偏差方式沿规划轨迹稳定行驶时的理想横摆角速度并加以优化,最后引入内膜原理构建内环为镇定补偿器、外环为内模伺服补偿器进行新能源汽车横摆角速度无静差跟踪鲁棒控制,以更好地适应车辆行驶状态的变化,并基于控制条件,采用极点配置和待定系数法求解系统控制量,实现横摆角速度无静差跟踪鲁棒控制。实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效跟踪理想轨迹和理想横摆角速度、降低侧向位移和航向角误差,且在行驶状态发生连续变化下,横摆角速度结果与理想结果接近,具有较好的鲁棒性,能及时适应行驶状态的变化。 展开更多

A simple static output feedback sliding mode control law without extra dynamic equation is given, such that the predefined sliding surface is reached in finite time for the general matching uncertainties. In the reported result, this extra dynamic equation is used for evaluating the norm bound of the unmeasured state vector. Finally, some examples are studied to illustrate the proposed approach. 展开更多

为拓宽非线性能量阱(NES)的控制频率范围,提出一种引入负刚度的NES,由附加质量通过X型环绕弹簧产生非线性恢复力,增加准零刚度特性,同时调整控制动力参数,降低系统固有频率,能够有效提高NES的非线性和鲁棒性。采用拟静力试验方法,对所... 为拓宽非线性能量阱(NES)的控制频率范围,提出一种引入负刚度的NES,由附加质量通过X型环绕弹簧产生非线性恢复力,增加准零刚度特性,同时调整控制动力参数,降低系统固有频率,能够有效提高NES的非线性和鲁棒性。采用拟静力试验方法,对所提出的负刚度NES模型进行低周往复加载,同时采用ABAQUS有限元软件完成负刚度NES的数值模拟,系统分析弹簧运动行程长宽比、预压缩量和刚度3种参数对负刚度NES抗震性能的影响。研究结果表明:这种X构型负刚度NES比常规NES表现出更宽的频率范围;调整弹簧刚度、长宽比和弹簧预压缩量都能拓宽NES的负刚度和频率变化范围,提高NES的耗能能力和抗震性能,有助于推广非线性结构控制技术在工程中的应用。 展开更多

机器人末端执行器双重自动避障控制方法的研究

机器人末端执行器的避障控制是确保机器人操作安全性和效率的关键组成部分。但是,在复杂动态作业环境中,机器人末端执行器在应对突发动态障碍物时反应滞后,易导致碰撞风险。因此,提出了一种机器人末端执行器双重自动避障控制方法。基于... 机器人末端执行器的避障控制是确保机器人操作安全性和效率的关键组成部分。但是,在复杂动态作业环境中,机器人末端执行器在应对突发动态障碍物时反应滞后,易导致碰撞风险。因此,提出了一种机器人末端执行器双重自动避障控制方法。基于末端执行器与基座坐标的位姿关系,使用标准DH参数法建模,求出机器人末端坐标系至基座坐标系的转移矩阵,获得末端执行器的位姿信息。根据动静态障碍物局部与全局坐标系,利用获得末端执行器的位姿信息,精确获得动静态障碍物与末端执行器的相对位置和速度信息,并结合表面积分定义累积移动安全范围,得出动静双重障碍物安全范围,为避障决策提供了准确的边界条件。通过加入避障速度系数,依据末端标志点与障碍物安全范围,调整避障反应强度,完成末端执行器双重自动避障控制。通过实验证明,所提方法能够实现双重自动避障控制,减少不必要的绕行和停顿,提高效率,确保设备安全。 展开更多

为复现人手的运动功能,针对耦合型假肢手适应性差,自适应假肢手运动拟人性差的问题,本文提出一种兼具耦合运动功能与自适应运动功能的欠驱动手指机构。介绍了耦合自适应连杆机构的原理以及欠驱动手指机构的设计方案,然后对手指运动学进... 为复现人手的运动功能,针对耦合型假肢手适应性差,自适应假肢手运动拟人性差的问题,本文提出一种兼具耦合运动功能与自适应运动功能的欠驱动手指机构。介绍了耦合自适应连杆机构的原理以及欠驱动手指机构的设计方案,然后对手指运动学进行了分析,获得了手指各关节间的运动耦合关系以及手指的工作空间。建立手指的静力学模型,并分析了指尖抓握时的指尖输出力特性以及自适应抓握时手指的稳定性。设计了手指的位置控制以及阻抗控制策略使手指具备主动柔顺特性。最后进行了手指抓握以及控制实验,实验结果表明,所设计欠驱动手指具有较高的输出力、高稳定性以及良好的顺应性。所设计手指结合了耦合手与自适应手的优点,有效提升了假肢手的抓握性能。 展开更多
