多功能固沙车的结构设计与仿真分析

摘要 针对现有人工铺设草方格存在效率低下、铺设质量差等问题,设计了一种多功能固沙车。首先,采用SolidWorks软件对固沙车总体结构、平沙开沟装置、草料装载输送装置、插刀装置和播种装置进行设计。然后,利用SolidWorks Simulation和SolidWorks Moti on模块对平沙开沟装置进行仿真模拟分析,验证了该装置可以实现预期的平沙、开沟作业。最后,针对固沙车最重要的插刀装置进行试验验证,使用3D打印按比例制作该模块样机,测出插刀装置将草帘压入沙中的平均深度为24.3 mm,符合多功能固沙车的设计要求。 To address the issues of low efficiency and poor quality associated with manual straw checkerboard laying,a multifunctional sand-fixing vehicle was designed.Firstly,the overall structure of the vehicle,along with the sand leveling and trenching device,straw loading and conveying system,blade insertion mechanism,and seeding device,were mechanically designed using SolidWorks software.Secondly,simulation analysis of the sand leveling and trenching device was conducted using the SolidWorks Simulation and SolidWorks Motion modules.The results demonstrated that the device effectively achieves the desired functions of leveling the sand,trenching.Finally,experimental validation was conducted on the most critical component,the blade insertion mechanism.A scaled prototype of this module was fabricated using 3D printing,and experimental results indicated that the average depth at which the straw mats were pressed into the sand was 24.3 mm,meeting the design specifications of multifunctional sand fixing vehicle.
