The effects of Ce addition on the quantity, size, distribution of inclusions and the content of oxygen, sulfur and other hazardous residual elements in spring steel used as fastener in high speed railway were investigated by metallographic examination, SEM-EDS and composition analysis. The results indicated that the contents of oxygen decreased with the addition of Ce ([Ce]〈0.1%) and the content of sulfur continually decreased with increasing content of Ce ([Ce]〈1.2%). However, with the further increase of Ce element addition, the content of [O] and T[O] began to increase. The content of Ce corresponding to the lowest [O] and T[O] lied in the range of 0.10%-0.13%and 0.045%-0.065%, respectively. The addition of Ce in spring steel resulted in the formation of rare earth oxides/oxysulfides and decreased the size of inclusions to less than 3μm in globular or spheroid shape. Moreover, the residual harmful elements (As, P, Pb and Sn) were found to exist in the Ce-containing inclusions, which had proved that the Ce addition could capture the residual elements and suppress their precipitation behaviors in the grain boundary. 展开更多

It is noted that ... The spring-back of a bending metal tube was studied through extensive experiments and finite element method (FEM) analysis. An approximate equation for the spring-back angle of bending was deduced. It is noted that the mechanical properties of the material (in a tubular form) are quite different from those found in the standard tensile tests (when the materials are in bar forms). This is one of the major reasons that result in the discrepancies in the outcomes of experimental study, FEM calculations, and spring-back analysis. It is therefore of crucial importance to study the mechanical properties of the materials in their tubular forms. The experiments and FEM simulations prove that the spring-back angle is significantly affected by the mechanical properties of the materials. The angle decreases accordingly with plastic modulus, but changes inversely with the hardening index and elastic modulus The spring-back angle is also affected by the conditions of tube deformation: it increases accordingly with the relative bending radius but changes inversely with the relative wall thickness. In addition, the spring-back angle increases nonlinearly with the bending angle. 展开更多

A stranded wires helical spring is formed of a multilayer and coaxial strand of several wires twisted together with the same direction of spiral. Compared with the conventional single wire spring, the stranded wires helical spring has the notable predominance in strength, damping and vibration reduction, which is usually used in aircraft engines, automatic weapons, etc. However, due to its complicated structure, the precise computation of its strength and rigidity need be a correct mathematical model, which then will be imported to finite element analysis software for solutions. Equations on solving geometric parameters, such as external diameters of strands and screw pitches of wires, are put forward in the paper. It also proposes a novel methodology on solving geometric parameters and establishing entity models of the stranded wires helical spring, which provides foundation of computing mechanical parameters by FEA. Then mathematical models on the centre line of the strand and the surface curve of each wire, after closing two ends in a spring, are proposed. Finally, geometric parameters are solved in a case study, and a 3D entity model of a spring with 3 layers and 16 wires is established, which has validated the accuracy of the proposed methodology and the 3D entity mathematical model. The corrosion resistance and evolution of corrosion products in medium-carbon high-strength spring steels were investigated in a neutral salt spray(5 wt% Na Cl solution). A formation model of γ-Fe OOH and a transformation model describing the conversion of γ-Fe OOH to α-Fe OOH were constructed. The results indicated that, at the initial corrosion stage, the corrosion resistance was gradually improved with the addition of Cr; however, with the addition of alloying element V, the corrosion resistance decreased. These results were attributed mainly to the initial corrosion stage being closely related to the matrix microstructure parameters such as grain-boundary character and dislocation density. After the rust layer was formed at a later corrosion stage, the corrosion resistance was reinforced with the addition of Cr and V because Cr strongly influenced the composition, structure, and morphology of the corrosion products. The results presented herein show that Cr was conducive to the transformation of γ-Fe OOH into α-Fe OOH. Moreover, V and Cr exhibited obvious synergy and were enriched in the inner layer of the corrosion products. 展开更多

A group of leaf springs which provides the flexible support of stator is designed to satisfy the requirement of low vibration motor at megawatt (MW) level. Spring steel 65Mn is chosen as the material of the leaf spring. The size of the leaf spring is obtained by calculation and load analysis according to a deflection formula. The deflection and stiffness of the single leaf spring is calculated with both theoretical method and finite element analysis (FEA). A deflection test platform is established based on actual force and boundary condition to verify the deflection and stiffness of the leaf spring. The results show that the maximal deflection of the three pieces of 1.2 mm leaf spring group is 0.71 mm and the stiffness of the leaf spring group is 364 N/mm, which satisfies the requirements of the motor. The design method is also applicable for other MW power level motors. 展开更多

Continuum-based discrete element method(CDEM)is an explicit numerical method used for simulation of progressive failure of geological body.To improve the efficiency of contact detection and simplify the calculation steps for contact forces,semi-spring and semi-edge are introduced in calculation.Semispring is derived from block vertex,and formed by indenting the block vertex into each face(24semisprings for a hexahedral element).The formation process of semi-edge is the same as that of semi-spring(24semi-edges for a hexahedral element).Based on the semi-springs and semi-edges,a new type of combined contact model is presented.According to this model,six contact types could be reduced to two,i.e.the semi-spring target face contact and semi-edge target edge contact.By the combined model,the contact force could be calculated directly(the information of contact type is not necessary),and the failure judgment could be executed in a straightforward way(each semi-spring and semi-edge own their characteristic areas).The algorithm has been successfully programmed in C++program.Some simple numerical cases are presented to show the validity and accuracy of this model.Finally,the failure mode,sliding distance and critical friction angle of Jiweishan landslide are studied with the combined model. 展开更多

接触刚度对结构固有特性具有重要影响。为了准确建立螺旋锥齿轮与连接件之间接触面的动力学模型,通过模态试验提取了齿轮与连接件装配体的模态频率及模态振型。建立了齿轮与连接件装配体有限元模型,分析了不同预紧力接触压力的分布规律... 接触刚度对结构固有特性具有重要影响。为了准确建立螺旋锥齿轮与连接件之间接触面的动力学模型,通过模态试验提取了齿轮与连接件装配体的模态频率及模态振型。建立了齿轮与连接件装配体有限元模型,分析了不同预紧力接触压力的分布规律,划分了接触主区域与接触副区域,并分别建立3向等效刚度弹簧单元。与试验结果对比表明,接触主区域与接触副区域的刚度,对结构整体的模态频率均有很大的影响。分别对弹簧刚度进行模态频率灵敏度分析,找出了影响结构模态频率的主要弹簧刚度。以试验模态频率为目标对主要弹簧刚度进行修正,修正后模态频率的最大相对误差由4.25%降低到1.83%,显著提升了模型精度。研究方法为准确的螺旋锥齿轮动态特性分析及进一步的结构优化和减振避振奠定基础。 展开更多

This document uses previous results (which we call the first stage), for the development of a computer model based on finite elements under the FEAP programmer, to carry out a structural analysis of a pipeline. For this purpose, we used environmental variables that we believe influence the failure of buried pipelines such as the internal pressure of fluid, the type of support used, the temperature at which the pipelines work, the type of soil and the stiffness of the soil acting on it. Once the model was finalized, analyses were made with each of the variables separately and combined to observe the behavior of the pipeline, finding the most unfavorable case that indicates the main causes that led to its failure. 展开更多

双向气弹簧斜撑抗震支吊架的抗震性能分析

针对传统槽钢斜撑抗震支吊架在地震作用下因刚性较大容易发生破坏和抗震连接件塑性变形耗能产生较大残余变形问题,引入气弹簧弹性阻尼构件,提出一种双向气弹簧斜撑抗震支吊架,采用ABAQUS软件建立有限元模型进行数值模拟,分析无斜撑、槽... 针对传统槽钢斜撑抗震支吊架在地震作用下因刚性较大容易发生破坏和抗震连接件塑性变形耗能产生较大残余变形问题,引入气弹簧弹性阻尼构件,提出一种双向气弹簧斜撑抗震支吊架,采用ABAQUS软件建立有限元模型进行数值模拟,分析无斜撑、槽钢斜撑和气弹簧斜撑3种支吊架的受力特点及变形特性、滞回性能和承载力不平衡特性。结果表明:3种支吊架槽钢立柱顶部都出现应力集中现象,有斜撑支吊架与无斜撑支吊架相比应力最大降幅为7%;极限位移下正向最大承载力由2.6 kN提高至4.7 kN,提高了81%;气弹簧抗震连接件与传统铰链式连接件相比,应力最大下降幅度为79.4%;气弹簧斜撑支吊架滞回曲线呈“双旗形”,与槽钢斜撑支吊架相比残余变形大幅减小;气斜撑支吊架拉压不均匀系数β最大变化幅度仅为2%,气弹簧斜撑支吊架更加符合“强节点,弱构件”的设计思想,承载力性能更好,具有对称的拉压滞回特性。 展开更多

针对液化天然气(LNG)卸料臂关键密封元件在低温工况下的性能需求,建立了V型弹簧蓄能密封圈等效二维轴对称有限元模型,对比分析了其在25℃常温与-162℃低温工况下的密封特性。结果表明,低温导致密封夹套材料弹性模量增大、韧性降低,引发... 针对液化天然气(LNG)卸料臂关键密封元件在低温工况下的性能需求,建立了V型弹簧蓄能密封圈等效二维轴对称有限元模型,对比分析了其在25℃常温与-162℃低温工况下的密封特性。结果表明,低温导致密封夹套材料弹性模量增大、韧性降低,引发显著的热收缩效应和非均匀温度场,进而使V型弹簧蓄能密封圈最大Mises应力增加20%、塑性形变峰值剧增100%以上、界面滑移距离锐减至70%~80%,增大了塑性累积损伤、脆性开裂与界面卡滞的失效风险。等效弹簧厚度在0.38~0.40 mm、介质压力在0.5~1.1 MPa、摩擦因数控制在0.10~0.12时,可有效抑制低温应力波动并维持较高的接触压力,降低塑性损伤风险。研究结果可为LNG低温设备V型弹簧蓄能密封圈的设计与优化提供参考。 展开更多

以某锤击式振打系统中的大尺寸非标碟簧为研究对象,对其在不同载荷作用下的响应特性进行了研究。分别采用理论及仿真模拟方法,对标准碟簧及大尺寸非标碟簧的载荷-变形及载荷-应力状态进行了分析;并采用仿真分析方法,研究了对合状态下重... 以某锤击式振打系统中的大尺寸非标碟簧为研究对象,对其在不同载荷作用下的响应特性进行了研究。分别采用理论及仿真模拟方法,对标准碟簧及大尺寸非标碟簧的载荷-变形及载荷-应力状态进行了分析;并采用仿真分析方法,研究了对合状态下重载非标碟簧的响应特征。研究结果表明,对于大变形工况,有限元法能更准确地描述大尺寸非标碟簧的承载性能;大尺寸非标碟簧承受载荷小于额定载荷时,其载荷-变形量呈现线性特征;承受载荷超过额定载荷后,载荷-变形量呈现非线性特征。分析认为,碟簧载荷与变形量的理论计算方法适用于结构的小变形状态,当载荷超过额定载荷时,碟簧的变形较大,小变形的线弹性理论已经不适用于大载荷工况。随着载荷变大,对合状态碟簧接触面的接触状态会发生突变,从面-面接触变成线-面接触,接触状态的改变会造成碟簧局部应力产生变化,影响碟簧的安全使用。 展开更多

本文将碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)引入重卡板簧的设计之中,提出一种CFRP多片簧结构。利用有限元仿真分析对CFRP多片簧的强度和刚度进行协调匹配设计,得出CFRP单片板簧的铺层角度为[0_(33)/±75]5,并通过台架试验对仿真模型进行优化,... 本文将碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)引入重卡板簧的设计之中,提出一种CFRP多片簧结构。利用有限元仿真分析对CFRP多片簧的强度和刚度进行协调匹配设计,得出CFRP单片板簧的铺层角度为[0_(33)/±75]5,并通过台架试验对仿真模型进行优化,利用ABAQUS软件建立优化后的有限元仿真模型,并通过CAE对CFRP多片簧在工作载荷、极限载荷和疲劳加载等工况下进行可靠性分析,预测CFRP多片簧的刚度和疲劳寿命,对CFRP多片簧试验件进行台架试验。结果表明,CFRP多片簧的质量为34.4 kg,减重45%以上,经历15万次的循环加载后,CFRP多片簧的刚度并未下降,且仍能承受20 t的载荷而不破坏。 展开更多

为探究MEMS微弹簧在高过载条件下的动态响应规律,采用理论求解和仿真验证的方法,建立了微弹簧系统模型,通过计算机程序求解出运动行程与运动时间之间的函数关系,进而得到了运动速度、加速度与运动时间之间的函数关系。高过载条件下微弹... 为探究MEMS微弹簧在高过载条件下的动态响应规律,采用理论求解和仿真验证的方法,建立了微弹簧系统模型,通过计算机程序求解出运动行程与运动时间之间的函数关系,进而得到了运动速度、加速度与运动时间之间的函数关系。高过载条件下微弹簧会受到相应环境力,以S型微弹簧为例,研究结果表明:在不同的尺寸设计下,当微弹簧刚度足够大时,微弹簧在受力后的短时间内达到简谐振动最大行程,振幅较小导致微弹簧及滑块被拉伸的距离有限,无法到达闭锁位置;当微弹簧刚度设计适中时,微弹簧可在微秒级时间下运动到指定位置闭锁。应用于微小型引信时,在微尺度下,各刚度下的S型微弹簧单独使用时一般不能达到常规引信要求的延期解除隔离时间,因此微弹簧通常与其他元器件配合使用从而达到能量转换和延期解除隔离的目的。 展开更多

基于非线性弹簧的变桨轴承性能分析方法研究

【目的】工程应用中,变桨轴承包含数百对滚动体和滚道的非线性接触,受力状况复杂,完整实体模型分析困难。为了更精确地描述变桨轴承运动、受力特点及滚动体载荷应力分布规律,对滚动体和滚道之间的等效方式进行了研究。【方法】以5 MW级... 【目的】工程应用中,变桨轴承包含数百对滚动体和滚道的非线性接触,受力状况复杂,完整实体模型分析困难。为了更精确地描述变桨轴承运动、受力特点及滚动体载荷应力分布规律,对滚动体和滚道之间的等效方式进行了研究。【方法】以5 MW级风力发电机组三排圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,首先,建立考虑螺栓连接的叶根-轴承-轮毂整体物理计算模型,采用赫兹接触理论计算非线性弹簧单元刚度进而模拟滚动体变形情况,建立滚动体-滚道之间的接触力学关系;其次,将螺栓等效、接合面摩擦接触纳入实际计算,对轴承结构性能进行分析研究;最后,采用所建立的物理计算模型对变桨轴承进行了承载能力分析。【结果】结果表明,通过轴承最大接触载荷值与NREL的经验公式理论值的对比,发现误差小于5%。该方法具有一定的工程实用价值,可为风力发电机组变桨轴承的合理设计和制造提供参考和依据。 展开更多
