To avoid stray current and maintain the benefit of no phase-split in the DC traction power supply system, an AC traction power supply system was proposed for the urban public transport such as metro and light rail transit. The proposed system consists of a main substation (MSS) and cable traction network (CTN). The MSS includes a single-phase main traction transformer and a negative-se- quence compensation device, while the CTN includes double-core cables, traction transformers, overhead catenary system, rails, etc. Several key techniques for the proposed system were put forward and discussed, which can be summarized as (1) the power supply principle, equivalent circuit and transmission ability of the CTN, the cable-catenary matching technique, and the selection of catenary voltage level; (2) the segmentation technology and status identification method for traction power supply network, distributed and centralized protection schemes, etc.; (3) a power supply scheme for single-line MSS and a power supply scheme of MSS shared by two or more lines. The proposed industrial frequency single-phase AC traction power supply system shows an excellent technical performance, good economy, and high reliability, hence provides a new alternative for metro and urban rail transit power supply systems. 展开更多

Unified algorithm of single-phase active AC-DC converters and its applications

This paper discusses a novel boost single-phase active AC-DC converters, named low-end semi-controlled bridge AC-DC converter. By analysis, its topology and principle can be derived from the conventional single-phase power factor corrector ( PFC). But it has also some differences, such as power device positions, inductor type, input voltage waveform detection and induction current detection, so its design is also different. The converter is implemented by employing two current detection approaches, i.e., current transformer detection and shunt resistor detection. Consequently, it can provide a steady DC output voltage with a low voltage ripple, approximately unitary input power factor and 2.5 kW output power. A novel topology of Integrated Boost-SEPIC (IBS) AC-DC converter using common part sharing method (CPSM) has been proposed in this paper. Conventional boost converters with bridge rectifier configuration are inefficient due to limited voltage step-up ratio which may not be applicable for high step-up applications as in the case of micro generators. The proposed IBS topology is based on the common part sharing method capable of operating both for positive and negative half cycle of the input signal. Result and simulation were conducted using PSIM environment. The proposed AC-DC IBS topology eliminates the requirement of bridge rectifier achieving high efficiency (about 99%), improved power factor (0.75, leading) and lower THD (about 38.8%) which is within IEEE standard. 展开更多

This paper presents a single-phase Z-source inverter as a power conditioning system for a single phase utility connected system. Z-source inverter is a single-stage topology that has buck-boost feature, which is possible because of additional shoot through state introduced in zero state of the conventional inverter pulse width modulation and provides desired output AC voltage. Small distributed generation (DG) system with alternate energy sources requires power conditioning units with low cost, high efficiency and tolerance to wide range of input voltage variation and has to perform various functions such as dc-ac conversion, system control and achieve power quality norms. To meet some of these requirements a two-loop control strategy for ac side control with grid current feedback with PI control and inner filter capacitor current feedback with proportional control and on dc side PID control for Z-source capacitor voltage regulation are employed, which gives good transient response also suppress load and source disturbances effectively. Theoretical analysis of proposed scheme is established and then simulation results are presented to validate proposed control strategy. 展开更多

Due to the wide and adjustable emission range,Ce^(3+)is an indispensable luminous center for full spectrum lighting.However,it needs to be sintered at high temperature in a reducing atmosphere,resulting in difficulty to coexisting with other multivalent activated ions(such as Eu^(3+),Tm^(3+)),which greatly hinders the formation of full spectrum.In this study,a calcium vacancy enhanced self-reduction of Ce^(4+)is realized in CaNaSb_(2)O_(6)F(CNSOF)host under air atmosphere sintering,through which Ce^(3+),Tm^(3+)and Eu^(3+)coexisting in a single-phase full spectrum phosphor was prepared.Notably,the artificial introduction of a calcium vacancy was designed to verify this self-reduction mechanism.Moreover,the energy transfer kinetics among Tm^(3+),Ce^(3+)and Eu^(3+)were explored.Finally,combined with a 340 nm UV chip,a full spectrum phosphor-converted light-emitting diode(pc-LED)was fabricated,showing a broad emission range from 400 to 750 nm,Commission Internationale de I'Edairage(CIE)of(0.3485,0.3673),Ra of 92 and correlated color temperature(CCT)of 4933 K.Utilizing the variation in emission colors of this phosphor under different UV wavelengths,a dual encryption method combining point character code and fluorescent encryption technique is proposed.This work provides an effective path for Ce^(4+)self-reduction to apply in full spectrum pc-LED and information encryption. 展开更多

Single-Phase Grounding Fault Identification in Distribution Networks with Distributed Generation Considering Class Imbalance across Different Network Topologies

In contemporary medium-voltage distribution networks heavily penetrated by distributed energy resources(DERs),the harmonic components injected by power-electronic interfacing converters,together with the inherently intermittent output of renewable generation,distort the zero-sequence current and continuously reshape its frequency spectrum.As a result,single-line-to-ground(SLG)faults exhibit a pronounced,strongly non-stationary behaviour that varies with operating point,load mix and DER dispatch.Under such circumstances the performance of traditional rule-based algorithms—or methods that rely solely on steady-state frequency-domain indicators—degrades sharply,and they no longer satisfy the accuracy and universality required by practical protection systems.To overcome these shortcomings,the present study develops an SLG-fault identification scheme that transforms the zero-sequence currentwaveforminto two-dimensional image representations and processes themwith a convolutional neural network(CNN).First,the causes of sample-distribution imbalance are analysed in detail by considering different neutralgrounding configurations,fault-inception mechanisms and the statistical probability of fault occurrence on each phase.Building on these insights,a discriminator network incorporating a Convolutional Block Attention Module(CBAM)is designed to autonomously extract multi-layer spatial-spectral features,while Gradient-weighted Class Activation Mapping(Grad-CAM)is employed to visualise the contribution of every salient image region,thereby enhancing interpretability.A comprehensive simulation platform is subsequently established for a DER-rich distribution system encompassing several representative topologies,feeder lengths and DER penetration levels.Large numbers of realistic SLG-fault scenarios are generated—including noise and measurement uncertainty—and are used to train,validate and test the proposed model.Extensive simulation campaigns,corroborated by field measurements from an actual utility network,demonstrate that the proposed approach attains an SLG-fault identification accuracy approaching 100 percent and maintains robust performance under severe noise conditions,confirming its suitability for real-world engineering applications. 展开更多

In order to increase the stability of the Mongolia power system, a single-phase automatic reclosing device (SPAR) was introduced on double-circuit power lines built with a size of 330 kV, operating on a voltage of 220 kV and a length of 250 km. These overhead power lines (L-213, L-214) connect the 220/110/35 kV “Songino” substation with the “Mandal” substation and form system networks. This paper presents the challenges encountered when implementing single-phase automatic reclosing (SPAR) devices and compares the changes in power system parameters before and after SPAR deployment for a long 220 kV line. Simulations and analyses were carried out using DIgSILENT PowerFactory software, focusing on rotor angle stability, and the overall impact on the power system during short-circuit faults. The evaluation also utilized measurement data from the Wide Area Monitoring System (WAMS) to compare system behavior pre- and post-implementation of SPAR. The findings reveal that SPAR significantly enhances system reliability and stability, effectively mitigating the risk of oscillations and stability loss triggered by short circuits. This improvement contributes to a more resilient power system, reducing the potential for disturbances caused by faults. 展开更多

为了实现双向隔离型AC-DC矩阵变换器(BIMC)的高效运行,该文提出一种最小开关损耗控制方法。基于双线电压调制策略,建立电力电子器件损耗模型,引入基于序列二次规划算法(SQP)的优化方法,以输入功率和移相角范围为限定条件,对开关损耗进... 为了实现双向隔离型AC-DC矩阵变换器(BIMC)的高效运行,该文提出一种最小开关损耗控制方法。基于双线电压调制策略,建立电力电子器件损耗模型,引入基于序列二次规划算法(SQP)的优化方法,以输入功率和移相角范围为限定条件,对开关损耗进行最小化寻优,实时计算最优的移相角组合,并应用于变换器的调制过程,以保证变换器的开关损耗最小。仿真和实验结果表明,采用所提出的控制方法可实现网侧电流为正弦电流,功率因数接近于1,直流侧电压与电流稳定,电流纹波率小于1%,且在较宽功率范围内,变换器效率均维持在94%以上,最高可达到96.89%。相较于传统的控制方法而言,所提方法在宽运行范围中均可以使电力电子器件的损耗最小。 展开更多

Complex dynamical phenomenon was studied in the single phase H-bridge inverter which was controlled by either a peak current or a valley current. The state functions and the discrete iterative map equations were established to analyze the dynamical phenomenon in the single phase H-bridge inverter. The dynamical characteristics of the single phase H- bridge inverter, such as time domain waveform diagram, bifurcation diagram, and folding map, were obtained by using the numerical calculation when the circuit parameters varied in specific range. Moreover, the simulation results were obtained by using the OrCAD-PSpice software to validate the numerical calculation. Both the numerical calculation and the circuit simulation show that the symmetrical dynamical phenomenon occurs in the single phase H-bridge inverter controlled by the peak current or the valley current. 展开更多

【目的】系统评价第1代转BtCry1Ac基因欧洲黑杨及其转基因杂交F1代京兴1号和京兴2号的生物安全性,重点分析外源基因表达和抗虫性状的稳定性,并探讨其对根际土壤微生物和林内生物多样性的潜在影响,为转BtCry1Ac基因抗虫杨树安全性评价和... 【目的】系统评价第1代转BtCry1Ac基因欧洲黑杨及其转基因杂交F1代京兴1号和京兴2号的生物安全性,重点分析外源基因表达和抗虫性状的稳定性,并探讨其对根际土壤微生物和林内生物多样性的潜在影响,为转BtCry1Ac基因抗虫杨树安全性评价和产业化应用提供科学依据。【方法】通过PCR和RT-qPCR技术验证转基因杨树目标基因稳定性,测定各无性系树高、胸径评价生长表现;采用美国白蛾幼虫饲喂各无性系叶片18天评价抗虫性;应用标准方法测定各无性系根际土壤pH值及主要养分含量;利用16S/ITS高通量测序解析土壤微生物群落组成与多样性,结合样方调查和马氏网法监测林下杂草及节肢动物群落结构。【结果】1)PCR和RT-qPCR检测结果明确BtCry1Ac基因在第1代转基因欧洲黑杨和F1代转基因杂交子代中稳定存在并表达,特异性条带为546 bp。2)生长调查表明,京兴1号和京兴2号的树高较对照108杨分别提高9.62%和7.56%,胸径分别提高17.57%和15.07%,但未达到显著性差异。3)室内饲虫试验表明,与对照108杨相比,京兴1号和京兴2号对美国白蛾幼虫的抗性显著增强,饲喂18天后幼虫死亡率分别提升116.24%和96.21%。4)根际土壤理化性质分析显示,除转基因无性系n208的根际土壤pH值显著升高外,有机质及氮、磷、钾养分含量在各无性系间无显著差异。5)土壤微生物群落研究表明,细菌与真菌门水平优势类群(变形菌门及子囊菌门)组成未受显著影响;各无性系间细菌和真菌群落结构的α多样性指数无统计学差异;β多样性分析揭示真菌群落结构存在显著组间分化,而细菌群落保持稳定。6)林下生物多样性调查记录到杂草8科14种、节肢动物6目22科,BtCry1Ac基因表达对杂草群落的物种丰富度、多样性、优势度和均匀度均未产生显著影响。转基因林地内目标害虫(鳞翅目)数量显著降低,但节肢动物群落整体结构与对照林地高度相似,关键多样性指数无显著变化。【结论】转BtCry1Ac基因杨树外源基因稳定存在并表现出较高抗虫性,未发现对土壤养分循环、微生物α多样性以及林下生物群落稳定性产生明显影响。杂交子代京兴1号、京兴2号有较好的抗虫优势,具有良好应用前景。本研究结果可为转基因杨树环境生物安全评价提供科学依据,建议开展长期监测以系统评价其对生态环境的影响。 展开更多

According to the characteristics of single-phase circuits and demand of using active filter for real-time detecting harmonic and reactive currents, a detecting method based on Fryze's power definition is proposed. The results of theoretical analysis and simula- tion show that the proposed method is effective in realtime detecting of instantaneous harmonic and reactive currents in single-phase circuits. When only detecting the total reactive currents, this method does not need a phase-locked loop circuit, and it also can be used in some special applications to provide different compensations on the ground of different requirements of electric network. Compared with the other methods based on the theory of instantaneous reactive power, this method is simple and easy to realize. 展开更多

A single-phase lattice Boltzmann model with modified surface tension is developed in this paper to solve the problem of high-density-ratio free surface flow.The computational efficiency and accuracy are both enhanced.The restriction to the relaxation factor (which needs to be smaller than 1) is circumvented by the new surface tension algebra,due to its rational physical nature compared with the treatment of Xing,Buther and Yang in their paper (Comp.Mater.Sci.,2007,39(2):282-290).The proposed stable surface tension scheme is applied to simulate the free deformation of a square droplet with surface tension effect and the process of a droplet impinging on a liquid film.The numerical solution for free deformation of a droplet agrees well with thermodynamic principles,and also achieves high accuracy in comparison with Xing,et al.'s model.Three typical impinging modes are successfully obtained with the new scheme,and another particular mode found by Wang and Chen is also successfully simulated.The evolutions of liquid crown agree well with the power law related to time. 展开更多

The electrolytic-capacitor-less(EL-cap-less)technique has been attracting more and more interests in these years.The EL-cap-less single-phase to three-phase inverter(STI)with front-end diode rectifier is applied to home electrical appliances.In EL-cap-less systems,film-type capacitor is used to suppress the high-frequency ripple components instead of smoothing the DC-link voltage.By using the EL-cap-less solution,reliability can be improved,lifetime can be increased and high power factor(PF)also can be realized.The EL-cap-less STI brings the opportunity to simplify system structure and lower cost.Because a certain DC-link capacitance is still required,the real PF is limited.To further improve the PF,the ripple components of current references are made in synchronous with the DClink voltage.And the capacitance chosen guideline of the film-type capacitor also be presented.A prototype is built to verify its real performance. 展开更多

To elucidate the effect of calcite-regulated activated carbon(AC)structure on low-temperature denitrification performance of SCR catalysts,this work prepared a series of Mn-Ce/De-AC-xCaCO_(3)(x is the calcite content in coal)catalysts were prepared by the incipient wetness impregnation method,followed by acid washing to remove calcium-containing minerals.Comprehensive characterization and low-temperature denitrification tests revealed that calcite-induced structural modulation of coal-derived AC significantly enhances catalytic activity.Specifically,NO conversion increased from 88.3%of Mn-Ce/De-AC to 91.7%of Mn-Ce/De-AC-1CaCO_(3)(210℃).The improved SCR denitrification activity results from the enhancement of physicochemical properties including higher Mn^(4+)content and Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)ratio,an abundance of chemisorbed oxygen and acidic sites,which could strengthen the SCR reaction pathways(richer NH_(3)activated species and bidentate nitrate active species).Therefore,NO removal is enhanced. 展开更多

大规模交直流混联电网中FACTS装置多目标鲁棒优化配置

为解决大规模交直流混联电网中输电断面的输电能力瓶颈问题,消纳送端更多的新能源出力,可通过在系统中合理配置可控串补(thyristor controlled series compensation,TCSC)和静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)。... 为解决大规模交直流混联电网中输电断面的输电能力瓶颈问题,消纳送端更多的新能源出力,可通过在系统中合理配置可控串补(thyristor controlled series compensation,TCSC)和静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)。基于此,考虑新能源出力的不确定性,以最小化年等值投资成本、最大化断面输电能力和新能源消纳容量作为优化目标,建立了大规模交直流混联电网中TCSC和STATCOM的多目标鲁棒优化配置模型。首先,采用凸松弛技术将原混合整数非线性规划模型转化为混合整数二阶锥约束规划模型,以提高模型求解的计算效率和所获得优化解的质量。然后,采用规格化法平面约束法将多目标鲁棒优化模型转化为一系列单目标鲁棒优化模型,再采用列与约束生成算法将单目标模型分解为主问题和子问题交替迭代求解,以得到在新能源场站最大可获得出力不确定波动的最恶劣情况下多目标优化模型的一系列Pareto最优解集,并采用熵权法确定出多目标折中最优解。最后,以修改的IEEE39节点系统和某实际大规模交直流电网为例进行计算,结果验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。 展开更多

选择性筛选大菱鲆ACE抑制肽,利用生物信息学方法,以大菱鲆肌肉蛋白(ID:A0A8D3A461)为研究对象,在碱性蛋白酶(Subtilisin,EC 3.4.21.62)最适条件下对大菱鲆肌肉蛋白进行虚拟酶解,筛选具有ACE抑制活性的肽,并对其水溶性、毒性、等电点、... 选择性筛选大菱鲆ACE抑制肽,利用生物信息学方法,以大菱鲆肌肉蛋白(ID:A0A8D3A461)为研究对象,在碱性蛋白酶(Subtilisin,EC 3.4.21.62)最适条件下对大菱鲆肌肉蛋白进行虚拟酶解,筛选具有ACE抑制活性的肽,并对其水溶性、毒性、等电点、分子量及三维结构进行预测分析。虚拟酶解得到的肽段与ACE分子进行半柔性对接,筛选ACE抑制肽,选取其中3条潜在高活性ACE抑制肽(Arg-Phe,Arg-Phe,Gly-Trp),通过分子对接分析发现,上述活性肽与关键氨基酸(ARG522、GLU411)之间能够形成范德华力、电荷相互作用力、Pi-Pi键、盐桥等作用力,并可通过作用于Zn2+,改变ACE分子结构,进而通过竞争性ACE抑制作用达到降低血压的效果。虚拟筛选出的Arg-Phe和Arg-Phe能够显著降低SHR的收缩压,说明ACE抑制肽Arg-Phe和Arg-Phe具有降血压活性。研究结果证明了计算机模拟技术应用于活性肽研发的可行性,为研发具有ACE抑制活性的食源性降血压活性成分提供了新思路。 展开更多
