The semi-automatic modeling technique of torque converter flow passage was proposed. The flow passage model of each converter wheel is considered as a revolution entity sliced by two curved surfaces. In order to generate the revolution entity, a new approximation method, condition optimum arc approximation, was proposed. The method was used to approximate the meridional streamlines of the inner and outer wall. As a result, the three-dimensional revolution entity can be conveniently generated. In order to create slice surfaces, the central stream surface of flow passage was approximated with a quadric surface. The normal vector of the quadric surface and the thickness/thickness-function of bade were used to calculate the discrete point coordinates of blade surfaces. Via the rotation transformation to the coordinates, the discrete point coordinates of slice surfaces were obtained. A parameterized program code used for the hydrodynamic torque converter design and semi-automatic modeling was developed. Modeling errors were calculated and analyzed. The flow passage model was generated in several minutes with the help of the program code, Auto CAD and Solidworks software. Finally, the model was inputted into Gambit, and the pre-processing task used for the numerical simulation of torque converter flow field was successfully completed. The investigation results show that the semi-automatic modeling not only can ensure the accuracy of modeling, but also librates the research and design workers of torque converter from the time-consuming modeling work, which paves the way for the numerical simulation of the complex flow field of the hydrodynamic torque converter. 展开更多

Soil Mapping of a Small Watershed in a Brazilian Savanna Biome: A Semi-Automatic Approach

The objective of this work is to propose a semi-automatic methodology for the creation of a semidetailed to detailed watershed’s soil map. This methodological proposal is based on the traditional method (field work and photo interpretation) and on morphometric variables analysis, using data originated from the Digital Elevation Model (DEM) of the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) program. The steps taken through this methodological proposal were the identification of the hydromorphic areas boundaries through interpretation of aerial orthophotographs;the compartmentalization of the relief through color composition techniques using the morphometric variables—slope, altimetry and horizontal curvature;the development of a pedological database based on data gathered in the field;the elaboration of a preliminary soil map based on the compartmentalized relief and on the dataset of the soils sampled in the field;the elaboration and adjustment of the final soil map according to the interpretation of aerial photographs and also the physical and chemical analyses of the soils. This semi-automatic methodology demonstrated improved efficiency in defining the soil units, reducing operation time and subjectivity of the process, thereby contributing to the systematization of soil mapping at watershed level in scale 1:50,000, as well as, promoting better knowledge between the relation of the geomorphic and soil variables in the Brazilian Savanna Cerrado. 展开更多

There does not exist any effective forensic methods to deal with these eybercrime cases. Investigators are required to study the details of a large amount of tedious source in order to understand the crime model and dig out the evidence. This requires a lot of effort and may result in human errors. In order to overcome these potential errors that may cause by the investigators, we propose a semi-automatic approach that integrates the user view (based on a high level study of the forensic investigator) and the system view (based on the automatic analysis of the source codes) to assist investigators in refining the scope of the investigation. The approach has been verified using a real cybercrime case and the method has been shown to be effective in assisting the investigators in refining the scope of investigation and understanding the crime model. The semi-automatic approach has improved the efficiency and reliability of the digital forensic analysis of cybercrime cases involving large volume of digital evidence from multiple sources. 展开更多

The approach is statistical in nature. The extracted structures can be used for shallow parsing and semantic labeling. By iteratively extracting new words and clustering words, we get an inital semantic lexicon that groups words of the same semantic meaning together as a class. The kinematics and dynamics equation of the combined mechanism is established on the basis of the mathematic model. By the virtual prototype technology, the motion of this mechanism is simulated, whose result is post-processed by ADAMS. To improve the output motion, according to the simulation output and automatic piecing device's practical working condition, the optimisation of the cam mechanism is carried out by finite difference method. The simulation result of this combined mechanism turns out in accordance with its theoretical analysis of virtual prototype in this research, which, therefore, lays a principle basis for the further study of automatic piecing device. 展开更多

The jacket structure and transition piece comprise the supporting structure of a bottom-fixed offshore wind turbine(OWT)connected to the steel tower,which determines the overall structural dynamic performance of the entire OWT.Ideally,optimal performance can be realized by effectively coordinating two components,notwithstanding their separate design processes.In pursuit of this objective,this paper proposes a concurrent design methodology for the jacket structure and transition piece by exploiting topology optimization(TO).The TO for a three-legged jacket foundation is formulated by minimizing static compliance.In contrast to conventional TO,two separated volume fractions are imposed upon the structural design domain of the jacket structure and transition piece to ensure continuity.A 5 MW(megawatt)OWT supported by a four-legged or three-legged jacket substructure is under investigation.The external loads are derived from various design load cases that are acquired using the commercial software platform DNV Bladed(Det Norske Veritas).Through a comparative analysis of the fundamental frequency and maximum nodal deformation,it was found that the optimized solution demonstrates a reduced weight and superior stiffness.The findings demonstrate the present concurrent design approach using TO can yield significant benefits by reducing the overall design cycle and enhancing the feasibility of the final design. 展开更多

Application of Quality Control Circle Activities in Reducing Loss Rate During Storage of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces: An Effectiveness Study

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of Quality Control Circle(QCC)activities in reducing the loss rate during storage of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)decoction pieces in our hospital pharmacy department.Methods:A QCC team was established to systematically analyze the causes of TCM decoction piece losses.Using quality improvement tools including Pareto charts,the 80/20 rule,and fishbone diagrams,we identified key areas for improvement and developed targeted intervention strategies.The study period spanned from January to December 2023,with pre-intervention data collected from January to December 2022.Loss rates were calculated and compared before and after QCC implementation.Results:According to the“80/20 rule”analysis,the primary improvement targets were identified as inadequate maintenance of decoction pieces and dispensing losses.Following QCC implementation,the loss rate of TCM decoction pieces decreased significantly from 1.27%(pre-intervention)to 0.65%(post-intervention),achieving an improvement rate of 47.40%.The total monetary loss decreased from 9,592.62 RMB to 4,546.97 RMB.Conclusion:QCC activities can effectively reduce the loss rate of TCM decoction pieces in hospital pharmacy departments,improve the quality of herbal medicines,ensure patient medication safety,and enhance pharmaceutical service quality.This systematic approach provides a valuable framework for continuous quality improvement in TCM pharmacy management. 展开更多

目的基于外在形态和内在质量建立浙贝母饮片的质量分级标准。方法对采集的浙贝母饮片20批样品,运用水分、醇浸出物、水浸出物、有效成分含量、饮片直径5个主要的质量指标开展描叙统计分析、相关性分析以及主成分分析等工作探索合理可行... 目的基于外在形态和内在质量建立浙贝母饮片的质量分级标准。方法对采集的浙贝母饮片20批样品,运用水分、醇浸出物、水浸出物、有效成分含量、饮片直径5个主要的质量指标开展描叙统计分析、相关性分析以及主成分分析等工作探索合理可行的质量分级方法。结果不同批次浙贝母饮片的质量差异很大,醇浸出物的含量在19.50%~45.30%之间,水浸出物含量在25.10%~36.50%之间,两者间有很强的负相关关系(r=-0.94);饮片直径与有效成分含量呈显著负相关(r=-0.57,P<0.05);主成分分析显示,水浸出物和有效成分含量是影响浙贝母饮片质量的两大主因子,二者决定着浙贝母饮片整体质量。结论制定集采场景下浙贝母的质量三级分级标准。 展开更多

探讨透明质酸小片段(Hyaluronan oligosaccharides,o-HA)对血管内皮细胞生长的影响及机制。采用细胞计数、流式细胞术、Western blot等方法,检测o-HA作用于内皮细胞后,Src激酶、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶MAPK(ERK-1/2)的磷酸化程度及细胞周期... 探讨透明质酸小片段(Hyaluronan oligosaccharides,o-HA)对血管内皮细胞生长的影响及机制。采用细胞计数、流式细胞术、Western blot等方法,检测o-HA作用于内皮细胞后,Src激酶、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶MAPK(ERK-1/2)的磷酸化程度及细胞周期蛋白D1的表达水平。o-HA在10μg/ml浓度时可明显地促进血管内皮细胞的增殖,包括细胞周期水平及细胞数量。继续增加o-HA的浓度及延长培养时间均未出现进一步的变化;细胞增殖在12h开始出现,72h达到高峰。1μg/ml的o-HA作用于细胞2min后,胞内Src激酶、ERK-1/2的磷酸化程度即增强,并在3h后检测到周期蛋白D1的表达水平增高。o-HA具有促进血管内皮细胞增殖的作用,其机制可能是通过激活Src激酶及细胞内MAPK信号通路,从而促进血管内皮细胞生长;该作用也可能与上调周期蛋白D1的表达有关。 展开更多

对鲜天麻不同盐水杀青浓度和加工方法进行研究,探讨其加工后的饮片是否符合质量要求,为鲜天麻杀青及加工提供新技术。将鲜天麻置于0.03、0.06、0.09 g/mL盐水杀青10 d后采用传统加工、直接干燥、趁鲜加工3种加工方法得到天麻饮片,对其... 对鲜天麻不同盐水杀青浓度和加工方法进行研究,探讨其加工后的饮片是否符合质量要求,为鲜天麻杀青及加工提供新技术。将鲜天麻置于0.03、0.06、0.09 g/mL盐水杀青10 d后采用传统加工、直接干燥、趁鲜加工3种加工方法得到天麻饮片,对其进行薄层鉴别、外观评价、浸出物、水分、灰分、酸不溶性灰分、二氧化硫残留量、亚硝酸盐及6种有效成分含量的测定。以天麻素、对羟基苯甲醇、巴利森苷A、巴利森苷B、巴利森苷C、巴利森苷E的质量分数、醇溶性浸出物和外观性状得分为考察指标,结合AHP-CRITIC复合权重法和化学计量法,对加工的天麻饮片进行综合评价。结果表明最优工艺为:0.03 g/mL盐水杀青10 d,脱盐后,斜切6 mm,55℃干燥13 h。该加工工艺得到的天麻饮片综合评分最高;GA、HBA、PE、PB、PC含量,GA和HBA总量均为最高;薄层鉴别、浸出物、水分、二氧化硫残留量均符合要求,亚硝酸盐未检出。 展开更多

背景:两段式粘接固位氧化锆种植体在临床应用中存在折断风险,不同抗旋结构直接影响种植体-基台连接方式的可靠性,并可能间接影响向骨组织传导的应力大小及分布。目的:探索更适合两段式粘接固位氧化锆种植体-基台连接方式的抗旋结构。方... 背景:两段式粘接固位氧化锆种植体在临床应用中存在折断风险,不同抗旋结构直接影响种植体-基台连接方式的可靠性,并可能间接影响向骨组织传导的应力大小及分布。目的:探索更适合两段式粘接固位氧化锆种植体-基台连接方式的抗旋结构。方法:在NX 12.0制图软件中绘制6组不同抗旋结构形状(圆三角形、三花瓣形、四方形、十字键槽形、六方形、Torx形)的种植体系统及周围骨模型,以X_T格式导入ANSYS 2021软件中,向模型施加模拟口内咬合和种植体植入时的受力,通过对比种植体、基台、粘接剂和周围骨应力的大小及分布,预测种植体断裂可能性及对周围骨质的影响。结果与结论:①垂直载荷下,仅种植体受抗旋结构形状影响,四方形、三花瓣形抗旋结构下的种植体受力最小,但三花瓣形抗旋结构下的放置朝向影响种植体受力结果。倾斜载荷下,抗旋结构为圆三角形和三花瓣形时基台受力最小,但这两种形状抗旋结构摆放朝向均会影响基台受力大小;抗旋结构为十字键槽形和六方时种植体受力最小。扭矩力载荷下,抗旋结构为六方形时种植体受力最小。在3种载荷下,不同抗旋结构下粘接剂和周围骨质受力的大小和分布均无明显差异。②结果显示,抗旋结构主要与种植体-基台连接部分受力相关,对周围骨质影响较小,对粘接固位两段式氧化锆种植体而言,六方形抗旋结构可能是一种机械上具有优势的种植体-基台连接类型。 展开更多

肺结节合并慢性肺病患者的中药饮片处方调整策略及疗效分析

目的分析肺结节合并慢性肺病患者的中药饮片处方调整策略及疗效。方法筛选76例肺结节合并慢性肺病患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组38例。其中对照组为常规西药治疗,研究组为中药饮片处方调整治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率... 目的分析肺结节合并慢性肺病患者的中药饮片处方调整策略及疗效。方法筛选76例肺结节合并慢性肺病患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组38例。其中对照组为常规西药治疗,研究组为中药饮片处方调整治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、中医证候积分、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC]。结果与对照组的84.2%、21.1%相比,研究组总有效率97.4%更高,不良反应发生率5.3%更低(P<0.05)。与对照组的(1.55±0.35)、(1.52±0.32)、(1.47±0.47)、(1.26±0.23)分相比,研究组胸痛积分(0.58±0.12)分、气短喘息积分(0.43±0.18)分、咳嗽积分(0.51±0.15)分、口干发热积分(0.66±0.11)分更低(P<0.05)。与对照组的(34.75±8.27)pg/ml、(0.78±0.15)ng/ml、(43.26±3.22)mg/L相比,研究组治疗后IL-6(28.45±6.26)pg/ml、PCT(0.22±0.11)ng/ml、CRP(36.23±2.14)mg/L更低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组治疗后FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC更高(P<0.05)。结论中药饮片处方调整治疗肺结节合并慢性肺病的疗效理想,能尽快改善患者临床症状,恢复肺部基本功能,稳定炎性因子指标,控制不良反应,可推广使用。 展开更多

目的:探讨T-piece复苏器在产房中对早产儿复苏中的应用效果。方法:选择2011年1月至2016年12月在本院产科出生的早产儿(胎龄28~37周)62例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各31例,对照组患儿给予自动充气式复苏囊正压人工通气,观察组患儿给予T... 目的:探讨T-piece复苏器在产房中对早产儿复苏中的应用效果。方法:选择2011年1月至2016年12月在本院产科出生的早产儿(胎龄28~37周)62例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各31例,对照组患儿给予自动充气式复苏囊正压人工通气,观察组患儿给予T组合复苏器正压人工通气,比较两组患儿1、5、10 min Apgar评分、肺气漏发生率,以及缺氧缺血性脑病、支气管肺发育不良、坏死性小肠结肠炎、动脉导管未闭、高胆红素血症率。结果:两组患儿胎龄、性别、分娩方式、出生体重、出生后1、5、10 min Apgar评分等方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组气漏发生率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿缺氧缺血性脑病、支气管肺发育不良、坏死性小肠结肠炎、动脉导管未闭、高胆红素血症率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:T-piece复苏器在产房中早产儿窒息复苏中的应用效果显著,具有操作简单、效率高等优点,两组复苏成功率差别不大,但T-piece复苏器能可有效减少肺气漏的发生,进而降低新生儿的病死率。 展开更多

Compared with the traditional non-cutting measurement,machining tests can more accurately reflect the kinematic errors of five-axis machine tools in the actual machining process for the users.However,measurement and calculation of the machining tests in the literature are quite difficult and time-consuming.A new method of the machining tests for the trunnion axis of five-axis machine tool is proposed.Firstly,a simple mathematical model of the cradle-type five-axis machine tool was established by optimizing the coordinate system settings based on robot kinematics.Then,the machining tests based on error-sensitive directions were proposed to identify the kinematic errors of the trunnion axis of cradle-type five-axis machine tool.By adopting the error-sensitive vectors in the matrix calculation,the functional relationship equations between the machining errors of the test piece in the error-sensitive directions and the kinematic errors of C-axis and A-axis of five-axis machine tool rotary table was established based on the model of the kinematic errors.According to our previous work,the kinematic errors of C-axis can be treated as the known quantities,and the kinematic errors of A-axis can be obtained from the equations.This method was tested in Mikron UCP600 vertical machining center.The machining errors in the error-sensitive directions can be obtained by CMM inspection from the finished test piece to identify the kinematic errors of five-axis machine tool trunnion axis.Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed method can reduce the complexity,cost,and the time consumed substantially,and has a wider applicability.This paper proposes a new method of the machining tests for the trunnion axis of five-axis machine tool. 展开更多

Rapid and sensitive recognition of herbal pieces according to different concocted processing is crucial to quality control and pharmaceutical effect. Near-infrared (NIR) and mid-infrared (MIR) technology combined with supervised pattern recognition based on partial least-squares discriminant analysis (PLSDA) was attempted to classify and recognize six different concocted processing pieces of 600 Areca catechu L. samples and the influence of fingerprint information preprocessing methods on recognition performance was also investigated in this work. Recognition rates of 99.24%, 100% and 99.49% for original fingerprint, multiple scatter correct (MSC) fingerprint and second derivative (2nd derivative) fingerprint of NIR spectra were achieved by PLSDA models, respectively. Meanwhile, a perfect recognition rate of 100% was obtained for the above three fingerprint models of MIR spectra. In conclusion, PLSDA can rapidly and effectively extract otherness of fingerprint information from NIR and MIR spectra to identify different concocted herbal pieces ofA. catechu. 展开更多
