Revolution CT能谱成像在结直肠癌术前N分期评估中的应用价值

目的分析Revolution CT能谱成像在结直肠癌术前N分期评估中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2024年11月本院收治的180例结直肠癌患者临床资料,术前均接受Revolution CT能谱成像(CT-GSI)检查,以术后病理检查将其分为N0期、N1期、N2... 目的分析Revolution CT能谱成像在结直肠癌术前N分期评估中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2024年11月本院收治的180例结直肠癌患者临床资料,术前均接受Revolution CT能谱成像(CT-GSI)检查,以术后病理检查将其分为N0期、N1期、N2期,将N0期94例纳入Non-淋巴结转移组,N1期45例、N2期41例纳入淋巴结转移组。比较两组一般资料及CT-GSI参数,以Logistic回归进行多因素分析,并采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析CT-GSI参数的诊断价值。结果淋巴结转移组动脉期、静脉期的肿瘤大小、碘浓度(IC)、标准化碘浓度(NIC)、λ_(HU)水平均高于Non-淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);Logistic回归显示,动脉期、静脉期的IC、NIC、λ_(HU)是预测结直肠癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05);ROC曲线显示,动脉期、静脉期的IC、NIC、λ_(HU)的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.794、0.882、0.791、0.796、0.779、0.706,其中以动脉期NIC的AUC最高,其敏感度和特异度分别为82.56%、88.30%(P<0.05)。结论术前CT-GSI检查可提供客观依据帮助临床评估结直肠癌患者N分期情况,CT-GSI的动脉期、静脉的IC、NIC、λ_(HU)参数诊断效能均较高,可提高术前评估患者N分期的准确性。 展开更多

目的:评估Revolution CT在冠状动脉联合头颈部CT血管成像(CTA)检查中的图像质量与有效辐射剂量的相关性。方法:选取天津市第一中心医院2022年6月—2024年6月收治的50例行冠状动脉联合头颈部CTA检查的患者,所有患者均使用Revolution CT... 目的:评估Revolution CT在冠状动脉联合头颈部CT血管成像(CTA)检查中的图像质量与有效辐射剂量的相关性。方法:选取天津市第一中心医院2022年6月—2024年6月收治的50例行冠状动脉联合头颈部CTA检查的患者,所有患者均使用Revolution CT进行检查,将扫描获取的CT图像上传至工作站进行图像处理,根据评估结果分为1、2、3三级,比较三个级别图像质量间的有效剂量及平均剂量长度乘积的差异,同时采用Spearman相关性分析评估Revolution CT图像质量与有效辐射剂量、平均剂量长度乘积的相关性。结果:图像质量1级组的有效辐射剂量为(1.8±0.7),平均剂量长度乘积为(130.5±51.0);2级组的CT有效辐射剂量为(1.7±0.8),平均剂量长度乘积为(128.8±52.6);3级组的有效辐射剂量为(1.9±0.7),平均剂量长度乘积为(131.2±50.5),三组的CT有效辐射剂量以及平均剂量长度乘积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关性分析显示Revolution CT图像质量与有效辐射剂量、平均剂量长度乘积无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Revolution CT在心脑血管检查中的辐射剂量对图像质量无明显影响。 展开更多

目的:分析256排Revolution CT能谱扫描在尿路结石成分检出中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年9月—2024年10月在景德镇市第一人民医院接受256排Revolution CT能谱扫描的80例尿路结石患者为研究对象,在患者完成尿路取石或排石后对结石标本进... 目的:分析256排Revolution CT能谱扫描在尿路结石成分检出中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年9月—2024年10月在景德镇市第一人民医院接受256排Revolution CT能谱扫描的80例尿路结石患者为研究对象,在患者完成尿路取石或排石后对结石标本进行化学分析,以红外光谱分析结果为金标准,观察256排Revolution CT能谱扫描检测尿路结石成分的价值。结果:经红外光谱分析结果显示检出的尿路结石含3种类型,共102枚,包括纯尿酸结石15枚、非纯尿酸结石19枚、混合结石68枚。256排Revolution CT能谱扫描诊断纯尿酸结石、非纯尿酸结石、混合结石的敏感度分别为100%、68.42%、94.12%;特异度对应为100%、95.18%、82.35%;借助红外光谱分析仪通过结石分析图、有效原子序数分为纯尿酸结石15枚、草酸钙结石12枚、碳酸磷结石3枚、磷酸铵镁结石2枚、磷酸钙结石2枚、混合性结石68枚;256排Revolution CT能谱扫描共检出纯尿酸结石15枚、草酸钙结石10枚、碳酸磷结石1枚、磷酸铵镁结石1枚、磷酸钙结石1枚、混合性结石64枚,检出准确率分别为100%、83.33%、33.33%、50.00%、50.00%、94.12%。结论:256排Revolution CT能谱扫描对尿路结石成分分析具有临床意义,可对纯尿酸结石、非纯尿酸结石及混合结石给予区分。 展开更多

目的探讨Revolution CT全脑灌注联合头颈部CTA在急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者诊治及预后评估中的应用效果。方法选择我院2021年6月至2023年6月收治的286例AIS患者,所有患者均接受Revolution CT全脑灌注与头颈部CTA联合检查,并参照改良Ran... 目的探讨Revolution CT全脑灌注联合头颈部CTA在急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者诊治及预后评估中的应用效果。方法选择我院2021年6月至2023年6月收治的286例AIS患者,所有患者均接受Revolution CT全脑灌注与头颈部CTA联合检查,并参照改良Rankin评分量表(mRS)将其分为预后良好组(0~2分,n=201)和预后不良组(3~5分,n=85)。对比预后良好组与预后不良组的侧支循环恢复情况,不同区域测量结果及不同CT全脑灌注图像的责任血管狭窄情况。结果预后良好组侧支循环恢复良好(ASITN/SIR评分3~4分)比例为63.68%,显著高于预后不良组的1.18%(P<0.05)。梗死核心区的rCBF、rCBV、MTT、Tmax与缺血半暗带区及镜像对照区相比均存在显著差异(P<0.05);缺血半暗带区的rCBF、MTT、Tmax与镜像对照区相比均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。CT全脑灌注图像异常患者的责任血管狭窄率明显高于CT全脑灌注图像正常患者(P<0.05)。结论在AIS患者的诊治及预后评估中,应用Revolution CT全脑灌注联合头颈部CTA检查有助于制定科学的治疗方案。 展开更多

A Strategic Perspective for Green Revolution 2.0:Applying Game Theory Based Decision-Making Frameworks for Smart and Natural Farming in India

In this conceptual paper,the author develops and presents a strategic decision-making framework that applies game theory to evaluate smart and natural farming approaches in India.In the face of increasing pressures from climate change,resource scarcity,and evolving socio-economic landscapes,agriculture must adapt to the challenges of a volatile,uncertain,complex,and ambiguous(VUCA)world.When integrated with the Provision of Urban Amenities in Rural Areas(PURA)framework,VUCA offers a dynamic system perspective that contextualizes uncertainty and institutional capacity in farming systems.This study applies a modified Spence signaling model to capture how farmers-categorized as smart or natural versus conventional-choose to signal their sustainability credentials in an environment of asymmetric information.Using a combination of payoff matrix modelling,Bayesian belief updating,and evolutionary game simulations,the paper identifies strategic equilibria under varying levels of policy support,consumer trust,and signal cost.Farmers’decisions to adopt smart technologies or organic certifications are modelled as costly but credible signals of quality.These signals are then interpreted by receivers such as consumers,investors,or policymakers,who in turn adjust their support or market preferences.The analysis reveals conditions under which separating,pooling,and semi-separating equilibria emerge,and how these outcomes impact farmer behaviour and systemic sustainability.Case studies from Indian states such as Andhra Pradesh,Karnataka,and Punjab demonstrate how real-world farming programs mirror theoretical outcomes under different signalling strategies.The study also presents a robust methodological structure,combining conceptual modelling with policy simulation and validation through comparative cases.By integrating environmental,technological,and institutional perspectives,this paper contributes a hybrid strategic framework aligned with India’s Green Revolution 2.0 goals.It offers practical recommendations for policy design,infrastructure planning,and market mechanisms that support the scaling of sustainable agricultural practices through credible signalling and game-theoretic insights. 展开更多

The existence of the aeroengine casing,limited monitoring points,and multi-fault characteristics make obtaining the rotor’s vibration transmission characteristics challenging,resulting in difficulties accurately identifying the rotor unbalance.This paper utilizes a high-frequency composite sensor to monitor the engine’s blade tip clearance(BTC)and extracts unbalanced information from BTC signals for rotor dynamic balancing,while avoiding the need for the once per revolution(OPR)sensor.First,the vibration characteristics of the rotor-blade system under multi-fault conditions are investigated.Then,based on BTC measurement,a none OPR method and an unbalance identification method are proposed,in which the radial vibration of the blade tip in the BTC signals at different speeds is extracted and operated in the time domain to obtain the rotor unbalanced vibration,the signal is reconstructed,and cross-correlation analysis is used to accurately identify the magnitude and phase of the unbalanced signal.Finally,a rotor test bench is utilized for experimental verification.The results reveal that the dynamic balancing method based on the BTC signal can more precisely identify the rotor unbalance than the traditional rotor dynamic balancing method.The application of this technique will effectively improve engine health management and fault prediction. 展开更多

目的探讨Revolution CT联合不同权重多模型迭代重建技术(ASIR-V)在胸痛三联征(TRO)成像中的应用价值。方法选取我院2022年8月~2023年3月收治的90例胸痛患者进行研究,入院后接受TRORevolution CT平扫。按随机数字表法分成滤波反投影(FBP... 目的探讨Revolution CT联合不同权重多模型迭代重建技术(ASIR-V)在胸痛三联征(TRO)成像中的应用价值。方法选取我院2022年8月~2023年3月收治的90例胸痛患者进行研究,入院后接受TRORevolution CT平扫。按随机数字表法分成滤波反投影(FBP)组与ASIR-V组各45例。FBP组采用FBP技术进行图像重组,ASIR-V组采用不同权重(10%、30%、50%、70%、90%)前置ASIR-V技术重组。记录两组辐射剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效剂量(ED),比较不同重组方式及不同权重下冠状动脉、升主动脉、降主动脉、肺动脉干的平均CT值、噪声值、信噪比(SNR)、对比信噪比(CNR),由2名经验丰富的影像科医生进行主观图像质量评分。结果ASIR-V组DLP、ED低于FBP组(P<0.05)。ASIR-V不同权重的血管腔噪声值低于FBP,血管腔SNR、CNR与主观图像质量评分高于FBP(P<0.05)。ASIR-V权重50%、70%、90%的噪声值低于ASIR-V权重10%、30%的噪声值(P<0.05)。ASIR-V权重50%、70%、90%的SNR、CNR高于ASIR-V权重10%、30%的SNR、CNR(P<0.05)。ASIR-V权重50%、70%的主观评分高于ASIR-V权重10%、30%、90%的主观评分(P<0.05)。结论Revolution CT联合ASIR-V技术能减少辐射剂量,ASIR-V权重50%、70%时对血管腔与解剖结构的显示良好,血管腔噪声值较低,SNR、CNR较高,能满足诊断需求。 展开更多

Semidwarf breeding has boosted crop production and is a well-known outcome from the first Green Revolution. The Green Revolution gene Semidwarf 1(SD1), which modulates gibberellic acid(GA) biosynthesis, plays a principal role in determining rice plant height. Mutations in SD1 reduce rice plant height and promote lodging resistance and fertilizer tolerance to increase grain production. The plant height mediated by SD1 also favors grain yield under certain conditions. However, it is not yet known whether the function of SD1 in upland rice promotes adaptation and grain production. In this study, the plant height and grain yield of irrigated and upland rice were comparatively analyzed under paddy and dryland conditions. In response to dryland environments, rice requires a reduction in plant height to cope with water deficits. Upland rice accessions had greater plant heights than their irrigated counterparts under both paddy and dryland conditions, and appropriately reducing plant height could improve adaptability to dryland environments and maintain high grain yield formation. Moreover, upland rice cultivars with thicker stem diameters had stronger lodging resistance, which addresses the lodging problem. Knockout of SD1 in the upland rice cultivar IRAT104 reduced the plant height and grain yield, demonstrating that the adjustment of plant height mediated by SD1 could increase grain production in dryland fields. In addition, an SD1 genetic diversity analysis verified that haplotype variation causes phenotypic variation in plant height. During the breeding history of rice, SD1 allelic mutations were selected from landraces to improve the grain yield of irrigated rice cultivars, and this selection was accompanied by a reduction in plant height. Thus, five known mutant alleles were analyzed to verify that functional SD1 is required for upland rice production. All these results suggest that SD1 might have undergone artificial positive selection in upland rice, which provides further insights concerning greater plant height in upland rice breeding. 展开更多
