Then this paper employs the field survey data about Yichang and Jingzhou in Hubei Province to evaluate the farmer training satisfaction level in Hubei Province. Results show that farmers have high level of satisfaction on agricultural training in Hubei Province,and the average satisfaction level reaches 0. 8556; there are regional differences in the farmer training satisfaction level in Hubei Province; the index weight is not entirely directly proportional to the training satisfaction level in the evaluation index system. Finally,from training courses,training teachers,training organization and follow-up services,this paper brings forward the recommendations for improving farmer training satisfaction level in Hubei Province,improve farmer training system,further improve the effectiveness of training and promote farmers' quality.展开更多
Objective:This study aimed to understand the affordability,accessibility,and quality of maternal and child health services for postpartum mothers,and their impact on satisfaction.Methods:The study utilized the Anderso...Objective:This study aimed to understand the affordability,accessibility,and quality of maternal and child health services for postpartum mothers,and their impact on satisfaction.Methods:The study utilized the Anderson model and revised the Maternal Pregnancy and Perinatal Health Service Questionnaire.A survey was conducted among 289 mothers aged 20–49 in Feicheng City.Results:Regarding accessibility,most respondents(133)reported that travel time to healthcare services exceeded 60 minutes,while 99 respondents indicated a travel time of 16–30 minutes.The issue of affordability was highlighted,with 86.85%of participants perceiving maternal healthcare services as costly,indicating a significant financial burden.More than 50%of respondents were satisfied with two specific dimensions(P<0.05)regarding the quality of maternal healthcare services.Conclusion:The study found that accessibility,affordability,and quality significantly affect mothers’satisfaction with maternal health services.Future research should focus on developing more suitable service pathways for rural mothers.展开更多

Different QoS requirements are converted into different rate requirements to calculate the QoSs atisfaction level.The optimization object is revised as a fairness-driven resource optimization function to provide fairness. The complex resource allocation problem is divided into channel allocation and power assignment sub-problems. The sub-problems are solved by the bipartite graph matching and water-filling based method.Compared with other algorithms the proposed algorithm sacrifices less data rate for higher fairnes and QoS satisfaction.The sim ulation results show that the proposed algorithm is capableo fp rovi ding QoS and fairness and performs better in a tradeoff among QoS fairness and data rate.展开更多

Actual pay data from 382 Chinese employees, along wi...Drawing on the discrepancy model, we re-examine the impact of pay comparison on employees＇ pay level satisfaction by taking pay basis and pay program into account. Actual pay data from 382 Chinese employees, along with their self-reported pay level satisfaction, provides support for our research model. Specifically, results show that the positive effect of over/underpayment on pay level satisfaction is more robust than that of internal pay standing, indicating the importance of pay basis for pay satisfaction perception. In addition, the positive relationship between internal pay standing and pay level satisfaction is weaker among employees who are in a pay program of high pay-for-performance intensity. We conclude by discussing the theoretical and practical implications of these findings.展开更多
Most of the time, clients only have one opportunity to evaluate a service received in terms of quality and satisfaction; under this premise organizations have been concerned with developing, in a permanent manner, a q...Most of the time, clients only have one opportunity to evaluate a service received in terms of quality and satisfaction; under this premise organizations have been concerned with developing, in a permanent manner, a quality evaluation culture in the services offered to their clients. To do this, procedures and methods that let them achieve it, have been implemented. That is the case of the model that concedes to measure and evaluate service quality, which is redefined and named Servqual, considering a multidimensional theoretical construct that explains the client＇s perception of quality service considering the differences between what is expected and what is received. Therefore, the goal of this study is to identify the factors that define the quality of emergency services provided by a private hospital in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mtxico, a sample of 384 patients, with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of permissible error of 5%. A questionnaire with 22 items was applied to measure the perceptions and expectations of users in terms of the quality of the service, which was subjected to an extensive evaluation of reliability and construct validity, with an estimate Cronbach＇s alpha of 95.6% and 97.9% respectively. The results showed that Servqual is a valid, reliable, and dependable instrument to monitor and measure the quality of the services offered in private hospitals in Hermosillo, and permit hospital administrators to identify opportunities or improvement areas, from the patients＇ perspective.展开更多
This study explores how recent design guidelines have focused on the visual variety of streetscapes making them more attractive.To date,this topic has been one of the most challenging parts of constructing walkable st...This study explores how recent design guidelines have focused on the visual variety of streetscapes making them more attractive.To date,this topic has been one of the most challenging parts of constructing walkable streets.We evaluated the streetscape features of Sejong City,recently constructed as Republic of Korea’s new capital city,and investigated their relationships with design guidelines.Consequently,we identified three principal reasons related to the design guidelines for the visual monotony in the street produced by the most up-to-date design guidelines compared with an ordinary street.First,the design guidelines cannot restrict the construction of large-scale buildings on the street,hindering visual changes caused by the zoning ordinance regulations because zoning regulations took priority when it comes to urban planning and regulatory governance.Second,design standards intending for a consistent street wall of buildings,which were used only in regard to the street enclosure standard,produced less spatial diversity and indistinct building bases,presenting weak vertical articulation.Third,applying the uniform standards for each building created repetitive architecture despite design standards for visual variety,such as recessed top floors,arcades,and retail uses for the ground floors facing a street.展开更多

The present paper aims to investigate the link between absolute pay level and pay level satisfaction by introducing both distributive and procedural fairness perceptions as mediators in accordance with fairness heuristic perspective. A sample of 298 employees from various types of organizations completed a survey, and a series of models were compared to evaluate if the hypothesized theoretical model fits our data. We also constructed bias-corrected bootstrap confidence intervals to test the hypothesized mediation effects. The suggested theoretical model is supported, and future research directions are discussed.展开更多
The minimization of the profit function with respect to the decision variables is very important for the decision makers in the oil field industry.In this paper,a novel approach of the improved tabu search algorithm h...The minimization of the profit function with respect to the decision variables is very important for the decision makers in the oil field industry.In this paper,a novel approach of the improved tabu search algorithm has been employed to solve a large scale problem in the crude oil refinery industry.This problem involves 44 variables,36 constraints,and four decision variables which represent four types of crude oil types.The decision variables have been modeled in the form of fuzzy linear programming problem.The vagueness factor in the decision variables is captured by the nonlinear modified S-curve membership function.A recursive improved tabu search has been used to solve this fuzzy optimization problem.Tremendously improved results are obtained for the optimal profit function and optimal solution for four crude oil.The accuracy of constraints satisfaction and the quality of the solutions are achieved successfully.展开更多
