This paper develops an economic growth model incorporating China’s Environmental Target Responsibility System(ETRS)to analyze its impact on both economic growth and social welfare.We find that the ETRS’s effect on e...This paper develops an economic growth model incorporating China’s Environmental Target Responsibility System(ETRS)to analyze its impact on both economic growth and social welfare.We find that the ETRS’s effect on economic growth is complex,resulting from the interplay of three key factors:its potential to improve environmental quality,its potential dampening effect on total factor productivity(TFP),and its influence on local government spending on environmental governance.A balanced ETRS can improve environmental quality,promote technological innovation,and enhance social welfare.However,excessively stringent targets and overly emphasized responsibility may lead to declines in both economic growth and social welfare.From the perspective of balancing economic growth and social welfare,we find that the ETRS that maximizes economic growth is less stringent than the ETRS that maximizes social welfare.Crucially,the economic growth cost of shifting from a growth-maximizing to a welfare-maximizing ETRS is minimal.In other words,significant improvements in environmental quality and public well-being can be achieved without substantially sacrificing economic dynamism.This paper attempts to model China’s unique environmental target assessment system within the framework of endogenous growth theory,offering a new perspective for understanding the dynamic relationship between economic growth and environmental quality in China.展开更多

Our findings suggest that, with abolition of agricultural tax, there has been a series of changes in the focus of evaluation both at county-township and township-village levels. In county-township evaluation system, importance of economic development and social stability grew but fiscal pressure did not weaken; while in township-village system, original indicator of fiscal pressure became less important. Meanwhile, by enhancing "veto" indicator of evaluation on village cadres, township government attempted to cascade the pressure of social stability to village administration. Although central government has initiated a series of reforms on agriculture, countryside and farmers, county and township governments did not pay more attention to rural infrastructure. Objective:To analyze the application effect of hierarchical group responsibility system of holistic nursing in Department of Gastroenterology.Methods:655 patients in our hospital from August 2020 to January 2021 were ...Objective:To analyze the application effect of hierarchical group responsibility system of holistic nursing in Department of Gastroenterology.Methods:655 patients in our hospital from August 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group(328 cases)and control group(327 cases)to explore nursing satisfaction,nursing quality score and clinical symptoms before and after nursing.Results:In the experimental group,266 cases(81.10%)were very satisfied,33 cases(10.06%)were satisfied and 29 cases(8.84%)were dissatisfied.The total number of satisfied cases(very satisfied+satisfied)was 299 cases(91.16%);In the control group,167 cases(51.07%)were very satisfied,63 cases(19.27%)were satisfied,97 cases(29.66%)were dissatisfied,and 230 cases(70.34%)were satisfied.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;The nursing quality score of the experimental group was(91.67±0.66),and that of the control group was(71.66±0.88),which was significantly higher than that of the control group;The clinical symptom score of the experimental group was(2.42±0.32),and that of the control group was(4.66±1.11),which was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The application of hierarchical group responsibility holistic nursing mode in gastroenterology department can not only improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,but also improve the quality of nursing,promote the good development of patients'condition,and provide a comfortable treatment environment for patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多

Methods: the 120 nursing workers and 120 patients who worked from January to December 2019 were selected. It was divided into control groups and observation groups as randomly assigned methods, in which the control group chose the conventional nurse management mode, while the observation group adopted the nurse hierarchical management mode. Data were collected and compared between the quality of medical care in the medical care service process of the two nurse groups and their care satisfaction with the patients. Results: the comprehensive quality score of the nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p <0.05), and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the nursing services was much higher than that of the control group (p <0.05).The difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: after implementing the hierarchical management of nurses, it can effectively improve the work enthusiasm of nursing staff and nurses' work satisfaction, enhance patient compliance, improve patient nursing satisfaction, and help to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff展开更多

Methods: 102 patients with coronary heart disease who were cared in our hospital during the research period from May 2019 to February 2022 were selected for research. The patients with coronary heart disease were divided into Group A (51 cases, basic in-hospital care) and Group B (51 cases, responsibility care model) by central digital hierarchy method. The research indicators were nursing quality, health knowledge, compliance, hospitalization indicators, symptom status and follow-up results. Results: after nursing, the nursing quality (attitude, operation, environment, communication) of patients with coronary heart disease in group b was higher than that of patients with coronary heart disease in group a (p < 0.05). After nursing, the health knowledge (pathogenesis, self-care and emotion control) of patients with coronary heart disease in group B was higher than that of patients with coronary heart disease in group A (P < 0.05). After nursing, the compliance of group B patients with coronary heart disease was higher than that of group A patients with coronary heart disease (P < 0.05). After nursing, the hospitalization index (hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses) of patients with coronary heart disease in group B were lower than those of patients with coronary heart disease in group A (P < 0.05). After nursing, the symptom score of patients with coronary heart disease in group B was lower than that of patients with coronary heart disease in group A (P < 0.05). After nursing, the follow-up results of patients with coronary heart disease in group B (the number of hospital admissions in half a year and one year) were lower than those of patients with coronary heart disease in group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion: patients with coronary heart disease receive the responsibility care model and have a higher evaluation on the quality of care, improve their health knowledge level and compliance, improve hospitalization indicators, relieve disease symptoms and reduce the frequency of disease attacks, which is more beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients.展开更多

The axial load-bearing capacity of grouted anchorage systems is critical for rock reinforcement and reflects the interactions among system components.Hence,the mechanical response and failure characteristics of the an...The axial load-bearing capacity of grouted anchorage systems is critical for rock reinforcement and reflects the interactions among system components.Hence,the mechanical response and failure characteristics of the anchorage system under axial loading are of vital importance.They serve as the foundation for establishing the mechanical model of the anchorage system and provide significant guidance for the optimization design of bolts and the assessment of anchorage conditions.However,as the most widely used research method,current pullout tests have not paid sufficient attention to simulating actual rock mass stiffness,have not fully revealed the radial mechanical response during the pullout process,and have not clarified the locations and modes of pullout failure.To address these issues,a testing method simulating hard rock stiffness and strength was developed using elasticity and stiffness equivalence theories.Tests revealed three anchorage failure modes under equivalent hard rock stiffness:tooth cutting,sliding,and sliding-tooth cutting composite failure,with the composite failure being dominant.The pullout load-displacement curves exhibited bimodal patterns for composite failure and single peaks for tooth cutting and sliding failures.Post-peak softening showed up-convex curves for tooth cutting and down-concave curves for sliding failure,while bolt yielding displayed distinct plateaus.The radial stress trends at the rock-grout interface paralleled pullout load curves,with sliding failure exhibiting approximately 10 MPa lower peak radial stress compared to tooth cutting failure.Anchorage length most strongly affected peak load,while grout properties predominantly governed failure mode.展开更多
This paper proposes a robust control-oriented identification method for errors-in-variables(EIV)systems in output feedbacks using frequency-response(FR)experimental data.An important relation between such a closed-loo...This paper proposes a robust control-oriented identification method for errors-in-variables(EIV)systems in output feedbacks using frequency-response(FR)experimental data.An important relation between such a closed-loop EIV system and its coprime factor(CF)uncertainty description is first derived,based on which the FR measurements suitable for plant CF identification are able to be generated.Different factorizations of a given controller in the closed-loop system can be made best use to adjust right coprime factors(RCFs)of the plant so as to realize an improvement on the signal-to-noise ratio of identification experimental data.Subsequently,a nominal RCF model is estimated by linear matrix inequalities from the applicable FR measurements and its associated worst-case errors are quantified from a priori and a posteriori information on the underlying system.A resulting RCF perturbation model set can then be described by the nominal RCF model and its worst-case error bounds.Such a model set capable of being stabilized by the given controller is ready for its robust stabilizing controller redesign and robust performance analysis.Finally,a numerical simulation is given to show the efficacy of the proposed identification method.展开更多
Gastric ulcer(GU)represents a clinically significant manifestation of peptic ulcer disease,driven by a complex interplay of microbial,environmental,and immuneinflammatory factors.A recent cross-sectional study by Shen...Gastric ulcer(GU)represents a clinically significant manifestation of peptic ulcer disease,driven by a complex interplay of microbial,environmental,and immuneinflammatory factors.A recent cross-sectional study by Shen et al systematically evaluated six complete blood count-derived inflammatory indices:Neutrophil-tolymphocyte ratio,monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio,platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio,systemic immune-inflammation index,systemic inflammatory response index(SIRI),and aggregate index of systemic inflammation and demonstrated their positive associations with GU prevalence,identifying SIRI as the strongest predictor.This editorial contextualizes these findings within the broader literature,clarifies that these indices reflect systemic rather than GU-specific inflammation,highlights methodological strengths and major limitations,and proposes a conceptual clinical algorithm for integrating SIRI into GU risk assessment.Future multicenter studies incorporating Helicobacter pylori infection,non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug exposure,and prospective design are essential to validate and translate these findings into clinical practice.展开更多
This paper develops an innovative computational model for assessing the Carbon Emission Factor(CEF)of provincial power systems that incorporates inter-provincial electricity transfers and hybrid generation portfolios ...This paper develops an innovative computational model for assessing the Carbon Emission Factor(CEF)of provincial power systems that incorporates inter-provincial electricity transfers and hybrid generation portfolios combining conventional and renewable sources.A key contribution lies in evaluating how deep regulation of thermal power plants influence the carbon intensity of coal-fired generation and coal-fired generation together with high penetration renewables.Furthermore,the study quantitatively analyzes the role of renewable energy consumption and the prospective application of Carbon Capture and Storage(CCS)in reducing system-wide CEF.Based on this framework,the paper proposes phased carbon emission targets for Guangdong’s power system for key milestone years(2030,2045,2060),along with targeted implementation strategies.Results demonstrate that in renewable-dominant systems,deep regulation of thermal units,load peak-shaving,and deployment of flexible resources such as energy storage are effective in cutting carbon intensity.To achieve the defined targets—0.367 kg/kWh by 2030,0.231 kg/kWh by 2045,and 0.032 kg/kWh by 2060—the following innovation-focused policy is recommended:in early stage,mainly on expansion of renewable capacity and inter-provincial transmission infrastructure along with energy storage deployment;in mid-term,mainly on enhancement of electricity market mechanisms to promote green power trading and demand-side flexibility;and in late-stage,mainly on systematic retirement of conventional coal assets coupled with large-scale CCS adoption and carbon sink mechanisms.展开更多

In wind power transmission via modular multilevel converter based high voltage direct current(MMCHVDC)systems,under traditional control strategies,MMC-HVDCcannot provide inertia support to the receiving-end grid(REG)d...In wind power transmission via modular multilevel converter based high voltage direct current(MMCHVDC)systems,under traditional control strategies,MMC-HVDCcannot provide inertia support to the receiving-end grid(REG)during disturbances.Moreover,due to the frequency decoupling between the two ends of the MMCHVDC,the sending-end wind farm(SEWF)cannot obtain the frequency variation information of the REG to provide inertia response.Therefore,this paper proposes a novel coordinated source-network-storage inertia control strategy based on wind power transmission via MMC-HVDC system.First,the grid-side MMC station(GS-MMC)maps the frequency variations of the REG to direct current(DC)voltage variations through the frequency mapping control,and uses submodule capacitor energy to provide inertial power.Then,the wind farm-side MMC station(WF-MMC)restores the DC voltage variations to frequency variations through the frequency restoration control and power loss compensation,providing real-time frequency information for the wind farm.Finally,based on real-time frequency information,thewind farmutilizes the rotor kinetic energy and energy storage to provide fast and lasting power support through the wind-storage coordinated inertia control strategy.Meanwhile,when the wind turbines withdraw from the inertia response phase,the energy storage can increase the power output to compensate for the power deficit,preventing secondary frequency drops.Furthermore,this paper uses small-signal analysis to determine the appropriate values for the key parameters of the proposed control strategy.A simulation model of the wind power transmission via MMCHVDC system is built in MATLAB/Simulink environment to validate and evaluate the proposed method.The results show that the proposed coordinated control strategy can effectively improve the system inertia level and avoid the secondary frequency drop under the load sudden increase condition.展开更多

Methods: ninety-two patients w...Objective: carry out responsibility nursing for patients with coronary heart disease, and further explore the quality of responsibility nursing and its significance to patients recovery. Methods: ninety-two patients with coronary heart disease were taken as the research subjects, and the acceptance period was from January 2021 to December 2021. Randomly divided by computer, one group received routine nursing as the control group;the other group received responsibility nursing as the observation group, 46 cases in each group. The prognosis recovery [physical activity limitation (PL), angina pectoris attack (AF), stable angina pectoris (AS), disease cognition (DP), treatment satisfaction (TS)], cardiac function indexes [left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LEVDD)] and negative emotions [self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)] before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: after nursing, the scores of PL, AF, AS, DP and TS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After nursing, the level of LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of LEVDD was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 2.17%, which was lower than that in the control group (21.74%, P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group, such as proficiency, nurses sense of responsibility, communication ability, active service, emergency response ability and standardization of nursing writing, were all higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: responsibility-based nursing can not only improve the nursing quality of patients with coronary heart disease, but also help patients with coronary heart disease recover as soon as possible and have a good prognosis.展开更多

文摘This study aims to address the problems existing in the ideological and political education of postgraduate students,and combines the implementation of the mentor responsibility system to explore the role orientation,work content,and practical effects of mentors in the ideological and political education of postgraduate students.Through questionnaire surveys,interviews,and other research methods,the current situation of ideological and political education of postgraduate students under the mentor responsibility system is analyzed,and corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.
文摘This paper discusses the effectiveness of nurse post responsibility system in nurse hierarchical management. Methods: the 120 nursing workers and 120 patients who worked from January to December 2019 were selected. It was divided into control groups and observation groups as randomly assigned methods, in which the control group chose the conventional nurse management mode, while the observation group adopted the nurse hierarchical management mode. Data were collected and compared between the quality of medical care in the medical care service process of the two nurse groups and their care satisfaction with the patients. Results: the comprehensive quality score of the nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p <0.05), and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the nursing services was much higher than that of the control group (p <0.05).The difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: after implementing the hierarchical management of nurses, it can effectively improve the work enthusiasm of nursing staff and nurses' work satisfaction, enhance patient compliance, improve patient nursing satisfaction, and help to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff
文摘Objective: to explore the effect of responsibility nursing model on the quality of nursing work and recovery of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 102 patients with coronary heart disease who were cared in our hospital during the research period from May 2019 to February 2022 were selected for research. The patients with coronary heart disease were divided into Group A (51 cases, basic in-hospital care) and Group B (51 cases, responsibility care model) by central digital hierarchy method. The research indicators were nursing quality, health knowledge, compliance, hospitalization indicators, symptom status and follow-up results. Results: after nursing, the nursing quality (attitude, operation, environment, communication) of patients with coronary heart disease in group b was higher than that of patients with coronary heart disease in group a (p < 0.05). After nursing, the health knowledge (pathogenesis, self-care and emotion control) of patients with coronary heart disease in group B was higher than that of patients with coronary heart disease in group A (P < 0.05). After nursing, the compliance of group B patients with coronary heart disease was higher than that of group A patients with coronary heart disease (P < 0.05). After nursing, the hospitalization index (hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses) of patients with coronary heart disease in group B were lower than those of patients with coronary heart disease in group A (P < 0.05). After nursing, the symptom score of patients with coronary heart disease in group B was lower than that of patients with coronary heart disease in group A (P < 0.05). After nursing, the follow-up results of patients with coronary heart disease in group B (the number of hospital admissions in half a year and one year) were lower than those of patients with coronary heart disease in group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion: patients with coronary heart disease receive the responsibility care model and have a higher evaluation on the quality of care, improve their health knowledge level and compliance, improve hospitalization indicators, relieve disease symptoms and reduce the frequency of disease attacks, which is more beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients.

文摘With the continuous progress of automatic driving technology,automatic driving technology standards are gradually affecting the determination of criminal responsibility for traffic accidents in China.At present,the characteristics and tendency of China's automatic driving technology standards present the situation of high policy relevance coexisting with low normative binding,professionalism coexist with barriers,forefront coexist with ambiguity.Therefore,challenges are presented both theoretically and practically on the determination of criminal responsibility based on automatic driving technology standard..In this regard,the misunderstanding should be clarified in theory:The legal order under the automatic driving technology standard has constitutionality and systematic,and there is a balance between the frontier of automatic driving technology development and the lagging of criminal law.The automatic driving technology risk level system should be built to clarify the boundary of the effectiveness of criminal law norms,seeking fora breakthrough in the application of the establishment of a comprehensive judgment system of the risks and accidents and the system of evidence to prove the system,which clarifies the determination of criminal responsibility under the automatic driving technology standard.This essay hopes to pursue breakthroughs in the application-to establish a comprehensive judgment system of risks and accidents as well as an evidence proof system,so as to clarify the determination of criminal responsibility under automatic driving technology standards.

文摘The axial load-bearing capacity of grouted anchorage systems is critical for rock reinforcement and reflects the interactions among system components.Hence,the mechanical response and failure characteristics of the anchorage system under axial loading are of vital importance.They serve as the foundation for establishing the mechanical model of the anchorage system and provide significant guidance for the optimization design of bolts and the assessment of anchorage conditions.However,as the most widely used research method,current pullout tests have not paid sufficient attention to simulating actual rock mass stiffness,have not fully revealed the radial mechanical response during the pullout process,and have not clarified the locations and modes of pullout failure.To address these issues,a testing method simulating hard rock stiffness and strength was developed using elasticity and stiffness equivalence theories.Tests revealed three anchorage failure modes under equivalent hard rock stiffness:tooth cutting,sliding,and sliding-tooth cutting composite failure,with the composite failure being dominant.The pullout load-displacement curves exhibited bimodal patterns for composite failure and single peaks for tooth cutting and sliding failures.Post-peak softening showed up-convex curves for tooth cutting and down-concave curves for sliding failure,while bolt yielding displayed distinct plateaus.The radial stress trends at the rock-grout interface paralleled pullout load curves,with sliding failure exhibiting approximately 10 MPa lower peak radial stress compared to tooth cutting failure.Anchorage length most strongly affected peak load,while grout properties predominantly governed failure mode.
文摘This paper proposes a robust control-oriented identification method for errors-in-variables(EIV)systems in output feedbacks using frequency-response(FR)experimental data.An important relation between such a closed-loop EIV system and its coprime factor(CF)uncertainty description is first derived,based on which the FR measurements suitable for plant CF identification are able to be generated.Different factorizations of a given controller in the closed-loop system can be made best use to adjust right coprime factors(RCFs)of the plant so as to realize an improvement on the signal-to-noise ratio of identification experimental data.Subsequently,a nominal RCF model is estimated by linear matrix inequalities from the applicable FR measurements and its associated worst-case errors are quantified from a priori and a posteriori information on the underlying system.A resulting RCF perturbation model set can then be described by the nominal RCF model and its worst-case error bounds.Such a model set capable of being stabilized by the given controller is ready for its robust stabilizing controller redesign and robust performance analysis.Finally,a numerical simulation is given to show the efficacy of the proposed identification method.

文摘Gastric ulcer(GU)represents a clinically significant manifestation of peptic ulcer disease,driven by a complex interplay of microbial,environmental,and immuneinflammatory factors.A recent cross-sectional study by Shen et al systematically evaluated six complete blood count-derived inflammatory indices:Neutrophil-tolymphocyte ratio,monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio,platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio,systemic immune-inflammation index,systemic inflammatory response index(SIRI),and aggregate index of systemic inflammation and demonstrated their positive associations with GU prevalence,identifying SIRI as the strongest predictor.This editorial contextualizes these findings within the broader literature,clarifies that these indices reflect systemic rather than GU-specific inflammation,highlights methodological strengths and major limitations,and proposes a conceptual clinical algorithm for integrating SIRI into GU risk assessment.Future multicenter studies incorporating Helicobacter pylori infection,non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug exposure,and prospective design are essential to validate and translate these findings into clinical practice.

文摘This paper develops an innovative computational model for assessing the Carbon Emission Factor(CEF)of provincial power systems that incorporates inter-provincial electricity transfers and hybrid generation portfolios combining conventional and renewable sources.A key contribution lies in evaluating how deep regulation of thermal power plants influence the carbon intensity of coal-fired generation and coal-fired generation together with high penetration renewables.Furthermore,the study quantitatively analyzes the role of renewable energy consumption and the prospective application of Carbon Capture and Storage(CCS)in reducing system-wide CEF.Based on this framework,the paper proposes phased carbon emission targets for Guangdong’s power system for key milestone years(2030,2045,2060),along with targeted implementation strategies.Results demonstrate that in renewable-dominant systems,deep regulation of thermal units,load peak-shaving,and deployment of flexible resources such as energy storage are effective in cutting carbon intensity.To achieve the defined targets—0.367 kg/kWh by 2030,0.231 kg/kWh by 2045,and 0.032 kg/kWh by 2060—the following innovation-focused policy is recommended:in early stage,mainly on expansion of renewable capacity and inter-provincial transmission infrastructure along with energy storage deployment;in mid-term,mainly on enhancement of electricity market mechanisms to promote green power trading and demand-side flexibility;and in late-stage,mainly on systematic retirement of conventional coal assets coupled with large-scale CCS adoption and carbon sink mechanisms.

文摘This paper develops an advanced framework for the operational optimization of integrated multi-energy systems that encompass electricity,gas,and heating networks.Introducing a cutting-edge stochastic gradient-enhanced distributionally robust optimization approach,this study integrates deep learning models,especially generative adversarial networks,to adeptly handle the inherent variability and uncertainties of renewable energy and fluctuating consumer demands.The effectiveness of this framework is rigorously tested through detailed simulations mirroring real-world urban energy consumption,renewable energy production,and market price fluctuations over an annual period.The results reveal substantial improvements in the resilience and efficiency of the grid,achieving a reduction in power distribution losses by 15%and enhancing voltage stability by 20%,markedly outperforming conventional systems.Additionally,the framework facilitates up to 25%in cost reductions during peak demand periods,significantly lowering operational costs.The adoption of stochastic gradients further refines the framework’s ability to continually adjust to real-time changes in environmental and market conditions,ensuring stable grid operations and fostering active consumer engagement in demand-side management.This strategy not only aligns with contem-porary sustainable energy practices but also provides scalable and robust solutions to pressing challenges in modern power network management.

文摘In wind power transmission via modular multilevel converter based high voltage direct current(MMCHVDC)systems,under traditional control strategies,MMC-HVDCcannot provide inertia support to the receiving-end grid(REG)during disturbances.Moreover,due to the frequency decoupling between the two ends of the MMCHVDC,the sending-end wind farm(SEWF)cannot obtain the frequency variation information of the REG to provide inertia response.Therefore,this paper proposes a novel coordinated source-network-storage inertia control strategy based on wind power transmission via MMC-HVDC system.First,the grid-side MMC station(GS-MMC)maps the frequency variations of the REG to direct current(DC)voltage variations through the frequency mapping control,and uses submodule capacitor energy to provide inertial power.Then,the wind farm-side MMC station(WF-MMC)restores the DC voltage variations to frequency variations through the frequency restoration control and power loss compensation,providing real-time frequency information for the wind farm.Finally,based on real-time frequency information,thewind farmutilizes the rotor kinetic energy and energy storage to provide fast and lasting power support through the wind-storage coordinated inertia control strategy.Meanwhile,when the wind turbines withdraw from the inertia response phase,the energy storage can increase the power output to compensate for the power deficit,preventing secondary frequency drops.Furthermore,this paper uses small-signal analysis to determine the appropriate values for the key parameters of the proposed control strategy.A simulation model of the wind power transmission via MMCHVDC system is built in MATLAB/Simulink environment to validate and evaluate the proposed method.The results show that the proposed coordinated control strategy can effectively improve the system inertia level and avoid the secondary frequency drop under the load sudden increase condition.

文摘Objective: carry out responsibility nursing for patients with coronary heart disease, and further explore the quality of responsibility nursing and its significance to patients recovery. Methods: ninety-two patients with coronary heart disease were taken as the research subjects, and the acceptance period was from January 2021 to December 2021. Randomly divided by computer, one group received routine nursing as the control group;the other group received responsibility nursing as the observation group, 46 cases in each group. The prognosis recovery [physical activity limitation (PL), angina pectoris attack (AF), stable angina pectoris (AS), disease cognition (DP), treatment satisfaction (TS)], cardiac function indexes [left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LEVDD)] and negative emotions [self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)] before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: after nursing, the scores of PL, AF, AS, DP and TS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After nursing, the level of LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of LEVDD was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 2.17%, which was lower than that in the control group (21.74%, P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group, such as proficiency, nurses sense of responsibility, communication ability, active service, emergency response ability and standardization of nursing writing, were all higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: responsibility-based nursing can not only improve the nursing quality of patients with coronary heart disease, but also help patients with coronary heart disease recover as soon as possible and have a good prognosis.
