Methods: during the period from February 2021 to February 2022, there were 160 nursing student...Objective: to investigate the application value of surgical nursing practice teaching model in in-situ reversal classroom. Methods: during the period from February 2021 to February 2022, there were 160 nursing students in secondary vocational schools. They were divided into groups by drawing lots. The experimental group received in-situ inverted classroom training, while the reference group selected traditional training. The training assessment included students training assessment results and self-directed learning ability score data. Results: the data collection shows that there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the reference group (P > 0.05). Compared with the result data of operating room nursing, wound nursing and enterostomy nursing, the data of the experimental group is better, while the data of the control group is poorer, the difference is more obvious, p 0.05;The final score of SRSSDL was higher in the experimental group and lower in the reference group (P 0.05). Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had better scores in learning consciousness, strategy, behavior, evaluation and interpersonal relationship, with significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of in-situ reversal classroom teaching model in surgical nursing practice teaching can help to cultivate medical students professional learning interest, strengthen their thinking and practical ability, and promote their doctors to standardize clinical nursing operation technology, so as to ensure the quality of practice teaching.展开更多

The interferometer is formed by sandwiching a segment of single mode fiber(SMF) between a...A magnetic field sensor with a magnetic fluid(MF)-coated intermodal interferometer is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The interferometer is formed by sandwiching a segment of single mode fiber(SMF) between a segment of multi-mode fiber(MMF) and a spherical structure. It can be considered as a cascade of the traditional SMF-MMF-SMF structure and MMF-SMF-sphere structure. The transmission spectral characteristics change with the variation of applied magnetic field. The experimental results exhibit that the magnetic field sensitivities for wavelength and transmission loss are 0.047 nm/m T and 0.215 d B/m T for the interference dip around 1 535.36 nm. For the interference dip around 1548.41 nm,the sensitivities are 0.077 nm/m T and 0.243 d B/m T. Simultaneous measurement can be realized according to the different spectral responses.展开更多
