解析亮氨酸富集重复型类受体激酶(leucine rich repeat receptor-like kinase,LRR-RLK)基因的功能和作用机制有利于揭示大麦发育和胁迫响应的分子机制。本研究以北青7号、Ynbs突变体和Morex等8个大麦品种(或品系)为材料,克隆了HvLRR-RLK... 解析亮氨酸富集重复型类受体激酶(leucine rich repeat receptor-like kinase,LRR-RLK)基因的功能和作用机制有利于揭示大麦发育和胁迫响应的分子机制。本研究以北青7号、Ynbs突变体和Morex等8个大麦品种(或品系)为材料,克隆了HvLRR-RLK-510基因的2904 bp CDS序列。8个材料HvLRR-RLK-510基因的CDS序列和编码蛋白氨基酸序列的相似性均高于99.00%。该蛋白具有亮氨酸富集重复结构域、跨膜结构域和激酶结构域等LRR-RLK的关键结构域,与小麦、水稻和拟南芥等作物LRR-RLK聚为1个亚类。RT-PCR检测和荧光定量检测结果表明,该基因在8个材料拔节期幼穗、叶鞘、叶、根和茎中差异表达,具有器官特异性和基因型依赖性,在幼穗中的表达更高效、基因型依赖性更低;亚细胞定位结果表明,编码蛋白位于本氏烟草叶细胞的细胞膜和液泡膜上。本研究为全面解析大麦HvLRR-RLK-510基因的功能和作用机制提供了基因资源和理论支持。 展开更多

目的:探究含富亮氨酸重复激酶2(leucine-rich repeat kinase 2,LRRK2)的人脐带间充质干细胞衍生的外泌体(exosomes from human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells,huMSCs-exo)通过恢复线粒体钙离子(mitochondrial Ca^(2+),... 目的:探究含富亮氨酸重复激酶2(leucine-rich repeat kinase 2,LRRK2)的人脐带间充质干细胞衍生的外泌体(exosomes from human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells,huMSCs-exo)通过恢复线粒体钙离子(mitochondrial Ca^(2+),mCa^(2+))外流减轻脓毒症心肌细胞线粒体钙超载的机制。方法:利用超速离心法获取huMSCsexo。将大鼠分为sham组(10只)、盲肠结扎穿孔(cecal ligation and perforation,CLP)组(20只)和CLP+huMSCs-exo组(20只)。通过CLP模拟脓毒症,术前1 h尾静脉注射huMSCs-exo,术后24 h行超声心动图检查,苏木素-伊红染色观察心肌组织病理学改变。将人心肌细胞AC16分为control组、脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)组、LPS+huMSCs-exo组、LPS+huMSCs-exo+钌红(ruthenium red,Ru-R)组、LPS+huMSCs-exo+si-RNA组和LPS+huMSCs-exo+si-LRRK2组,每组设置3个复孔。用Ru-R预处理AC16细胞30 min,然后将huMSCs-exo与AC16细胞共培养,同时用LPS处理AC16细胞12 h。使用siRNA构建LRRK2沉默的huMSCs,然后用huMSCs-exo和LPS处理AC16细胞12 h。Rhod-2 AM探针检测mCa^(2+);JC-1检测线粒体膜电位(mitochondrial membrane potential,MMP);透射电子显微镜观察线粒体结构;生化法检测三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP);ELISA检测肌酸激酶MB同工酶(creatine kinase MB isoenzyme,CK-MB)和乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH);TUNEL染色评估细胞凋亡。结果:生存分析结果表明,CLP组的存活率为50%,而CLP+huMSCs-exo组小鼠的存活率为80%。与sham组比较,CLP组小鼠心功能下降,心肌纤维排列紊乱,可见坏死细胞,间质水肿,炎症细胞浸润,血清中CK-MB和LDH含量显著提高(P<0.01);与CLP组比较,CLP+huMSCs-exo组小鼠心功能和心肌组织病理改变显著改善,血清中CK-MB和LDH含量显著降低(P<0.01)。与control组相比,LPS组AC16细胞CK-MB和LDH释放显著增加(P<0.01),细胞凋亡增多,MMP下降、mCa^(2+)含量增多、ATP含量减少,同时LRRK2蛋白表达减少。与LPS组相比,LPS+huMSCs-exo组AC16细胞CK-MB和LDH释放减少(P<0.01),细胞凋亡减少,MMP升高、mCa^(2+)含量减少、ATP含量增加(P<0.01),同时LRRK2蛋白表达增加。与LPS+huMSCs-exo组相比,LPS+huMSCs-exo+Ru-R组AC16细胞mCa^(2+)减少、MMP升高、CK-MB和LDH释放减少(P<0.01)。进一步研究证明,huMSCs-exo可将LRRK2 mRNA转移到AC16细胞中。与LPS+huMSCs-exo+si-RNA组相比,LPS+huMSCs-exo+si-LRRK2组AC16细胞mCa^(2+)含量增多、CK-MB和LDH释放显著增多(P<0.01)。结论:huMSCs-exo包含LRRK2通过恢复mCa^(2+)外排改善线粒体钙超载,从而减轻LPS诱导的细胞损伤。 展开更多

Objective This study aimed to determine the temporal trends in sleep duration among Chinese adults.Methods In this series of repeated nationally representative cross-sectional surveys(China Chronic Disease and Risk Factors Surveillance)conducted between 2010 and 2018,a total of 645,420 adult participants(97,741 in 2010;175,749 in 2013;187,777 in 2015;and 184,153 in 2018)were included in the trend analysis.Linear and logistic regression models were utilized to assess trends in sleep duration.Results In 2018,the estimated overall mean sleep duration among the Chinese adult population was7.58(SD,1.45)hours per day,with no significant trend from 2010.A significant increase in short sleep duration(≤6 hours)was observed in the total population,from 15.3%(95%CI:14.1%–16.5%)in 2010 to18.5%(95%CI:17.7%–19.3%)in 2018(P<0.001).Similarly,the trend in long sleep duration(>9 hours)was also significant,increasing in weighted prevalence from 7.2%(95%CI:6.3%–8.1%)in 2010 to 9.0%(95%CI:8.2%–9.9%)in 2018(P<0.001).Conclusion The prevalence of both short and long sleep durations significantly increased among Chinese adults from 2010 to 2018,highlighting the urgency of health initiatives to promote optimal sleep duration in China. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Repeated application of the Pringle maneuver is a key obstacle to safe minimally invasive repeat liver resection(MISRLR).However,limited technical guidance is available.AIM To study the utility of newly developed Pringle taping method guided by liver surface in MISRLR.METHODS We retrospectively reviewed 72 cases of MISRLR performed by a single surgeon at two centers from August 2015 to July 2024.Beginning in October 2019,a liver surface-guided encirclement of hepatoduodenal ligament(LSEH)was used for repeat Pringle taping.Perioperative outcomes including Pringle taping success,operative time,blood loss,conversion rate,morbidity,and mortality were assessed.RESULTS Laparoscopic and robotic approaches were used in 63 patients and 9 patients,respectively.The median operative time,blood loss,and hospital stay were 331.5 minutes,70 mL,and 8 days,respectively.Open conversion occurred in two cases(2.8%)due to severe adhesions and right renal vein injury.Clavien-Dindo grade≥III complications occurred in 5.6%of cases with no mortality.Anti-adhesion barriers were used in 54 patients(75.0%).LSEH was attempted in 57 cases,improving Pringle taping success from 33.0%to 91.4%(P<0.001).LSEH succeeded in all patients with prior open liver resection(n=11).Among 6 patients in whom LSEH failed,3 patients(50.0%)had undergone a third liver resection,and 1 patient had a history of distal gastrectomy with choledochoduodenostomy.CONCLUSION The newly developed LSEH technique for Pringle taping in MISRLR was feasible,enhancing safety and reproducibility even in patients with a history of open liver resection. 展开更多

LRRC59在乳腺癌中的表达及作用研究

本研究通过生物信息学及实验验证探讨了LRRC59在乳腺癌中的作用。基于GEO数据集(GSE6596、GSE36295、GSE33447、GSE73540),利用GEO2R和Sangerbox筛选出18个重叠上调基因和11个下调基因,其中LRRC59显著高表达。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示... 本研究通过生物信息学及实验验证探讨了LRRC59在乳腺癌中的作用。基于GEO数据集(GSE6596、GSE36295、GSE33447、GSE73540),利用GEO2R和Sangerbox筛选出18个重叠上调基因和11个下调基因,其中LRRC59显著高表达。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,高表达LRRC59的乳腺癌患者总生存期显著缩短,提示其与不良预后相关。UALCAN数据库分析证实,原发性乳腺癌组织中LRRC59表达显著高于正常组织。GEPIA2分析进一步表明,LRRC59表达与HER2呈正相关,且HER2扩增的转移性乳腺癌中LRRC59表达更高。通过Linked Omics数据库,LRRC59共表达基因富集于真核生物中的核糖体生物发生、细胞周期及内质网中的蛋白质加工等过程。基于CPADS药物数据库筛选,阿法替尼对高LRRC59表达的乳腺癌细胞敏感。体外实验验证显示,乳腺癌细胞系中LRRC59高表达,将其敲低后细胞增殖、迁移及侵袭能力显著下降,而阿法替尼处理可剂量依赖性抑制上述表型。综上,LRRC59作为乳腺癌促癌因子,可能成为预后标志物及阿法替尼靶向治疗的潜在靶点。 展开更多

目的:探究子宫动脉超声血流参数及血清富亮氨酸重复序列相互作用蛋白(Recombinant Leucine Rich Repeat In FLII Interacting Protein 1,LRRFIP)水平与妊娠期高血压患者病情程度及妊娠结局的相关性。方法:选取2021年7月至2024年7月期间... 目的:探究子宫动脉超声血流参数及血清富亮氨酸重复序列相互作用蛋白(Recombinant Leucine Rich Repeat In FLII Interacting Protein 1,LRRFIP)水平与妊娠期高血压患者病情程度及妊娠结局的相关性。方法:选取2021年7月至2024年7月期间本院收治的95例妊娠期高血压患者作为研究对象的研究组。另选取同期于本院产经的95例健康孕妇作为研究对象的对照组。将研究组患者依据妊娠结局分为妊娠不良和妊娠良好患者,再依据病情程度分为高血压、轻度子痫前期和重度子痫前期患者。检测对比两组、不同妊娠结局及病情程度患者血清LRRFIP水平及子宫动脉血流参数,分析血清LRRFIP水平及血流参数与妊娠结局、病情程度的相关性。结果:研究组子宫动脉血流参数搏动指数(Perfusion Index,PI)、阻力指数(Resistance Index,RI)、收缩-舒张流速比值(Peak Systolic Velocity/End Diastolic,S/D)及血清LRRFIP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者重度子痫前期21例、轻度子痫前期32例、高血压42例。重度子痫前期患者的血清LRRFIP水平及子宫动脉血流参数PI、RI、S/D明显高于轻度子痫前期和高血压患者(P<0.05)。研究组患者妊娠不良59例,妊娠良好36例。与妊娠结局良好相比,妊娠结局不良血清LRRFIP水平及PI、RI、S/D均明显升高(P<0.05)。子宫动脉血流参数PI、RI、S/D及血清LRRFIP水平与妊娠期高血压患者病情程度、妊娠结局均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压患者子宫动脉超声血流参数PI、RI、S/D及血清LRRFIP水平明显升高,且与妊娠期高血压患者病情程度及妊娠结局密切相关。 展开更多

Toward understanding the role of genomic repeat elements in neurodegenerative diseases 被引量:1

Neurodegenerative diseases cause great medical and economic burdens for both patients and society;however, the complex molecular mechanisms thereof are not yet well understood. With the development of high-coverage sequencing technology, researchers have started to notice that genomic repeat regions, previously neglected in search of disease culprits, are active contributors to multiple neurodegenerative diseases. In this review, we describe the association between repeat element variants and multiple degenerative diseases through genome-wide association studies and targeted sequencing. We discuss the identification of disease-relevant repeat element variants, further powered by the advancement of long-read sequencing technologies and their related tools, and summarize recent findings in the molecular mechanisms of repeat element variants in brain degeneration, such as those causing transcriptional silencing or RNA-mediated gain of toxic function. Furthermore, we describe how in silico predictions using innovative computational models, such as deep learning language models, could enhance and accelerate our understanding of the functional impact of repeat element variants. Finally, we discuss future directions to advance current findings for a better understanding of neurodegenerative diseases and the clinical applications of genomic repeat elements. 展开更多

由达旦提狄克氏菌Dickeya dadantii引起的细菌性病害是甘薯的主要病害之一,是我国南方甘薯主产区发病面积最大,危害最为严重的病害。本研究对参与响应茎腐病胁迫的甘薯CC-NBS-LRR基因家族进行鉴定,并对其蛋白质理化性质、基因结构、保... 由达旦提狄克氏菌Dickeya dadantii引起的细菌性病害是甘薯的主要病害之一,是我国南方甘薯主产区发病面积最大,危害最为严重的病害。本研究对参与响应茎腐病胁迫的甘薯CC-NBS-LRR基因家族进行鉴定,并对其蛋白质理化性质、基因结构、保守基序、进化关系、染色体定位、顺式作用元件、表达部位等进行分析,进一步通过转录组测序和荧光定量PCR分析CC-NBS-LRR基因在抗病品种‘广薯87’和感病品种‘心香’受茎腐病菌侵染后的表达差异。结果表明,甘薯中有17个CC-NBS-LRR基因参与了茎腐病胁迫响应,其编码蛋白长度为787~1241 aa,等电点为6.46~9.14,主要分布在3号染色体上。它们与甘薯野生种Ipomoea trifida和I.triloba的CC-NBS-LRR基因聚类为一簇,与拟南芥Arabidopsis thaliana的4个CC-NBS-LRR基因亲缘关系较近,多数基因的启动子为响应光反应的顺式作用元件,其中IbCNL11和IbCNL13基因在甘薯根、茎和叶中表达量较高,IbCNL1、IbCNL2和IbCNL11与茎腐病抗性密切相关。综上,本研究明确了参与响应茎腐病胁迫的CC-NBS-LRR基因家族的特征、进化和表达模式,筛选出3个抗病候选基因,为解析甘薯抗茎腐病机制奠定了基础。 展开更多

The leucine-rich repeat(LRR)protein family is involved in a variety of fundamental metabolic and signaling processes in plants,including growth and defense responses.LRR proteins can be divided into two categories:those containing LRR domains along with other structural elements,which are further subdivided into five groups,LRR receptor-like kinases,LRR receptor-like proteins,nucleotide-binding site LRR proteins,LRR-extensin proteins,and polygalacturonase-inhibiting proteins,and those containing only LRR domains.Functionally,various LRR proteins are primarily involved in plant development and responses to environmental stress.Notably,the LRR protein family plays a central role in signal transduction pathways related to stress adaptation.In this review,we classify and analyze the functions of LRR proteins in plants.While extensive research has been conducted on the roles of LRR proteins in disease resistance signaling,these proteins also play important roles in abiotic stress responses.This review highlights recent advances in understanding how LRR proteins mediate responses to biotic and abiotic stresses.Building upon these insights,further exploration of the roles of LRR proteins in abiotic stress resistance may aid efforts to develop rice varieties with enhanced stress and disease tolerance. 展开更多

目的:探究稽留流产病人血清、蜕膜组织中可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、富亮氨酸重复序列相互作用蛋白1(LRRFIP1)的表达及其与炎症、氧化应激水平的相关性。方法:选取稽留流产病人72例作为研究组,另选取同期自愿终止妊娠的健康早... 目的:探究稽留流产病人血清、蜕膜组织中可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、富亮氨酸重复序列相互作用蛋白1(LRRFIP1)的表达及其与炎症、氧化应激水平的相关性。方法:选取稽留流产病人72例作为研究组,另选取同期自愿终止妊娠的健康早孕妇女50例作为对照组,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清及蜕膜组织中sVCAM-1、LRRFIP1、白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-18、IL-23以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、活性氧自由基(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。Pearson法分析稽留流产病人血清及蜕膜组织中sVCAM-1、LRRFIP1水平与炎症、氧化应激指标的相关性;logistic回归分析孕妇发生稽留流产的影响因素。结果:研究组病人血清及蜕膜组织中sVCAM-1、SOD水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01);LRRFIP1、IL-17、IL-18、IL-23、ROS、MDA水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。Pearson法分析结果显示,血清中sVCAM-1水平与IL-17、IL-18、IL-23、ROS呈负相关关系(P<0.01),与SOD呈正相关关系(P<0.01),LRRFIP1水平与IL-17、IL-18、IL-23、ROS呈正相关关系(P<0.05~P<0.01),与SOD呈负相关关系(P<0.05);蜕膜组织中sVCAM-1水平与IL-17、ROS、MDA呈负相关关系(P<0.05),与SOD呈正相关关系(P<0.05),LRRFIP1与IL-17、IL-18、IL-23、ROS呈正相关关系(P<0.05),与SOD呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析结果显示,IL-17、IL-18、IL-23、ROS、MDA、LRRFIP1的升高是孕妇稽留流产的危险因素(P<0.05),SOD、sVCAM-1的升高是孕妇稽留流产的保护因素(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:稽留流产病人血清及蜕膜组织中sVCAM-1呈低表达,LRRFIP1呈高表达,两者与炎症、氧化应激水平均存在一定的相关性,临床检测sVCAM-1、LRRFIP1水平对预测孕妇稽留流产的风险具有重要意义。 展开更多

Nonperiodic interrupted sampling repeater jamming(ISRJ)against inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR)can obtain two-dimensional blanket jamming performance by joint fast and slow time domain interrupted modulation,which is obviously dif-ferent from the conventional multi-false-target deception jam-ming.In this paper,a suppression method against this kind of novel jamming is proposed based on inter-pulse energy function and compressed sensing theory.By utilizing the discontinuous property of the jamming in slow time domain,the unjammed pulse is separated using the intra-pulse energy function diffe-rence.Based on this,the two-dimensional orthogonal matching pursuit(2D-OMP)algorithm is proposed.Further,it is proposed to reconstruct the ISAR image with the obtained unjammed pulse sequence.The validity of the proposed method is demon-strated via the Yake-42 plane data simulations. 展开更多

野菊花NBS-LRR基因家族的鉴定和生物信息学分析

NBS-LRR类基因是植物R基因中最大的一类,对于抵抗病原体侵染发挥重要作用。本研究利用生物信息学,从野菊花的56870个基因中,筛选出343个编码NBS类蛋白的基因,其中N型218个,NL型17个,CNL型15个。进一步对野菊花中同时包含NBS和LRR结构域的32个植物抗病基因(NBS-LRR)家族成员的基本理化性质、蛋白质的亚细胞定位、进化树的构建、基因结构、保守结构域和保守基序进行分析。结果发现野菊花NBS-LRR基因家族主要定位在细胞质和细胞膜上,推测其与保证细胞正常活动和防止病原菌进入细胞内部有一定关联。32个NBS-LRR基因中有17个蛋白序列的稳定性较差;31个蛋白序列具有亲水性。进化树分析结果表明CNL和NL两种类型的基因进化路径的相似性较高。保守性分析表明,motif 1、motif 2的保守基序的保守性较高。顺式作用元件分析表明该家族成员可能参与生长素、赤霉素、脱落酸等激素响应,抵御非生物胁迫。转录组分析表明NBS-LRR基因家族在同为菊科作物的杭白菊各部位正常生长时普遍处于自动抑制状态。该研究为进一步挖掘野菊花中的功能性R基因提供一定的参考。 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the delivery modes of women with repeat pregnancies involving uterine scars and their effects on both mothers and neonates.Methods:A study was conducted on 100 patients treated at Shenzhen Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024.The participants were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each.The division was based on the indications for prior cesarean section,cervical maturity,postpartum complications,and thickness of the cesarean scar.The control group underwent cesarean delivery,while the observation group experienced vaginal delivery.The two groups were compared in terms of intrapartum blood loss,postpartum blood loss within 2 hours,length of hospital stay,Apgar scores at 1-minute post-birth,and incidences of neonatal fever and jaundice.Results:The observation group had significantly lower intrapartum blood loss,postpartum blood loss within 2 hours,and shorter hospital stays compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the Apgar scores at 1 minute post-birth were significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal fever and jaundice was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).These differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Vaginal delivery has high clinical value for women with repeat pregnancies involving uterine scars.It reduces maternal intrapartum and postpartum blood loss,shortens hospital stays,improves neonatal Apgar scores,and decreases the incidences of neonatal fever and jaundice.This method is worthy of clinical application and promotion. 展开更多

In this study,AZ31 Mg alloy sheets were processed by a severe plastic deformation(SPD)technique called forging-bending repeated deformation(FBRD).The effect on the microstructure and microhardness of AZ31 Mg alloy through FBRD was investigated with increasing temperature treatment and a 90°cross route.The results reveal that the effective strain increases with the number of passes.The flow uniformity is effectively enhanced due to alterations in shear deformation direction.After four passes of deformation,the average grain size is refined by 79.3%compared to the initial specimen.The grain refinement mechanism predominantly originates from the synergistic effects of discontinuous dynamic recrystallization(DDRX),continuous dynamic recrystallization(CDRX),and twinning-induced recrystallization(TDRX).The formation of{1012}extension twins(ET)significantly contributes to coarse grain subdivision and plastic deformation coordinated.Furthermore,pyramidal<c+a>slip activation effectively enhances the plasticity of Mg alloys.By post four-pass processing,the alloy exhibits a microhardness of 81.9HV,primarily governed by fine grain strengthening and dislocation strengthening mechanisms. 展开更多

The reuse of green sand in casting production is hindered by the accumulation of oolitic deposits,primarily composed of clay binder with surface degradation,which may adversely affect the the moulding sand performance.Currently,there is a lack of standardized methods for quantifying the oolitic content.Accurate measurement of oolitic content is of great significance to the reuse of green sand.Attempts to determine oolitic content using potassium hydroxide(KOH)and phosphoric acid(H_(3)PO_(4))methods encounter challenges due to their excessive reactions with SiO_(2) in the sand.In this study,an improved method for measuring the oolitic content of green sand with repeated approximations was proposed.This method judges the chemical activity of the sample surface through the change of its mass to accurately obtain the mass of the reaction oolitic deposits.The test result of the used sand samples from the foundry shows that the oolitic deposits are completely removed after reacting with KOH solution three times at 300℃ for 20 min.SEM and EDS also show that after three times of reactions,the surface of green sand becomes smooth and the content of Al-containing oolitic deposits is very low.This indicates that the method can accurately control the extent of the reaction.Implementation of this method at Huangshi Dongbei Casting Co.,Ltd.has yielded consistent and reliable test results,effectively mirroring variations in green sand oolitic content on the production line.This new method is expected to be widely adopted to improve the efficiency and quality of reused green sand in casting operations. 展开更多

Short tandem repeats(STRs)modulate gene expression and contribute to trait variation.However,a systematic evaluation of the genomic characteristics of STRs has not been conducted,and their influence on gene expression in rice remains unclear.Here,we construct a map of 137,629 polymorphic STRs in the rice(Oryza sativa L.)genome using a population-scale resequencing dataset.A genome-wide survey encompassing 4726 accessions shows that the occurrence frequency,mutational patterns,chromosomal distribution,and functional properties of STRs are correlated with the sequences and lengths of repeat motifs.Leveraging a transcriptome dataset from 127 rice accessions,we identify 44,672 expression STRs(eSTRs)by modeling gene expression in response to the length variation of STRs.These eSTRs are notably enriched in the regulatory regions of genes with active transcriptional signatures.Population analysis identifies numerous STRs that have undergone genetic divergence among different rice groups and 1726 tagged STRs that may be associated with agronomic traits.By editing the(ACT)_(7) STR in OsFD1 promoter,we further experimentally validate its role in regulating gene expression and phenotype.Our study highlights the contribution of STRs to transcriptional regulation in plants and establishes the foundation for their potential use as alternative targets for genetic improvement. 展开更多
