A β SiC whisker reinforced pure aluminum composites expected to exhibit high strain rate superplasticity has been successfully fabricated by a new processing route consisting of pressure infiltration, extrusion with a low extrusion ratio and rolling. The composites exhibite a total elongation of 220%~380% in the initial strain rates within 1.0×10 -2 ~1.0×10 -1 s -1 and at 893~903 K. According to differential thermal analysis(DTA) and microstructure observation, it is concluded that an appropriately small amount of liquid phase is necessary to cause a good high strain rate superplasticity in aluminum matrix composites in addition to fine and uniform microstructure. 展开更多

Effect of Matrix Composition on Physical Properties of Al_3CON In-situ Reaction Reinforced Corundum Composite 被引量:3

They were mixed uniformly with the suitable resin as a binder and pressed under pressure of 315 ton forging press, then dried at 200℃ for 24 h. Effects of various additives on 1500 ℃×2 h creep properties of Al3CON reinforced corundum composite were researched. The experimenal results show that creep coefficients of specimens 1#,2#,3# at 1500 ℃×2 h are 1.4×10^- 4, -9.4×10^-4, -22.6×10^-4, respectively. Crushing strength of the slide plate added with suitable additive A after fired at 1500 ℃ ×3 h reaches to 225 MPa, the creep rate is positive all the time from 0% to 0.014% at 1500 ℃ for 2 h. The microstructure result analysis shows that reinforced phases of Al3CON fiber composite have been formed after fired with Al powder in coke at high temperatures for specimen 1#, and the strength of the composite is increased. The hot modulus of rupture is up to 59 MPa at 1400 ℃ and the RUL is obviously higher than that at 1700 ℃. Its service life is two times as that of Al2O3-C slide plate when used in the process of pouring steel. The mechanism of creep rate resistance of the composites can be discovered by means of SEM and EDAX analysis. It is concluded that the active Al3CON and Al2O3 multiphases that were formed by N2 in gas, C, Al and Al2O3 inside the matrix of the composites during in-situ reaction,which gives the composites outstanding creep rate resistance for the dense zone resuiting from Al3CON oxidation that inhibits contraction at the high temperature. Besides, the matrix will turn into the multiphase with high refractoriness, N content and its Al3CON reinforced fiber will further increase accordingly. In addition, Al3CON formed by Al2O3 and C, Al in the matrix with N2 in gas will inhibit the creep rate and also greatly improve the creep rate resistance of the composites. 展开更多

TiN_p/1N90Al composite was fabricated by powder metallurgy method with a reinforcement volume fraction of 15%. The tensile experiment, DSC and SEM were used to study the high strain rate superplasticity of the TiN_p/1N90Al composite. The DSC result shows that the incipient melting temperature of the TiN_p/1N90Al composite is 906K. The tensile tests were carried out over a range of deformation temperature from 918 to 928K and strain rate from 1.7 to 1.7×10 -3 s -1. The maximum elongation of 201% is realized at 923K with a strain rate of 1.7×10 -1 s -1. Otherwise all the elongations are higher than 100% in the strain rate range of 3.3×10 -2-6.7×10 -1 s -1 at the three deformation temperatures. The curves of m value of the TiN_p/1N90Al composite can be divided into two stages with the variation of strain rate at different deformation temperatures and the critical strain rate of 10 -1 s -1. When the strain rate is higher than 10 -1 s -1, the m values of the three curves are smaller than 0.3, but the m values of the three curves are about 0.37 when the strain rate is higher than 10 -1 s -1. 展开更多

To solve the flight safety problem caused by nonlinear instabilities(category II pilot induced oscillations, PIOs) of the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with rate-limiting actuator, the antiwindup(AW) compensation method to avoid category II PIOs is investigated. Firstly, the AW compensation method originally used for controlling input magnitude limited system is introduced, then this method is extended for controlling input rate-limiting system through a circle criterion theorem. Secondly, the establishment of the AW compensator is transformed into the solving of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an AW compensator establishment algorithm for the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with the rate-limiting actuator is obtained. The effectiveness of the AW compensation method to avoid category II PIOs is validated by time-domain simulations,and compared with rate-limited feedback(RLF) command rate compensation method. The results show that the AW compensation method can effectively suppress category II PIOs and maintain the nominal performance when the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system is normal. Unlike the command rate compensator which works upon system uninterruptedly, the AW compensation method affects the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system only when the rate-limiting of actuator is activated, so it is a novel PIO avoidance method. 展开更多

针对传统网络框架存在的诸如覆盖范围受限、系统容量偏低等固有缺陷,考虑具有不可信用户中继与速率分割协作通信中的安全问题,构建了远端用户的平均保密率与公共信息可达速率的加权和的最大化问题。首次将速率分割多址技术与协作中继技... 针对传统网络框架存在的诸如覆盖范围受限、系统容量偏低等固有缺陷,考虑具有不可信用户中继与速率分割协作通信中的安全问题,构建了远端用户的平均保密率与公共信息可达速率的加权和的最大化问题。首次将速率分割多址技术与协作中继技术相结合,同时考虑了公共消息广播特性可能引发的公共信息泄露风险。由于该问题中存在变量的耦合和非线性约束,导致其非凸特性,无法直接求解,因此考虑基站和中继设备的功率预算的约束下,联合优化预编码矩阵、公共信息分割和设备到设备的发射功率,采用连续凸逼近的方法,引入松弛变量,线性化处理非凸约束,将该非凸问题转换为易求解的凸问题,进而设计了一种全双工协作速率分割的迭代优化算法,避免了时间资源的浪费。仿真结果证明了所提方案的优越性:相比已有半双工速率分割多址方案,所提方案具有更良好的收敛性,硬件配置实时性有相应改善;同时相比不协作速率分割多址方案,可以实现更高的安全传输速率,为远端用户提供切实的安全保障。 展开更多

Adiabatic shear behavior and the corresponding mechanism of TiB2/Al composites were researched by split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB).Results show that the flow stresses of the TiB2/Al composites exhibit softening tendency with the increasing of strain rates. All the composites fail in splitting and cutting with a 45 degree, and the phase transformed bands of molten aluminum are found on the adiabatic shear layers. The deformation behavior and shear localization of the TiB2/Al composites specimens were simulated by finite element code MSC.Marc. The Johnson-Cook model was used to describe the thermo-viscoplastic response of the specimen material. There was unanimous between the numerical result and the experimental result on the location of the adiabatic shear band. From the numerical simulation and experiment, it was concluded that the instantaneous failure of the composite was ascribed due to the local low strength area where the formation of adiabatic shear band was, and the stress condition had significant effect on the initiation and propagation of adiabatic shear band (ASB). 展开更多

We propose a Rate-Distortion (RD) optimized strategy for frame-dropping and scheduling of multi-user conversa- tional and streaming videos. We consider a scenario where conversational and streaming videos share the forwarding resources at a network node. Two buffers are setup on the node to temporarily store the packets for these two types of video applications. For streaming video, a big buffer is used as the associated delay constraint of the application is moderate and a very small buffer is used for conversational video to ensure that the forwarding delay of every packet is limited. A scheduler is located behind these two buffers that dynamically assigns transmission slots on the outgoing link to the two buffers. Rate-distortion side information is used to perform RD-optimized frame dropping in case of node overload. Sharing the data rate on the outgoing link between the con- versational and the streaming videos is done either based on the fullness of the two associated buffers or on the mean incoming rates of the respective videos. Simulation results showed that our proposed RD-optimized frame dropping and scheduling ap- proach provides significant improvements in performance over the popular priority-based random dropping (PRD) technique. 展开更多

裂缝性特低渗透砂岩油藏基质孔喉细小,微裂缝发育,为发挥渗吸驱油作用提供了有利条件;表面活性剂溶液能够改变岩石与流体之间界面作用,增强渗吸作用,对提高采收率有着重要的影响。利用界面张力实验测试、润湿性测定和自发渗吸实验,研究... 裂缝性特低渗透砂岩油藏基质孔喉细小,微裂缝发育,为发挥渗吸驱油作用提供了有利条件;表面活性剂溶液能够改变岩石与流体之间界面作用,增强渗吸作用,对提高采收率有着重要的影响。利用界面张力实验测试、润湿性测定和自发渗吸实验,研究不同质量分数阴非离子表面活性剂YCSX-1溶液的界面张力、润湿性和自发渗吸驱油效率以及表面活性剂溶液的注入质量分数和注入速度对驱油效率的影响;创新设计基于Warren-Root模型的基质-裂缝双重介质岩心,并构建考虑表面活性剂及渗吸作用的双重介质数学模型,综合利用物理模拟及数值模拟方法研究表面活性剂不同注入质量分数和注入量下的驱油规律。实验结果表明:界面张力和润湿接触角随表面活性剂质量分数的增大均呈现先下降后增大的趋势,是渗吸驱油效率的关键影响因素;质量分数为0.4%的表面活性剂体系渗吸作用最强,驱油效率最高,渗吸作用的增强提高了基质内原油的动用程度;驱油效率随注入速度的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,最佳注入速度为1.2 mL/min。基于实验结果,利用构建的双重介质数学模型模拟计算,实现了注入参数的优化,最佳注入质量分数为0.4%,最佳单井注入量为12 m3/d。将该模拟结果应用于X区块注水开发,效果明显,日产油量最高增幅达54%。控速增渗注水提高采收率技术通过优化表面活性剂溶液质量分数,改变基质孔隙界面张力及润湿性;同时控制注水速度,使得驱油过程中两相流体的弯液面保持理想动力状态,发挥毛管力与驱替压力双重动力作用,进一步增强渗吸作用在驱油过程中的相对贡献,使得基质小孔隙原油流动能力增强,更多基质孔隙原油被采出,提高了驱油效率。 展开更多

Adding of the third element to the metal matrix make the composite hybrid. This paper presents the study on the surface roughness characteristics of a hybrid aluminium metal matrix (Al6061-SiC-Al2O3) composites. The experimental studies were carried out on a lathe. The composites were prepared using the liquid metallurgy technique, in which 3, 6 and 9 wt % of particulates SiC and Al2O3 were dispersed in the base matrix. The obtained cast composites were carefully machined. The characteristics that influence the surface roughness such as feed rate, depth of cut and cutting speed were studied, which made the analysis come to a conclusion that the surface roughness is increases with the increase of feed rate and it reduces the surface roughness with the increase of cutting speed. 展开更多

夯土降水流失是西北干旱地区夯土遗址缓慢消亡的主要形式之一,然而,与夯土水土流失相关的研究工作尚未得到有效开展。本文通过15处遗址夯土(包含3种气候区域和5个朝代)的精细化崩解过程试验和土水特征试验,开展时空序列下遗址夯土崩解... 夯土降水流失是西北干旱地区夯土遗址缓慢消亡的主要形式之一,然而,与夯土水土流失相关的研究工作尚未得到有效开展。本文通过15处遗址夯土(包含3种气候区域和5个朝代)的精细化崩解过程试验和土水特征试验,开展时空序列下遗址夯土崩解特征与基质吸力关联性研究。结果表明:基质势的梯度变化和吸力-时间变化率是决定遗址夯土崩解特征呈现显著分类性和时空性规律的主要原因。其中,相比崩解过程仅包含吸湿软化阶段和稳定阶段的难崩解型夯土,11处易崩解型夯土时空性规律更为显著。易崩解型夯土吸湿软化阶段的吸湿速率排序为极端干旱区>干旱区>半干旱区,崩解阶段的崩解速率排序为半干旱区>极端干旱区>干旱区和明代>汉代>清代>唐代>宋代;各崩解特征指标与吸力-时间变化率之间存在较好的指数型增函数量化关系,相关系数均大于0.8;吸湿软化阶段的吸力-时间变化率2000 kPa/s可作为判别崩解类型的阈值条件。 展开更多

针对聚合物基复合材料力学性能的应变率依赖性问题,探讨、量化了复合材料静态和疲劳性能的应变率强化效应,提出了变频加载下复合材料剩余强度和疲劳损伤的评估方法。首先,分别对包含和不包含静强度的疲劳寿命数据执行幂律S-N曲线拟合,... 针对聚合物基复合材料力学性能的应变率依赖性问题,探讨、量化了复合材料静态和疲劳性能的应变率强化效应,提出了变频加载下复合材料剩余强度和疲劳损伤的评估方法。首先,分别对包含和不包含静强度的疲劳寿命数据执行幂律S-N曲线拟合,分析静强度和疲劳寿命的加载频率敏感性,进而通过引入应变率强化系数,量化了应变率对材料强度的强化程度,确保了复合材料力学性能表征数据的应变率一致性。其次,利用强度储备概念构建了独立于应力水平的概率型剩余强度模型,该模型能仅用一组模型参数预测任意应力水平下的强度退化过程。最后,基于所开发的模型和公开数据进行了变频加载的剩余强度预测,结果表明,升频加载和降频加载造成的累积损伤分别为0.323、0.493,与试验数据相差不超过5%,预测结果可靠。 展开更多

马尾松无性系扦插繁育技术研究
