Monitoring biogenic amines,which are metabolic byproducts of shrimp spoilage,is crucial for assessing food quality.Currently,most detection methods for biogenic amines suffer from limitations such as time-consuming procedures,complex operations,and delayed results.Colorimetric analysis techniques have gained attention in recent years due to their advantages of short analysis time,simple operation,and suitability for on-site testing.This study successfully developed a series of colorimetric sensor platforms for biogenic amines by loading the natural active ingredient curcumin(CUR)and its derivative of Boron complex BFCUR onto filter paper and electrospun nanofibre films(ENFs),respectively.By analyzing the color response differences of these sensors upon contact with biogenic amines,the colorimetric sensors with superior detection performance were selected and further applied to the visual monitoring and indication of shrimp spoilage processes. 展开更多

In this study,composite films consisting of polylactic acid(PLA),ethyl cellulose(EC),and zein were prepared by solution casting method,and their performance and application in chilled fresh meat preservation were investigated.The results showed that the three materials had satisfactory compatibility in the composite film.Addition of EC and zein effectively improved the mechanical properties,thermodynamic properties,surface hydrophilicity,oxygen permeability,and degradation properties of PLA films.When the ratio of PLA to EC was 3:7,the tensile strength and elongation at break reached maximum values of 16.6 MPa and 30.5%,respectively.Moreover,under different conditions,the composite film exhibited better degradability than the PLA film.The composite film with a 3:7 ratio of PLA to EC had the best performance,with a degradation rate of 21.75%after 84 days.Chilled fresh meat wrapped with the composite film showed significantly improved antioxidant,antibacterial,and water-holding properties. 展开更多

Efficient nitrogen management is crucial for developing sustainable strategies aimed at enhancing yield while mitigating negative environmental impacts.However,research focusing on this aspect in the production of fresh maize is limited.Therefore,this study analyzed the effects of nitrogen application rates on the yields of 40 sweet and 44 waxy maize varieties at five sites in Zhejiang Province,China,from 2015 to 2019.The nitrogen application rates were categorized as either relatively high(RHN,>300 kg ha^(-1) for sweet maize and>320 kg ha^(-1) for waxy maize)or relatively low(RLN).An increase in nitrogen application rates significantly reduced nitrogen fertilizer partial productivity in both sweet and waxy maize(R^(2)=0.616,P<0.01;R^(2)=0.643,P<0.01),indicating that the optimum nitrogen application rates in this study might be the lowest values(160 kg ha^(-1) for sweet maize and 180 kg ha^(-1) for waxy maize).The kernel number per ear of sweet maize had a potentially more significant impact on fresh grain yield than the 1,000-fresh kernel weight under both RLN and RHN.In waxy maize,1,000-kernel weight contributed more to fresh grain yield under RLN,while kernel number per ear and 1,000-kernel weight cooperatively affected the yield under RHN.This study found that sweet maize required taller plant and ear heights,along with an optimal ear-plant height ratio,to enhance dry matter accumulation and increase source size,particularly under RLN,and to ultimately achieve a higher fresh grain yield.In contrast,a lower ear height and ear-plant height ratio in waxy maize probably contributed more to the greater kernel number and weight under RLN,likely due to a lower ear height which can reduce the distance between sink and source,enabling more efficient photoassimilate allocation to the ear. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the association between acupuncture during controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH)and the live birth rate(LBR)using different propensity score methods.Methods:In this retrospective cohort study,eligible women who underwent a COH were divided into acupuncture and non-acupuncture groups.The primary outcome was LBR,as determined by propensity score matching(PSM).LBR was defined as the delivery of one or more living infants that reached a gestational age over 28 weeks after embryo transfer.The propensity score model encompassed 16 confounding variables.To validate the results,sensitivity analyses were conducted using three additional propensity score methods:propensity score adjustment,inverse probability weighting(IPW),and IPW with a"doubly robust”estimator.Results:The primary cohort encompassed 9751 patients(1830[18.76%]in the acupuncture group and7921[81.23%]in the non-acupuncture group).Following 1:1 PSM,a higher LBR was found in the acupuncture cohort(41.4%[755/1824]vs 36.4%[664/1824],with an odds ratio of 1.23[95%confidence interval,1.08-1.41]).Three additional propensity score methods produced essentially similar results.The risk of serious adverse events did not significantly differ between the two groups.Conclusion:This retrospective study revealed an association between acupuncture and an increased LBR among patients undergoing COH,and that acupuncture is a safe and valuable treatment option. 展开更多

In 2004 and 2014,two monographs on hypobaric storage(LP)were published by Stanley P.Burg.Based on his theoretical framework and technological advancements,as well as the research and development of equipment conducted under his guidance,alongside customer practices and reflections on various scientific literature both domestically and internationally,it is posited that,as articulated in the monograph,misconceptions regarding his theory and technology in Western scientific literature prior to 1985 continue to persist.This ongoing dissemination of misunderstandings has resulted in a near stagnation of research and has adversely impacted the Chinese academic community as well.Consequently,it is essential to delineate the characteristics and main points of its theory and technology,with the aim of offering guidance to individuals seeking to comprehend its foundational purpose.LP technology is a dynamic physical technology that continuously and uninterruptedly extracts air from a closed container and simultaneously introduces fresh,low-pressure moist air from the external environment,while maintaining specific levels of humidity and/or temperature within the container and upholding a predetermined pressure value.Preservation technology is the collective term for the set of various technical parameters associated with preservation,including pressure,relative humidity,and other relevant factors,to which LP equipment is specifically designed.The theory of LP is characterized by the enhanced diffusion of gases and vapors that enter and exit the commodity in a dynamic manner under low pressure conditions.The theoretical points involve equipment performance,low pressure,the impact of trace concentrations of gases such as O_(2),CO_(2) and C_(2)H_(4) that naturally occur at low pressure,diffusive mass transfer,heat transfer,and impacts on the activity of enzymes associated with maturation and senescence.The technology is characterized by dynamic low pressure,and the range of commodities preserved is comparable to that of refrigeration.However,certain commodities exiting the hypobaric environment possess subsequent preservation advantages that are not available through refrigeration.The main points of the technology encompass an extended sotrage life,a postponement of quality degradation,minimized water loss,the suppression of pathogen growth,and the killing of both internal and external insects of the commodity under dynamic low pressure conditions.The core advantage of LP technology lies in its ability to significantly reduce water loss,inhibit respiration and C_(2)H_(4) action,and pathogen growth,killing insects and modulate the activity of enzymes associated with maturation and senescence in post-harvest fresh horticultural products.Consequently,this technology plays a crucial role in prolonging the post-harvest lifespan of these commodities and mitigating quality degradation.Over the past decade,researchers in China have developed a hypobaric short period treatment technology,grounded in LP theory and technical practice,which is commonly referred to as hypobaric treatment.This method has garnered significant attention,leading to an increase in both domestic and international research.A growing body of literature categorizes LP as hypobaric treatment,while some studies also consider vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere packaging(MAP)as LP or hypobaric treatment.Misunderstandings are exacerbated by confusion surrounding nomenclature,which,in conjunction with pre-existing misconceptions,represents a significant barrier to both the research and practical application of the technology.The successful commercial implementation of a vacuum cold fresh chain,centered on LP or hypobaric treatment technology,may be the sole solution to the prevailing misunderstandings associated with LP. 展开更多

旨在为鲜果压榨油茶籽油贮藏稳定性的评估提供理论依据,采用鲜果压榨法制备油茶籽原油,并对其进行初滤和精滤得到初滤油和成品油,以传统压榨法为对照,对原油、初滤油和成品油理化指标及有益伴随物含量进行测定,并考察3种油茶籽油常温贮... 旨在为鲜果压榨油茶籽油贮藏稳定性的评估提供理论依据,采用鲜果压榨法制备油茶籽原油,并对其进行初滤和精滤得到初滤油和成品油,以传统压榨法为对照,对原油、初滤油和成品油理化指标及有益伴随物含量进行测定,并考察3种油茶籽油常温贮藏180 d过程中上述指标的变化情况。结果表明:鲜果压榨法油茶籽原油理化指标较好,且过滤可提高油茶籽油理化品质;鲜果压榨油茶籽原油的过氧化值低于传统压榨油茶籽原油,次级氧化产物丙二醛未被检出;常温贮藏过程中,鲜果压榨油茶籽油酸值、过氧化值、共轭二烯值和共轭三烯值增加量总体低于传统压榨油茶籽油,鲜果压榨油茶籽油氧化进程较传统压榨油茶籽油慢;鲜果压榨油茶籽原油的生育酚和总酚含量高于传统压榨油茶籽原油,从原油到成品油,鲜果压榨油茶籽油的有益伴随物损失率总体小于传统压榨油茶籽油;在贮藏过程中,油茶籽油中角鲨烯、α-生育酚和总酚含量均呈下降趋势,尤其是总酚,鲜果压榨和传统压榨油茶籽成品油贮藏180 d后总酚损失率均达50%以上。综上,鲜果压榨油茶籽油的贮藏稳定性优于传统压榨油茶籽油。 展开更多

[ Method] The net increment changes of individual plant fresh weight and dry matter weight of Youyan 9 and Youyan 10 with different nitrogen application treatments were studied. [ Result] The differences among average fresh weight increments of individual plant and average dry matter weight increment of individual plant with different treatments reached 0. 01 extremely significant level. Fresh weight increment and dry matter weight net increment of individual plant declined gradually with the increase of nitrogen application. In growtheourse ,fresh weight net increment of individual plant increased firstly then decreased and the maximum was in beginning flowering stage, besides that dry matter net increment increased gradually and the maximum was in mature period. The correlations among fresh net increment, dry matter weight net increment and yield net increment were positive or extremely positive. [ Conclusion] Under experimental condition, when nitrogen application was 225 kg/hm^2, hybrid rape Yanyou 9 and Yanyou 10 with low erucic,low glucosinolate could obtain high yield. 展开更多

[Result] The re- sults show that Tongcanxian 7 had maximum yield with 37 500 plant/hm2 when sowed on November 2. [Conclusion] Plastic greenhouse cultivation is appropriate for fresh eating faba bean, the sowing-time is the beginning of November and the best density is 7 500 plant/hm2. 展开更多

The randomized block design was adopted. The results showed that with the delayed film covering, the incidence of mild freeze injury and number of headless seedlings were increased correspondingly, but the yield was increased; with the delayed sowing, the branch number per plant, effective branch number per plant, incidence of mild freeze injury and number of headless seedlings were all reduced, and the broad beans, sowed on September 30 th, obtained the highest yield; planting density showed on effect on the occurrence of freeze injury, and the yield was increased with the increase of planting density. Under the same film-covering time, the incidence of freeze injury was reduced with the delayed sowing time and it showed no changes when planting density was changed, but the yield was increased with the increase of planting density and it was highest when broad bean seeds were sowed on September 30th;under the same sowing time, the incidence of freeze injury was increased with the delayed film-covering time and it showed no changes when planting density was changed, and the yield was increased with the delayed film-covering time and increased planting density; under the same planting density, the incidence of freeze injury was increased with the delayed film-covering time but was reduced with the delayed sowing time, and the yield was increased with the delayed film-covering time and it was highest when the broad bean seeds were sowed on September30 th. The high-efficiency planting mode for five crops a year of fresh edible "faba bean/spring maize+soybean-autumn maize/autumn soybean" was introduced, and its yield and economic benefits were compared with the planting mode of three crops a year of "faba bean-spring maize/red bean". The results showed that the planting method for fresh edible "faba bean/spring maize+soybean-autumn maize/autumn soybean" was much easier to operate with the input-output ratio of about185.6%, and its yield and economic benefits were 2.09 and 1.83 times of that of the planting mode for three crops a year, significantly improving the agricultural yield and income of farmers. In addition, the cropping index of the planting mode for fresh edible fresh edible "faba bean/spring maize +soybean-autumn maize/autumn soybean" reached up to 350%, and planting faba bean once a year and soybean twice a year could make the biological fixation amount of nitrogen increase 350-450kg/m^2, which equaled to up to 700 kg/m^2 of urea, showing significant ecological and social benefits. Based on the comparison results, the high-yield culture techniques of the planting mode of fresh edible "faba bean/spring maize+soybean-autumn maize/autumn soybean" were summarized. 展开更多

[Results] Af-ter the principal components analysis, pod weight per pIant, 100-seed weight and pod number per pIant of fresh edibIe soybean were chosen to study their reIation with the yield of fresh edibIe soybean, moreover, it was demonstrated that the reIa-tion was Iinear reIation, thus it was suitabIe for muItivariate regression analysis. Fi-nal y, the mathematical expression formuIa about fresh pod yield was estabIished. There are rare reports on effect of different salinity on fresh- ness and quality. However, water salinity will directly affect osmotic pressure in fish, thereby affecting meat quality. In this study, the tolerance of crucian to different salinities (1‰, 2‰, 5‰, 8‰, 10‰ and 15‰) was investigated. In addition, the ef- fect of different salinity on freezing freshness and quality of crucian was studied. The results showed that the tolerance threshold of crucian to salinity was about 8‰, and the freezing quality of crucian in water with salinity of ‰ was significantly better than that in fresh water. 展开更多

【目的】本试验旨在探究不同比例鲜苜蓿与燕麦干草混合青贮对发酵品质及瘤胃体外发酵特性的影响。【方法】将鲜苜蓿和燕麦干草按鲜重比为8︰2(AO1)、7︰3(AO_(2))、6︰4(AO3)均匀混合后青贮60 d,通过感官评分、测定营养成分、发酵品质... 【目的】本试验旨在探究不同比例鲜苜蓿与燕麦干草混合青贮对发酵品质及瘤胃体外发酵特性的影响。【方法】将鲜苜蓿和燕麦干草按鲜重比为8︰2(AO1)、7︰3(AO_(2))、6︰4(AO3)均匀混合后青贮60 d,通过感官评分、测定营养成分、发酵品质、有氧稳定性以及瘤胃体外发酵参数评价不同比例鲜苜蓿和燕麦干草的青贮效果。【结果】(1)AO_(2)组混合青贮感官评分达18.87分,显著高于AO1和AO3组(P<0.05)。(2)AO1组青贮的粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量最高,酸性洗涤纤维、灰分和可溶性碳水化合物量最低;各组间青贮的中性洗涤纤维含量无显著差异(P>0.05);AO1和AO_(2)组的饲草质量分值显著高于AO3组(P<0.05),其中AO1组分值最高,为60.39。有氧稳定性结果显示,AO_(2)组在有氧暴露条件下保持稳定的时间最长,AO3组次之,AO1稳定时间最短,分别为204.5、166.45和133.17 h。(3)AO1及AO_(2)组混合青贮中乳酸含量均显著高于AO3组(P<0.05)。(4)AO3组在各时间段的产气量均高于其余处理组;AO1组的干物质降解率和粗蛋白质降解率显著高于AO_(2)和AO3组(P<0.05),且随鲜苜蓿比例降低,混合青贮中性洗涤纤维降解率呈降低趋势(P=0.07),而各组间酸性洗涤纤维降解率无显著差异(P>0.05);AO1组的总挥发性脂肪酸、丁酸、氨态氮浓度显著高于AO_(2)及AO3组。【结论】鲜苜蓿与燕麦干草混合比例控制在8︰2和7︰3时青贮发酵品质最优,体外消化率较高。该结果可为东北地区调制鲜苜蓿与燕麦干草混贮饲料提供参考。 展开更多
