Mindfulness would enhance university students’emotional well-being and study engagement.However,the role of affect(positive and negative emotions)and psychological resources(psychological capital)linking mindfulness ...Mindfulness would enhance university students’emotional well-being and study engagement.However,the role of affect(positive and negative emotions)and psychological resources(psychological capital)linking mindfulness to study engagement remain underexplored.This cross-sectional study surveyed 688 Chinese university students(females=413,mean age=20.3,SD=0.83),using validated self-report measures of mindfulness,positive and negative emotions,psychological capital,and study engagement.Structural equation modeling and bias-corrected bootstrap analyses(5000 resamples)revealed that mindfulness directly enhanced positive emotions,psychological capital,and study engagement,while reducing negative emotions.Positive emotions partially mediated the positive effect of mindfulness on psychological capital and study engagement.Negative emotions partially and negatively mediated only the mindfulness-psychological capital link.Psychological capital independently mediated the mindfulness-engagement relationship,and two sequential mediation pathways emerged:(a)mindfulness→positive emotions→psychological capital→higher study engagement and(b)mindfulness→reduced negative emotions→psychological capital→higher study engagement.Consistent with broaden-and-build(B&B)theory and Conservation of Resources(COR)theory,these findings suggest that mindfulness fosters study engagement primarily by promoting positive emotional experiences and strengthening psychological capital.By implication,university student support programs should employ mindfulness-based interventions to cultivate emotional and psychological resources for higher students’engagement and overall well-being.展开更多
Objectives This study aimed to explore and clarify the concept of reflective supervision as a professional self-care strategy to create a positive Intensive Care Unit(ICU)practice environment.Methods Walker and Avant...Objectives This study aimed to explore and clarify the concept of reflective supervision as a professional self-care strategy to create a positive Intensive Care Unit(ICU)practice environment.Methods Walker and Avant’s eight-step concept analysis approach was utilized to identify and define the attributes,antecedents,and consequences of reflective supervision in the ICU.An extensive literature search was conducted across various databases,including Google Scholar,CINAHL,PubMed.Articles published from 2005 to 2025 were identified.We followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)2020 statement to indicate the included articles and extract related data based on relevance.Results Forty articles were included in the analysis.The identified attributes included the supervisor-supervisee relationship,effective communication,teamwork,collaborations,reflection,competencies,feedback,continuous support,and autonomous choice.The identified antecedents included participation,supportive supervision,flexibility,open-door policy,training,and motivation.Consequences impacting the success of reflective supervision were identified as promotion of resiliency,autonomy,work-life balance,self-awareness,increased self-esteem,professional development,critical thinking,increased job satisfaction,and enhanced commitment.Conclusions Reflective supervision is a complex professional self-care strategy that enhances ICU practice,by promoting nurses’well-being,self-awareness,therapeutic skills,and professional development.展开更多
Background:Pressure injury(PI)is a prevalent complication in pediatric cardiac surgery,with higher incidence than in general pediatric populations due to children’s thin skin,underdeveloped subcutaneous tissue,and pr...Background:Pressure injury(PI)is a prevalent complication in pediatric cardiac surgery,with higher incidence than in general pediatric populations due to children’s thin skin,underdeveloped subcutaneous tissue,and prolonged intraoperative pressure.Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of the curvilinear supine position(CSP)in preventing PI among children undergoing congenital heart disease(CHD)surgery.Methods:Between October 2024 and February 2025,a single-center randomized controlled trial was conducted.Of the 80 children initially enrolled for congenital heart disease(CHD)surgery,77(aged 1 month to 14 years)completed the study and were included in the final analysis after 3 were excluded due to protocol violations.Participants were randomly assigned to the CSP group(n=38)or the conventional supine position group(n=39).Results:The incidence of PI was significantly lower in the CSP group(2.6%)compared to the control group(20.5%)(p=0.029).Postoperative LDH levels were also significantly reduced in the CSP group(422.67±86.52 U/L vs.592.92±215.71 U/L;p=0.031),while preoperative LDH and surgical variables(e.g.,cardiopulmonary bypass time)were comparable between groups.Although the CSP group had a shorter hospital stay(17.24 vs.22.51 days),the difference was not statistically significant(p=0.085).Caregiver satisfaction was significantly higher in the CSP group(100.0%vs.84.6%;p=0.025).Conclusion:CSP effectively reduces PI incidence,mitigates tissue injury,and enhances caregiver satisfaction in pediatric cardiac surgery,offering a safe and feasible strategy for perioperative PI prevention.展开更多

This study examines the mediating role of positive psychological capital and the moderating role of ethnicity in the relationship between mindfulness and internalizing/externalizing problems among adolescents.The stud...This study examines the mediating role of positive psychological capital and the moderating role of ethnicity in the relationship between mindfulness and internalizing/externalizing problems among adolescents.The study sample comprized Chinese adolescents(N=637 ethnic minority;females=40.97%,meam age=12.68,SD=0.49 years;N=636 Han;females=49.06%,mean age=12.71,SD=0.47 years).The participants completed the Child and Adolescent Mindfulness Measure,the Positive Psycap Questionnaire,and the Youth Self-Report.Results from the moderated mediation analysis showed mindfulness was negatively associated with both internalizing and externalizing problems.Ethnicity moderated the relationship between mindfulness and internalizing problems to be stronger for Han adolescents compared to ethnic minority adolescents.Psychological capital mediated the relationship between mindfulness and internalizing problems in both groups,with a negative direction.Findings support the Conservation of Resources theory and highlight mindfulness as a personal resource fostering adolescent well-being in multicultural contexts.展开更多
The high-quality assembly of Large Aircraft Components(LACs)is essential in modern aviation manufacturing.Numerical control locators are employed for the posture adjustment of LAC,yet the system's multi-input mult...The high-quality assembly of Large Aircraft Components(LACs)is essential in modern aviation manufacturing.Numerical control locators are employed for the posture adjustment of LAC,yet the system's multi-input multi-output,nonlinearity,and strong coupling presents significant challenges.The substantial internal force generated during the adjustment process can potentially damage the LAC and degrade the assembly quality.Hence,a workspace-based hybrid force position control scheme was developed to achieve high quality assembly with high-precision and lower internal force.Firstly,an offline workspace analysis with inherent geometric characteristics to form time-varying posture error constraint.Then,the posture error is integrated into the online position axis control to ensure tracking the ideal posture,while the force control axis compensates for posture deviation by minimizing internal force,thereby achieving high precision and low internal force.Finally,the effectiveness was demonstrated through experiments.The root mean square errors of orientation and position are 104 rad and 0.1 mm,respectively.A reduction in internal force can range from 10.96%to 57.4%compared to the traditional method.Key points'max position error is decreased from 0.32 mm to 0.18 mm,satisfying the 0.5 mm tolerance.Therefore,the proposed method will help promote the development of high-performance manufacturing.展开更多
AIM:To evaluate and compare alterations in the effective lens position(ELP)and refractive outcomes among three distinct intraocular lens(IOL)types.METHODS:Patients with cataracts were enrolled and allocated to 3 group...AIM:To evaluate and compare alterations in the effective lens position(ELP)and refractive outcomes among three distinct intraocular lens(IOL)types.METHODS:Patients with cataracts were enrolled and allocated to 3 groups:Group A(implanted with the SN6CWS),Group B(implanted with the MI60),and Group C(implanted with the Aspira-aA).ELP measurements were obtained with swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT)at 1d,1wk,1mo,and 3mo postoperatively.Subjective refraction assessments were conducted at 1wk,1mo,and 3mo following surgery.RESULTS:The study included 189 eyes of 150 cataract patients(66 males).There were 77 eyes in Group A,55 eyes in Group B,and 57 eyes in Group C.The root mean square of the ELP(ELPRMS)within the initial 3mo was significantly lower for Group A than for Groups B and C.Refractive changes within Group A were not significant across the time points of 1wk,1mo,and 3mo.Conversely,both Group B and Group C demonstrated statistically significant shifts toward hyperopia from 1wk to 3mo postsurgery.CONCLUSION:Among the three IOLs examined,the SN6CWS IOL showes the greatest stability during the first 3mo postoperatively.Between 1wk and 3mo after surgery,notable hyperopic shifts are evident in eyes implanted with the MI60 and Aspira-aA IOLs,whereas refractive outcomes remain relatively constant in eyes implanted with SN6CWS IOLs.展开更多
In reliability analyses,the absence of a priori information on the most probable point of failure(MPP)may result in overlooking critical points,thereby leading to biased assessment outcomes.Moreover,second-order relia...In reliability analyses,the absence of a priori information on the most probable point of failure(MPP)may result in overlooking critical points,thereby leading to biased assessment outcomes.Moreover,second-order reliability methods exhibit limited accuracy in highly nonlinear scenarios.To overcome these challenges,a novel reliability analysis strategy based on a multimodal differential evolution algorithm and a hypersphere integration method is proposed.Initially,the penalty function method is employed to reformulate the MPP search problem as a conditionally constrained optimization task.Subsequently,a differential evolution algorithm incorporating a population delineation strategy is utilized to identify all MPPs.Finally,a paraboloid equation is constructed based on the curvature of the limit-state function at the MPPs,and the failure probability of the structure is calculated by using the hypersphere integration method.The localization effectiveness of the MPPs is compared through multiple numerical cases and two engineering examples,with accuracy comparisons of failure probabilities against the first-order reliability method(FORM)and the secondorder reliability method(SORM).The results indicate that the method effectively identifies existing MPPs and achieves higher solution precision.展开更多
The fluorination strategy has been proven effective in significantly enhancing the photovoltaic performance of organic solar cells(OSCs) based on non-fused ring electron acceptors(NFREAs).However,research on the impac...The fluorination strategy has been proven effective in significantly enhancing the photovoltaic performance of organic solar cells(OSCs) based on non-fused ring electron acceptors(NFREAs).However,research on the impact of fluorination positions at side chains on NFREAs device performance remains scant.In this study,we introduce two isomeric NFREAs,designated as GA-2F-E and GA-2F,distinguished by their fluorination positions at the side chains.Both NFREAs share a thiophene[3,2-b]thiophene core,but their side chains differ:GA-2F-E features two(4-butylphenyl)-N-(4-fluorophenyl) amino groups,whereas GA-2F's side chains consist of bis(4-fluorophenyl)amino and bis(4-butylphenyl)amino groups attached to opposite sides of the core.To delve into the influence of fluorination positions on the optoelectronic properties,aggregation behavior,and overall efficiency of the acceptor molecules,a comprehensive investigation was conducted.The findings reveal that,despite similar photophysical properties and comparable absorption bandwidths,GA-2F-E,with fluorine atoms positioned on both sides of the molecular framework,demonstrates more compact π-π stacking,reduced bimolecular recombination,superior exciton transport,and a more balanced,higher mobility.As a result of these advantages,OSCs optimized with D18:GA-2F-E achieve a remarkable power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 16.45 %,surpassing the 15.83 %PCE of devices utilizing D18:GA-2F.This research underscores the potential of NFREAs in future applications and highlights the significance of fluorination positions in enhancing OSC performance,paving the way for the development of more efficient NFREAs.展开更多
Although machine learning models have achieved high enough accuracy in predicting shield position deviations,their“black box”nature makes the prediction mechanisms and decision-making processes opaque,leading to wea...Although machine learning models have achieved high enough accuracy in predicting shield position deviations,their“black box”nature makes the prediction mechanisms and decision-making processes opaque,leading to weaker explanations and practicability.This study introduces a novel explainable deep learning framework comprising the Informer model with enhanced attention mechanisms(EAMInfor)and deep learning important features(DeepLIFT),aimed at improving the prediction accuracy of shield position deviations and providing interpretability for predictive results.The EAMInfor model attempts to integrate channel attention,spatial attention,and simple attention modules to improve the Informer model's performance.The framework is tested with the four different geological conditions datasets generated from the Xiamen metro line 3,China.Results show that the EAMInfor model outperforms the traditional Informer and comparison models.The analysis with the DeepLIFT method indicates that the push thrust of push cylinder and the earth chamber pressure are the most significant features,while the stroke length of the push cylinder demonstrated lower importance.Furthermore,the variation trends in the significance of data points within input sequences exhibit substantial differences between single and composite strata.This framework not only improves predictive accuracy but also strengthens the credibility and reliability of the results.展开更多
BACKGROUND:Individualized positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP)titration is a crucial technique in mechanical ventilation therapy for acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)patients with intra-abdominal hypertensio...BACKGROUND:Individualized positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP)titration is a crucial technique in mechanical ventilation therapy for acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)patients with intra-abdominal hypertension(IAH).This study aimed to evaluate the eff ectiveness of electrical impedance tomography(EIT)-guided PEEP titration in this population.METHODS:This prospective study enrolled 36 ARDS patients,including 22 patients with IAH and 14 without IAH.All the patients underwent EIT-guided PEEP titration at the intersection point between alveolar overdistension and collapse during a decremental PEEP trial.The changes in pulmonary ventilation distribution,respiratory mechanics and hemodynamics during the titration process were observed.RESULTS:After EIT-guided PEEP titration was performed,the PEEP,peak inspiratory pressure and plateau pressure increased significantly(P<0.05).Furthermore,no significant differences were observed in respiratory system compliance,tidal volume,driving pressure,or the 4*DP+RR index between the two groups(P>0.05).The mechanical power increased in the non-IAH(NIAH)group after PEEP titration(P<0.05).Ventilation in gravity-dependent lung regions significantly increased(P<0.05),and the oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2)improved signifi cantly(P<0.05)in both groups.However,blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate,central venous pressure,and lactate levels did not signifi cantly change.In the IAH group,the PaO2/FiO2 ratio improved less than that in the NIAH group did(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:In our study,individualized PEEP titration guided by EIT improved oxygenation in ARDS patients with concomitant IAH without signifi cantly aff ecting hemodynamics.The presence of IAH may limit the improvement of oxygenation during EIT-guided PEEP titration.展开更多

BACKGROUND The imbalance of hormone levels in the body is closely related to the occurrence and progression of schizophrenia,especially thyroid hormones.AIM To study the relationship between triiodothyronine(T3),thyro...BACKGROUND The imbalance of hormone levels in the body is closely related to the occurrence and progression of schizophrenia,especially thyroid hormones.AIM To study the relationship between triiodothyronine(T3),thyroxine(T4),free T3(FT3),free T4(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and schizophrenia.METHODS In this study,100 schizophrenia patients were selected from our hospital between April 2022 and April 2024.Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Based on the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)score,patients were divided into mild(1-3 points,n=39),moderate(4 points,n=45),and severe groups(5-7 points,n=16).Additionally,55 healthy individuals served as a control group.Venous blood samples were collected to measure T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TSH,and cortisol concentrations,analyzing their relationship with PANSS scores.RESULTS The serum levels of T3,FT3,FT4,TSH and cortisol in the schizophrenia group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).With the increase of the severity of the disease,the concentrations of T3 and T4 decreased,while the con-centrations of TSH and cortisol increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of TSH and cortisol were positively correlated with the PANSS score,while T3 and T4 were negatively correlated with the PANSS score(P<0.05).The receiver ope-rating characteristic curve results showed that T3,T4,TSH,and cortisol had good efficacy in the diagnosis of schizophrenia.Logistic results showed that decreased T3 level,decreased T4 level,decreased TSH level and increased cortisol level may be independent risk factors for schizophrenia.CONCLUSION Thyroid hormone levels are associated with the severity of schizophrenia symptoms,which can provide new solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia.展开更多
BACKGROUND:Tracheal intubation(TI)is a fundamental procedure for securing the airway or assisting ventilation in emergency medicine.Tracheal intubation in the lateral position(TILP)has been utilized in clinical practi...BACKGROUND:Tracheal intubation(TI)is a fundamental procedure for securing the airway or assisting ventilation in emergency medicine.Tracheal intubation in the lateral position(TILP)has been utilized in clinical practice,demonstrating potential advantages in specific scenarios,including emergency settings.However,there is a lack of comprehensive reviews and practical protocols on TILP application.To address this gap,we performed a narrative review,and provided evidence-based recommendations to formulate a practice protocol,to assist clinicians to effectively apply TILP.METHODS:We conducted a narrative review of TILP applications and developed recommendations based on clinical research evidence and clinical experience.Delphi method was used among the TILP consortium to grade the strength of the recommendations and to help reach consensus.The practice protocols were formulated as warranted by advancements in medical knowledge,technology,and practice.RESULTS:This narrative review summarized the current evidence on TILP application,highlighting its safety,efficacy,challenges,and potential complications.In total,24 recommendations and a clinical protocol for TILP application in emergency patients were established.CONCLUSION:TILP is a valuable technique in emergency medicine.We reviewed its application in emergency settings and formulated recommendations along with a clinical practice protocol.Future studies are needed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of TILP,broaden its scope of application,and explore effective training protocols.展开更多
Initial success has been achieved in Hong Kong in controlling primary air pollutants,but ambient ozone levels kept increasing during the past three decades.Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are important for mitigating ...Initial success has been achieved in Hong Kong in controlling primary air pollutants,but ambient ozone levels kept increasing during the past three decades.Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are important for mitigating ozone pollution as its major precursors.This study analyzed VOC characteristics of roadside,suburban,and rural sites in Hong Kong to investigate their compositions,concentrations,and source contributions.Herewe showthat the TVOC concentrations were 23.05±13.24,12.68±15.36,and 5.16±5.48 ppbv for roadside,suburban,and rural sites between May 2015 to June 2019,respectively.By using Positive Matrix Factorization(PMF)model,six sources were identified at the roadside site over five years:Liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)usage(33%–46%),gasoline evaporation(8%–31%),aged air mass(11%–28%),gasoline exhaust(5%–16%),diesel exhaust(2%–16%)and fuel filling(75–9%).Similarly,six sources were distinguished at the suburban site,including LPG usage(30%–33%),solvent usage(20%–26%),diesel exhaust(14%–26%),gasoline evaporation(8%–16%),aged air mass(4%–11%),and biogenic emissions(2%–5%).At the rural site,four sources were identified,including aged airmass(33%–51%),solvent usage(25%–30%),vehicular emissions(11%–28%),and biogenic emissions(6%–12%).The analysis further revealed that fuel filling and LPG usage were the primary contributors to OFP and OH reactivity at the roadside site,while solvent usage and biogenic emissions accounted for almost half of OFP and OH reactivity at the suburban and rural sites,respectively.These findings highlight the importance of identifying and characterizing VOC sources at different sites to help policymakers develop targeted measures for pollution mitigation in specific areas.展开更多

文摘Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)can induce acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)and abdominal compartment syndrome(ACS).Although prone position ventilation(PPV)can improve outcomes in patients with ARDS,there is significant controversy regarding its concurrent use with ACS owing to concerns of increased risk of intra-abdominal pressure(IAP).[1]We present a case of successful PPV application without adverse eff ects.
文摘Mindfulness would enhance university students’emotional well-being and study engagement.However,the role of affect(positive and negative emotions)and psychological resources(psychological capital)linking mindfulness to study engagement remain underexplored.This cross-sectional study surveyed 688 Chinese university students(females=413,mean age=20.3,SD=0.83),using validated self-report measures of mindfulness,positive and negative emotions,psychological capital,and study engagement.Structural equation modeling and bias-corrected bootstrap analyses(5000 resamples)revealed that mindfulness directly enhanced positive emotions,psychological capital,and study engagement,while reducing negative emotions.Positive emotions partially mediated the positive effect of mindfulness on psychological capital and study engagement.Negative emotions partially and negatively mediated only the mindfulness-psychological capital link.Psychological capital independently mediated the mindfulness-engagement relationship,and two sequential mediation pathways emerged:(a)mindfulness→positive emotions→psychological capital→higher study engagement and(b)mindfulness→reduced negative emotions→psychological capital→higher study engagement.Consistent with broaden-and-build(B&B)theory and Conservation of Resources(COR)theory,these findings suggest that mindfulness fosters study engagement primarily by promoting positive emotional experiences and strengthening psychological capital.By implication,university student support programs should employ mindfulness-based interventions to cultivate emotional and psychological resources for higher students’engagement and overall well-being.
文摘Objectives This study aimed to explore and clarify the concept of reflective supervision as a professional self-care strategy to create a positive Intensive Care Unit(ICU)practice environment.Methods Walker and Avant’s eight-step concept analysis approach was utilized to identify and define the attributes,antecedents,and consequences of reflective supervision in the ICU.An extensive literature search was conducted across various databases,including Google Scholar,CINAHL,PubMed.Articles published from 2005 to 2025 were identified.We followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)2020 statement to indicate the included articles and extract related data based on relevance.Results Forty articles were included in the analysis.The identified attributes included the supervisor-supervisee relationship,effective communication,teamwork,collaborations,reflection,competencies,feedback,continuous support,and autonomous choice.The identified antecedents included participation,supportive supervision,flexibility,open-door policy,training,and motivation.Consequences impacting the success of reflective supervision were identified as promotion of resiliency,autonomy,work-life balance,self-awareness,increased self-esteem,professional development,critical thinking,increased job satisfaction,and enhanced commitment.Conclusions Reflective supervision is a complex professional self-care strategy that enhances ICU practice,by promoting nurses’well-being,self-awareness,therapeutic skills,and professional development.
文摘Background:Pressure injury(PI)is a prevalent complication in pediatric cardiac surgery,with higher incidence than in general pediatric populations due to children’s thin skin,underdeveloped subcutaneous tissue,and prolonged intraoperative pressure.Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of the curvilinear supine position(CSP)in preventing PI among children undergoing congenital heart disease(CHD)surgery.Methods:Between October 2024 and February 2025,a single-center randomized controlled trial was conducted.Of the 80 children initially enrolled for congenital heart disease(CHD)surgery,77(aged 1 month to 14 years)completed the study and were included in the final analysis after 3 were excluded due to protocol violations.Participants were randomly assigned to the CSP group(n=38)or the conventional supine position group(n=39).Results:The incidence of PI was significantly lower in the CSP group(2.6%)compared to the control group(20.5%)(p=0.029).Postoperative LDH levels were also significantly reduced in the CSP group(422.67±86.52 U/L vs.592.92±215.71 U/L;p=0.031),while preoperative LDH and surgical variables(e.g.,cardiopulmonary bypass time)were comparable between groups.Although the CSP group had a shorter hospital stay(17.24 vs.22.51 days),the difference was not statistically significant(p=0.085).Caregiver satisfaction was significantly higher in the CSP group(100.0%vs.84.6%;p=0.025).Conclusion:CSP effectively reduces PI incidence,mitigates tissue injury,and enhances caregiver satisfaction in pediatric cardiac surgery,offering a safe and feasible strategy for perioperative PI prevention.
文摘Post-match interview is a medium for athletes to showcase their impressions.This paper focus on the discourse of a post-match interview by Chinese athletes in the sport of table tennis at the 2024 Paris Olympics using the face-saving theory as the main framework introduced by Brown and Levinson(1987).In addition,theoretical extensions(Gu,1990;Mao,1994;Gao,1996)are also used to explain conceptions of face in the Chinese context.This study adopts a qualitative case study approach to investigating how athletes construct and maintain their face.It specifically analyzes the positive face,negative face,and redressive strategies.The findings indicate that Chinese athletes commonly adopt strategies such as emphasizing collective honor,humor,and indirect expressions to address face issues.These strategies are related to the collectivist values that are embedded in Chinese culture.This study extends the application of face theory to the under-explored domain of sports discourse and offers insights for future studies in sports communication and intercultural pragmatics.

文摘This study examines the mediating role of positive psychological capital and the moderating role of ethnicity in the relationship between mindfulness and internalizing/externalizing problems among adolescents.The study sample comprized Chinese adolescents(N=637 ethnic minority;females=40.97%,meam age=12.68,SD=0.49 years;N=636 Han;females=49.06%,mean age=12.71,SD=0.47 years).The participants completed the Child and Adolescent Mindfulness Measure,the Positive Psycap Questionnaire,and the Youth Self-Report.Results from the moderated mediation analysis showed mindfulness was negatively associated with both internalizing and externalizing problems.Ethnicity moderated the relationship between mindfulness and internalizing problems to be stronger for Han adolescents compared to ethnic minority adolescents.Psychological capital mediated the relationship between mindfulness and internalizing problems in both groups,with a negative direction.Findings support the Conservation of Resources theory and highlight mindfulness as a personal resource fostering adolescent well-being in multicultural contexts.

文摘The high-quality assembly of Large Aircraft Components(LACs)is essential in modern aviation manufacturing.Numerical control locators are employed for the posture adjustment of LAC,yet the system's multi-input multi-output,nonlinearity,and strong coupling presents significant challenges.The substantial internal force generated during the adjustment process can potentially damage the LAC and degrade the assembly quality.Hence,a workspace-based hybrid force position control scheme was developed to achieve high quality assembly with high-precision and lower internal force.Firstly,an offline workspace analysis with inherent geometric characteristics to form time-varying posture error constraint.Then,the posture error is integrated into the online position axis control to ensure tracking the ideal posture,while the force control axis compensates for posture deviation by minimizing internal force,thereby achieving high precision and low internal force.Finally,the effectiveness was demonstrated through experiments.The root mean square errors of orientation and position are 104 rad and 0.1 mm,respectively.A reduction in internal force can range from 10.96%to 57.4%compared to the traditional method.Key points'max position error is decreased from 0.32 mm to 0.18 mm,satisfying the 0.5 mm tolerance.Therefore,the proposed method will help promote the development of high-performance manufacturing.

文摘AIM:To evaluate and compare alterations in the effective lens position(ELP)and refractive outcomes among three distinct intraocular lens(IOL)types.METHODS:Patients with cataracts were enrolled and allocated to 3 groups:Group A(implanted with the SN6CWS),Group B(implanted with the MI60),and Group C(implanted with the Aspira-aA).ELP measurements were obtained with swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT)at 1d,1wk,1mo,and 3mo postoperatively.Subjective refraction assessments were conducted at 1wk,1mo,and 3mo following surgery.RESULTS:The study included 189 eyes of 150 cataract patients(66 males).There were 77 eyes in Group A,55 eyes in Group B,and 57 eyes in Group C.The root mean square of the ELP(ELPRMS)within the initial 3mo was significantly lower for Group A than for Groups B and C.Refractive changes within Group A were not significant across the time points of 1wk,1mo,and 3mo.Conversely,both Group B and Group C demonstrated statistically significant shifts toward hyperopia from 1wk to 3mo postsurgery.CONCLUSION:Among the three IOLs examined,the SN6CWS IOL showes the greatest stability during the first 3mo postoperatively.Between 1wk and 3mo after surgery,notable hyperopic shifts are evident in eyes implanted with the MI60 and Aspira-aA IOLs,whereas refractive outcomes remain relatively constant in eyes implanted with SN6CWS IOLs.

文摘In reliability analyses,the absence of a priori information on the most probable point of failure(MPP)may result in overlooking critical points,thereby leading to biased assessment outcomes.Moreover,second-order reliability methods exhibit limited accuracy in highly nonlinear scenarios.To overcome these challenges,a novel reliability analysis strategy based on a multimodal differential evolution algorithm and a hypersphere integration method is proposed.Initially,the penalty function method is employed to reformulate the MPP search problem as a conditionally constrained optimization task.Subsequently,a differential evolution algorithm incorporating a population delineation strategy is utilized to identify all MPPs.Finally,a paraboloid equation is constructed based on the curvature of the limit-state function at the MPPs,and the failure probability of the structure is calculated by using the hypersphere integration method.The localization effectiveness of the MPPs is compared through multiple numerical cases and two engineering examples,with accuracy comparisons of failure probabilities against the first-order reliability method(FORM)and the secondorder reliability method(SORM).The results indicate that the method effectively identifies existing MPPs and achieves higher solution precision.

文摘The fluorination strategy has been proven effective in significantly enhancing the photovoltaic performance of organic solar cells(OSCs) based on non-fused ring electron acceptors(NFREAs).However,research on the impact of fluorination positions at side chains on NFREAs device performance remains scant.In this study,we introduce two isomeric NFREAs,designated as GA-2F-E and GA-2F,distinguished by their fluorination positions at the side chains.Both NFREAs share a thiophene[3,2-b]thiophene core,but their side chains differ:GA-2F-E features two(4-butylphenyl)-N-(4-fluorophenyl) amino groups,whereas GA-2F's side chains consist of bis(4-fluorophenyl)amino and bis(4-butylphenyl)amino groups attached to opposite sides of the core.To delve into the influence of fluorination positions on the optoelectronic properties,aggregation behavior,and overall efficiency of the acceptor molecules,a comprehensive investigation was conducted.The findings reveal that,despite similar photophysical properties and comparable absorption bandwidths,GA-2F-E,with fluorine atoms positioned on both sides of the molecular framework,demonstrates more compact π-π stacking,reduced bimolecular recombination,superior exciton transport,and a more balanced,higher mobility.As a result of these advantages,OSCs optimized with D18:GA-2F-E achieve a remarkable power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 16.45 %,surpassing the 15.83 %PCE of devices utilizing D18:GA-2F.This research underscores the potential of NFREAs in future applications and highlights the significance of fluorination positions in enhancing OSC performance,paving the way for the development of more efficient NFREAs.

文摘Although machine learning models have achieved high enough accuracy in predicting shield position deviations,their“black box”nature makes the prediction mechanisms and decision-making processes opaque,leading to weaker explanations and practicability.This study introduces a novel explainable deep learning framework comprising the Informer model with enhanced attention mechanisms(EAMInfor)and deep learning important features(DeepLIFT),aimed at improving the prediction accuracy of shield position deviations and providing interpretability for predictive results.The EAMInfor model attempts to integrate channel attention,spatial attention,and simple attention modules to improve the Informer model's performance.The framework is tested with the four different geological conditions datasets generated from the Xiamen metro line 3,China.Results show that the EAMInfor model outperforms the traditional Informer and comparison models.The analysis with the DeepLIFT method indicates that the push thrust of push cylinder and the earth chamber pressure are the most significant features,while the stroke length of the push cylinder demonstrated lower importance.Furthermore,the variation trends in the significance of data points within input sequences exhibit substantial differences between single and composite strata.This framework not only improves predictive accuracy but also strengthens the credibility and reliability of the results.

文摘BACKGROUND:Individualized positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP)titration is a crucial technique in mechanical ventilation therapy for acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)patients with intra-abdominal hypertension(IAH).This study aimed to evaluate the eff ectiveness of electrical impedance tomography(EIT)-guided PEEP titration in this population.METHODS:This prospective study enrolled 36 ARDS patients,including 22 patients with IAH and 14 without IAH.All the patients underwent EIT-guided PEEP titration at the intersection point between alveolar overdistension and collapse during a decremental PEEP trial.The changes in pulmonary ventilation distribution,respiratory mechanics and hemodynamics during the titration process were observed.RESULTS:After EIT-guided PEEP titration was performed,the PEEP,peak inspiratory pressure and plateau pressure increased significantly(P<0.05).Furthermore,no significant differences were observed in respiratory system compliance,tidal volume,driving pressure,or the 4*DP+RR index between the two groups(P>0.05).The mechanical power increased in the non-IAH(NIAH)group after PEEP titration(P<0.05).Ventilation in gravity-dependent lung regions significantly increased(P<0.05),and the oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2)improved signifi cantly(P<0.05)in both groups.However,blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate,central venous pressure,and lactate levels did not signifi cantly change.In the IAH group,the PaO2/FiO2 ratio improved less than that in the NIAH group did(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:In our study,individualized PEEP titration guided by EIT improved oxygenation in ARDS patients with concomitant IAH without signifi cantly aff ecting hemodynamics.The presence of IAH may limit the improvement of oxygenation during EIT-guided PEEP titration.

文摘BACKGROUND The imbalance of hormone levels in the body is closely related to the occurrence and progression of schizophrenia,especially thyroid hormones.AIM To study the relationship between triiodothyronine(T3),thyroxine(T4),free T3(FT3),free T4(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and schizophrenia.METHODS In this study,100 schizophrenia patients were selected from our hospital between April 2022 and April 2024.Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Based on the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)score,patients were divided into mild(1-3 points,n=39),moderate(4 points,n=45),and severe groups(5-7 points,n=16).Additionally,55 healthy individuals served as a control group.Venous blood samples were collected to measure T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TSH,and cortisol concentrations,analyzing their relationship with PANSS scores.RESULTS The serum levels of T3,FT3,FT4,TSH and cortisol in the schizophrenia group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).With the increase of the severity of the disease,the concentrations of T3 and T4 decreased,while the con-centrations of TSH and cortisol increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of TSH and cortisol were positively correlated with the PANSS score,while T3 and T4 were negatively correlated with the PANSS score(P<0.05).The receiver ope-rating characteristic curve results showed that T3,T4,TSH,and cortisol had good efficacy in the diagnosis of schizophrenia.Logistic results showed that decreased T3 level,decreased T4 level,decreased TSH level and increased cortisol level may be independent risk factors for schizophrenia.CONCLUSION Thyroid hormone levels are associated with the severity of schizophrenia symptoms,which can provide new solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia.

文摘BACKGROUND:Tracheal intubation(TI)is a fundamental procedure for securing the airway or assisting ventilation in emergency medicine.Tracheal intubation in the lateral position(TILP)has been utilized in clinical practice,demonstrating potential advantages in specific scenarios,including emergency settings.However,there is a lack of comprehensive reviews and practical protocols on TILP application.To address this gap,we performed a narrative review,and provided evidence-based recommendations to formulate a practice protocol,to assist clinicians to effectively apply TILP.METHODS:We conducted a narrative review of TILP applications and developed recommendations based on clinical research evidence and clinical experience.Delphi method was used among the TILP consortium to grade the strength of the recommendations and to help reach consensus.The practice protocols were formulated as warranted by advancements in medical knowledge,technology,and practice.RESULTS:This narrative review summarized the current evidence on TILP application,highlighting its safety,efficacy,challenges,and potential complications.In total,24 recommendations and a clinical protocol for TILP application in emergency patients were established.CONCLUSION:TILP is a valuable technique in emergency medicine.We reviewed its application in emergency settings and formulated recommendations along with a clinical practice protocol.Future studies are needed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of TILP,broaden its scope of application,and explore effective training protocols.

文摘Initial success has been achieved in Hong Kong in controlling primary air pollutants,but ambient ozone levels kept increasing during the past three decades.Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are important for mitigating ozone pollution as its major precursors.This study analyzed VOC characteristics of roadside,suburban,and rural sites in Hong Kong to investigate their compositions,concentrations,and source contributions.Herewe showthat the TVOC concentrations were 23.05±13.24,12.68±15.36,and 5.16±5.48 ppbv for roadside,suburban,and rural sites between May 2015 to June 2019,respectively.By using Positive Matrix Factorization(PMF)model,six sources were identified at the roadside site over five years:Liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)usage(33%–46%),gasoline evaporation(8%–31%),aged air mass(11%–28%),gasoline exhaust(5%–16%),diesel exhaust(2%–16%)and fuel filling(75–9%).Similarly,six sources were distinguished at the suburban site,including LPG usage(30%–33%),solvent usage(20%–26%),diesel exhaust(14%–26%),gasoline evaporation(8%–16%),aged air mass(4%–11%),and biogenic emissions(2%–5%).At the rural site,four sources were identified,including aged airmass(33%–51%),solvent usage(25%–30%),vehicular emissions(11%–28%),and biogenic emissions(6%–12%).The analysis further revealed that fuel filling and LPG usage were the primary contributors to OFP and OH reactivity at the roadside site,while solvent usage and biogenic emissions accounted for almost half of OFP and OH reactivity at the suburban and rural sites,respectively.These findings highlight the importance of identifying and characterizing VOC sources at different sites to help policymakers develop targeted measures for pollution mitigation in specific areas.
