We propose a novel fast numerical calculation method for the Rayleigh-Sommerfeld diffraction integral,which is developed based on the existing scaled convolution method.This approach enables fast cal-culations for gen...We propose a novel fast numerical calculation method for the Rayleigh-Sommerfeld diffraction integral,which is developed based on the existing scaled convolution method.This approach enables fast cal-culations for general cases of off-axis scenarios where the sampling intervals and numbers of the input and observation planes are unequal.Additionally,it allows for arbitrary adjustment of the sampling interval of the impulse response function,facilitating a manual trade-off between computational load and accuracy.The er-rors associated with this method,which is equivalent to interpolation,primarily arise from the discontinuities of the sampling matrix of the impulse response function on its boundaries of periodic extension.To address this issue,we propose the concept of the padding function and its construction method,and evaluate its ef-fectiveness in enhancing computational accuracy.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by nu-merical simulation and compared with the direct integration DI-method in a simplified scenario.It shows that the proposed method has good computational accuracy for the general case where the sampling interval of the input and observation plane is not equal under non-near-field diffraction,and when the diffraction distance is large,although the computational accuracy of the proposed method cannot exceed that of the DI-method,the computational amount can be significantly reduced with almost no effect on the computational accuracy.This method provides a general numerical calculation scheme of diffraction in the non-near field case for areas such as computational holography.展开更多
Based on the conventional observation data,daily reanalysis data from NCAR/NCEP,and TBB data derived from FY-2G infrared cloud images in April 2018,a heavy snowfall weather process in central Inner Mongolia from April...Based on the conventional observation data,daily reanalysis data from NCAR/NCEP,and TBB data derived from FY-2G infrared cloud images in April 2018,a heavy snowfall weather process in central Inner Mongolia from April 4 to 6 in 2018 was analyzed.The results show that the low trough at 500 hPa,the southerly wind jet stream at 700 hPa,and the inverted trough on the ground were the main influencing systems causing this blizzard.The transportation of warm and humid air by the southerly wind jet stream at 700 hPa and intense water vapor convergence provided sufficient water vapor conditions for the blizzard,and the moist layer in the blizzard area was deep.The low-level MPV in the blizzard area was<0,and the atmosphere was in a conditional symmetric instability state.The coupling of the upper and lower-level jets induced strong ascending motion.With the invasion of cold air,a low-level cold pad was formed,so that the warm and humid air tilted upward.The secondary circulation updraft triggered by the wet Q vector system released the conditional symmetric instability energy,so that the sloping motion was more intense,and the heavy snowfall appeared.Meanwhile,there was a good correspondence relationship between the blizzard area and the large-value area of low-level wet Q vector divergence.The mesoscale cloud clusters continuously generating,merging,and moving eastward in Hetao area were the direct cause of this blizzard,and the TBB of the cloud clusters was≤-56℃.The blizzard happened in the the edge gradient and large-value area of TBB.展开更多

Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)have emerged as key mediators of cardiovascular diseases(CVDs),linking innate immune activation to vascular injury,thrombosis,and maladaptive remodeling.This review synthesizes rece...Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)have emerged as key mediators of cardiovascular diseases(CVDs),linking innate immune activation to vascular injury,thrombosis,and maladaptive remodeling.This review synthesizes recent insights into the molecular and cellular pathways driving NET formation,including post-translational modifications,metabolic reprogramming,inflammasome signaling,and autophagy.It highlights the role of NETs in atherosclerosis,thrombosis,myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,and hypertension,emphasizing common control points such as peptidylarginine deiminase 4(PAD4)-dependent histone citrullination and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidases 2(NOX2)-mediated oxidative stress.Mechanistic interpretation of circulating biomarkers,includingmyeloperoxidase(MPO)-DNA complexes,citrullinated histoneH3,and cell-free DNA,provides a translational bridge between NET biology and patient stratification.Therapeutic strategies targeting NETs are examined through three main approaches:inhibition of NET initiation,enhancement of chromatin clearance,and neutralization of toxic extracellular components,with attention to both established and emerging interventions.In contrast to previous reviews,this study highlights the novelty of a mechano-therapeutic framework by providing a mechanistic roadmap linking NET formation pathways to therapeutic targeting in cardiovascular disease.Moving forward,integrating mechanistic information with biomarker discovery,precision profiling,and targeted therapies offers innovative strategies to reduce vascular inflammation and improve outcomes in cardiovascular disease.展开更多
Non-contacting finger seals represent an advanced non-contacting and compliant seal in gas turbine sealing technology.This paper proposes a new structure of noncontacting finger seals with double interlocking pads.The...Non-contacting finger seals represent an advanced non-contacting and compliant seal in gas turbine sealing technology.This paper proposes a new structure of noncontacting finger seals with double interlocking pads.The numerical analysis model based on the thermo-fluid-structure coupling method for the new type finger seal was established.The influence of working conditions on leakage of the seal was studied and compared with the single padded non-contacting finger seal.The results show that the interface between the bottom of the finger pad and rotor surface is the main leakage path that forms the gas film with obvious variations of pressure and flow velocity.Under high temperature and high pressure operating conditions,the hydrodynamic effect of the gas film is enhanced,and lifting force is significantly improved.The deformation of fingers is composed of elastic deformation and thermal deformation.At room temperature,the deformation of fingers is mainly elastic deformation and points to the center of the rotor,which reduces the gas film clearance.The deformation of fingers at high temperature and high pressure creates a circumferentially convergent gap between the bottom of the pad and the rotor,which is beneficial to improve the loading capacity and to reduce leakage of the seal.Compared with the typical single padded noncontacting finger seal,the double interlocking padded finger seal proposed in this paper reduces the leakage factor by about 37%,which provides an advanced seal concept with the potential to improve sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure working conditions.展开更多
