Under the background of Artificial Intelligence(AI)and medical data informationization,intelligent Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)emerges as a new medical model.In this study,we introduce Affective Computing into th...Under the background of Artificial Intelligence(AI)and medical data informationization,intelligent Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)emerges as a new medical model.In this study,we introduce Affective Computing into the diagnosis and treatment process of TCM FiveTone Therapy.And proposes an intelligent diagnosis and treatment system including Five-tone diagnosis,monitoring and treatment,to achieve intelligent music matching.This system based on sound-image database for standardized collection and diagnosis of the Five-tone.The assessment and monitoring process are then visually presented,and an emotion analysis model is established by using affective computing.On the other hand,the system employs virtual reality(VR)visual media music and somatosensory music to play and intelligently match the Five-tone,solving issues in the clinical treatment of Five-tone therapy,such as the difficulties of quantifying emotional data,limited ability for generalization feature extraction,and relatively insufficient research on the intelligence of Five-tone therapy.This study can promote the integration of technology in the fields of healthcare,information,and music,thereby enhancing the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment.It holds significant importance in advancing the intelligent development of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment.展开更多
Objective:To explore the practical effectiveness of nursing intervention based on the theory of Gratitude Extension-Construction in improving the sense of hope in breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 104 breast c...Objective:To explore the practical effectiveness of nursing intervention based on the theory of Gratitude Extension-Construction in improving the sense of hope in breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 104 breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were included and divided into a control group(routine nursing,52 cases)and an observation group(routine nursing+nursing based on the theory of Gratitude Extension-Construction)using a random number table method.The Benefit Finding Scale(BFS),Hope Level Scale(HHI),and Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30)were used to compare and analyze the scores of the two groups before intervention,3 months after intervention,and 6 months after intervention.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in BFS,HHI,and QLQ-C30 scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Both BFS and HHI scores increased in the two groups at 3 and 6 months after intervention compared to before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group had better BFS and HHI scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in QLQ-C30 scores between the two groups in all dimensions(P>0.05).Data comparison at 6 months after intervention showed that the observation group had better scores in all dimensions of QLQ-C30 than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on the theory of Gratitude Extension-Construction can effectively improve the benefit-finding ability of postoperative breast cancer patients,enhance their level of hope,and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.展开更多
Objective:To elucidate the regulatory effects and mechanisms of circular RNA MGAT5(circMGAT5)on the invasive ability of human ovarian cancer(OC)cells.Methods:Human OC SKOV-3 cells were transfected with circMGAT5 inter...Objective:To elucidate the regulatory effects and mechanisms of circular RNA MGAT5(circMGAT5)on the invasive ability of human ovarian cancer(OC)cells.Methods:Human OC SKOV-3 cells were transfected with circMGAT5 interference plasmids.The expression level of circMGAT5 was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The proliferation and invasive abilities of cancer cells were determined using soft agar colony formation assay and Transwell assay,respectively.The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)at mRNA and protein levels was detected by qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence,respectively.Results:CircMGAT5 level in the circMGAT5-transfected group was significantly downregulated in a concentration-and time-dependent manner(p<0.005).Soft agar colony formation assay exhibited that the number of colonies formed in the 6.25,12.5,and 25.0 nM siRNA groups was significantly reduced in a concentration-dependent manner(p<0.005).Transwell assay revealed that the number of cells penetrating the filter membrane in the 6.25,12.5,and 25.0 nM siRNA groups was significantly decreased in a concentration-dependent manner(p<0.005).qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence results demonstrated that the mRNA and protein levels of MMP-2 in OC cells of the siRNA-transfected group were significantly decreased.Conclusion:circMGAT5 plays an important role in the invasion of OC cells,and its mechanism may be related to the downregulation of MMP-2 expression.展开更多

This study investigated the effect of hydrogen-rich atomic water on eye fatigue.The experimental results show that hydrogen-rich atomic water can reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction in the eye,and has a ...This study investigated the effect of hydrogen-rich atomic water on eye fatigue.The experimental results show that hydrogen-rich atomic water can reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction in the eye,and has a significant improvement effect on myopia and visual fatigue,with high safety and no obvious adverse reactions.The results of myopia and visual fatigue improvement experiment showed that the prevalence of myopia in the control group was 15%,and the prevalence of myopia in the experimental group was 5%.The prevalence of myopia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The ocular symptoms of the experimental group were better than those of the control group in the improvement of fatigue,dry eyes,red blood stains and other symptoms.The patient satisfaction score of the experimental group was 95.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.There were no adverse events such as allergic reactions or skin irritation in the experimental group and the control group during the whole experiment.展开更多
