摘要
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of early enteral nutrition therapy in ICU patients with respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 76 ICU patients with respiratory failure,admitted from May 2024 to May 2025,were included in the study.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,and relevant treatment indicators were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed superior lung function,organ function,health status,nutritional status,body mass index,and blood gas analysis indicators compared to the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition therapy is effective in treating ICU patients with respiratory failure and is beneficial for improving their lung function,nutritional status,and blood gas parameters,making it worthy of promotion.
