The effects tf technological parameters ( carb...Carbothermal reduction and nitridation (CRN) of zircon ( ZrSiO4 ) permits obtaining diffbrent composites of oxides and nitrides such as ZrO2 -Si2N2O and ZrN - Si3N4. The effects tf technological parameters ( carbon source, reaction temperature, and carbon con.tent ) on the reaction rate and product phase composition of CRN of zircon were investigated by TGA and XRD. The resuhs show that: (1) carbon source is an important factor for a rapid reaction, and actiwtted carbon is chosen as the carbon source considering the expect products and reaction rate ; ( 2 ) reaction tetnperature has vital effect on reaction rate and product. In, case of carbon content above 20% , the zircon phase and m-ZrO2 phase decrease with increasing temperature, while the ZF7N8O4 phase increases firstly and then decreases, and the ZrN phase increases continually; (3) different carbon contents result in different reaction products. The higher the carbon content, the lower the starting temperature for the CRN of zircon.展开更多

Methods: The intestinal type radiation sickness of BALB/c mice were induced byCo γ-radiation, andthe nitric oxide synthase (NOS), mucosa structure and survival rate of intestinal gland were examined by using NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry, H-E staining, Feulgen’s reaction and intestinal gland counting techniques. Results: Compared with irradiated mice without (L--NAME ) treatment, the dilatation of intestinalcavity and blood vessels of mice treated with L-NAME were lessened, the survival rates of intestinal glandwere remarkably increased (P < 0. 01), the mucosal structure was obviously improved, and the amount ofNOS--positive structures or products were also reduced. Conclusion: Activation of NOS or increase of NOsynthesis might aggravate the acute pathological injuries of intestines of the irradiated mice, whereas administration of L-NAME has protective effect on the intestinal mucosa to certain extent.展开更多
The microcrystalline structure of complex CuLL′(L=mnt2-,1,2-dicyano-1,2-ethylenedithiolate or maleonitriledithiolate.L′=5-NO2-phen,5-nitri-1,10-phenanthro line) was characterized by TEM and EDP.The title complex was...The microcrystalline structure of complex CuLL′(L=mnt2-,1,2-dicyano-1,2-ethylenedithiolate or maleonitriledithiolate.L′=5-NO2-phen,5-nitri-1,10-phenanthro line) was characterized by TEM and EDP.The title complex was microcrystalline particle approximate oval sphere about 30nm.The electronic absorption spectra and emission spectra of complex CuLL′in DMSO,DMF and CH3COCH3 were determined.The complex CuLL′exhibit strong absorption spectra bands and emission spectra bands at 260~530nm in solution.The dark conductivity and photoconductivity of CdS doped with CuLL′ were studied.The correlation between photosensitization of complex CuLL′to CdS and its electronic spectra was ascertained.The obvious matched properties was found to exist between the interligand charge transfer energy of complex CuLL′and forbidden band width(or photoconductive red limit) of CdS.展开更多
