Status quo of urban and rural public goods supply in China is analyzed.Firstly,public goods supply in rural areas is inadequate,for example,inadequate supply of agricultural infrastructure,lack of expenditure in agric...Status quo of urban and rural public goods supply in China is analyzed.Firstly,public goods supply in rural areas is inadequate,for example,inadequate supply of agricultural infrastructure,lack of expenditure in agricultural science and technology,problems of rural drinking water safety,problems of rural roads and transportation,low levels of health care,weak rural public culture,short supply of farmers'education.Secondly,the system and level of urban public goods provision can't meet migrant workers'demand,for example,less migrant workers are employed by the governments'direction;migrant workers are isolated by urban housing project and these workers have difficulty in receiving city social security.One reason of new generation migrant workers facing the double marginalization of rural and urban crisis is that urban and rural public goods supply are different in particular the inadequate supply of public goods in rural areas.Three countermeasures are put forward in order to relieve new generation migrant workers'double marginalization of urban and rural,which include increasing financial input in rural areas in order to achieve equalization of urban and rural public goods,perfecting the preferential agricultural policy to increase rural public goods supply,making urban public goods supply as a guide to promote the new generation migrant workers into the city.展开更多
Objective: To replace the peripheral venous puncture for blood sampling with taking blood samples extracorporally from arterial line before predilution during RCA-CRRT performed. Methods: A new type of double-lumen fe...Objective: To replace the peripheral venous puncture for blood sampling with taking blood samples extracorporally from arterial line before predilution during RCA-CRRT performed. Methods: A new type of double-lumen femoral catheter was used instead of the current tubes. The new type of double-lumen tube had a greater distance from the inner venous ports to the inner arterial ports than current tubes. The minimum distance from the venous port to the arterial port was greatly lengthened. Replacement solution contained citrate, zero Ca<sup>2+</sup>, zero bicarbonate, low Na<sup>+</sup>. Blood samples were synchronously collected from the arterial line before the infusion of citrate replacement fluid and from the peripheral vein. The iCa concentration data of two groups were analyzed to observe the difference between iCa concentration levels in the arterial line and in peripheral vein;the anticoagulant effect of RCA and possible complications were observed, such as bleeding, clottings and hypocalcaemia. Results: 28 times of RCA-CRRT were performed on17 AKI and CRF patients with active bleeding or at the high risk of bleeding;336 blood samples were collected. Statistics showed that the difference of iCa concentration between arterial line group and the peripheral vein group was not significant (P = 0.9), there is a high degree of similarity between the iCa concentration of arterial line blood and the peripheral venous blood. None of the patients developed citrate toxicity or metabolic alkalosis. None induced bleeding, or bleeding aggravated. No obvious clotting occurred. Systemic calcium concentration was achieved in the ideal range. Conclusion: In clinical practice, the data of iCa concentration from arterial line can be used to replace that from peripheral vein when the new type of double-lumen femoral catheter is placed in femoral vein. RCA-CRRT therapy is safe and effective.展开更多

With the aid of symbolic computation, this new method is applied to construct double traveling wave solutions of the coupled nonlinear Klein-Gordon equations and the coupled SchrSdinger-Boussinesq equation. As a result, abundant double traveling wave solutions including double hyperbolic tangent function solutions, double tangent function solutions, double rational solutions, and a series of complexiton solutions of these two equations are obtained via this new method. The new multiple ' (G'/G-expanslon method not only gets new exact solutions of equations directly and effectively, but also expands the scope of the solution. This new method has a very wide range of application for the study of nonlinear partial differential equations.展开更多

Therefore, the teaching of reading pictures and writing words in the lower grades of primary Chinese is an effective way to cultivate students' observation ability, expression ability and thinking ability. However, from the analysis of the current situation of Chinese teaching in primary schools, students' observation of things is only limited to one object or one aspect in the figure. The purpose of reading pictures and writing words is to enable students to develop a reasonable imagination according to the contents of the pictures, so as to carry out the writing training and transfer the life pictures through the pictures, thus laying a foundation for students to draw materials and write from the actual life scenes in the future. As a primary school Chinese teacher, how to carry out the education and teaching work more effectively has become the focus of the current primary school Chinese education and teaching research. For this reason, combining with my many years of classroom teaching experience, I would like to talk about some methods of primary school students' writing training at the lower grade stage. 当综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)的电、气、热系统分属不同的运营主体时,IES内部异质能之间的协调调度会导致各主体利益的严重冲突,不利于维系IES多能系统联合运行机制的稳定性,因此,需要解决IES内部多能系统协同运营定...当综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)的电、气、热系统分属不同的运营主体时,IES内部异质能之间的协调调度会导致各主体利益的严重冲突,不利于维系IES多能系统联合运行机制的稳定性,因此,需要解决IES内部多能系统协同运营定价机制、该机制下的IES内部多能系统协同优化调度,以及IES与配电网(active distribution network,ADN)联合运行优化调度等关键问题,以促进IES中高比例新能源的就地消纳,实现多主体利益共赢。为此,文中提出了IES内部多余电能有偿交易模式,即电力系统将剩余电能转化为气、热能,电力运营商据此制定售能价格,引导气、热公司优先购买,通过气、热时空迁移调节调度,促进新能源就地消纳。对此,文中构建了IES双层优化调度模型:外层,为ADN和IES之间的主从博弈模型,优化电网电价和IES电能交易量;内层,为电力运营商与气、热公司之间的主从博弈模型,优化电力运营商报价和气、热公司购能策略。采用粒子群优化(particle swarm optimization,PSO)算法和CPLEX求解器相结合求解,内、外双层模型交替迭代优化,获得ADN最优购售电价策略及电、气、热各主体最优能量调度策略,并通过多场景算例,对比验证了文中方法的有效性。展开更多

The new type of double-lumen tube had a greater distance from the inner venous ports to the inner arterial ports than current tubes.
