New Method of Multi-Source Heterogeneous Data Signal Processing of Power Internet of Things Based on Compressive Sensing

In the heterogeneous power internet of things(IoT)environment,data signals are acquired to support different business systems to realize advanced intelligent applications,with massive,multi-source,heterogeneous and other characteristics.Reliable perception of information and efficient transmission of energy in multi-source heterogeneous environments are crucial issues.Compressive sensing(CS),as an effective method of signal compression and transmission,can accurately recover the original signal only by very few sampling.In this paper,we study a new method of multi-source heterogeneous data signal reconstruction of power IoT based on compressive sensing technology.Based on the traditional compressive sensing technology to directly recover multi-source heterogeneous signals,we fully use the interference subspace information to design the measurement matrix,which directly and effectively eliminates the interference while making the measurement.The measure matrix is optimized by minimizing the average cross-coherence of the matrix,and the reconstruction performance of the new method is further improved.Finally,the effectiveness of the new method with different parameter settings under different multi-source heterogeneous data signal cases is verified by using orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP)and sparsity adaptive matching pursuit(SAMP)for considering the actual environment with prior information utilization of signal sparsity and no prior information utilization of signal sparsity. 展开更多

Due to the development of cloud computing and machine learning,users can upload their data to the cloud for machine learning model training.However,dishonest clouds may infer user data,resulting in user data leakage.Previous schemes have achieved secure outsourced computing,but they suffer from low computational accuracy,difficult-to-handle heterogeneous distribution of data from multiple sources,and high computational cost,which result in extremely poor user experience and expensive cloud computing costs.To address the above problems,we propose amulti-precision,multi-sourced,andmulti-key outsourcing neural network training scheme.Firstly,we design a multi-precision functional encryption computation based on Euclidean division.Second,we design the outsourcing model training algorithm based on a multi-precision functional encryption with multi-sourced heterogeneity.Finally,we conduct experiments on three datasets.The results indicate that our framework achieves an accuracy improvement of 6%to 30%.Additionally,it offers a memory space optimization of 1.0×2^(24) times compared to the previous best approach. 展开更多

With the acceleration of intelligent transformation of energy system,the monitoring of equipment operation status and optimization of production process in thermal power plants face the challenge of multi-source heterogeneous data integration.In view of the heterogeneous characteristics of physical sensor data,including temperature,vibration and pressure that generated by boilers,steam turbines and other key equipment and real-time working condition data of SCADA system,this paper proposes a multi-source heterogeneous data fusion and analysis platform for thermal power plants based on edge computing and deep learning.By constructing a multi-level fusion architecture,the platform adopts dynamic weight allocation strategy and 5D digital twin model to realize the collaborative analysis of physical sensor data,simulation calculation results and expert knowledge.The data fusion module combines Kalman filter,wavelet transform and Bayesian estimation method to solve the problem of data time series alignment and dimension difference.Simulation results show that the data fusion accuracy can be improved to more than 98%,and the calculation delay can be controlled within 500 ms.The data analysis module integrates Dymola simulation model and AERMOD pollutant diffusion model,supports the cascade analysis of boiler combustion efficiency prediction and flue gas emission monitoring,system response time is less than 2 seconds,and data consistency verification accuracy reaches 99.5%. 展开更多

MRC can improve network capacity, reduce the energy consumption of radio devices, and decrease handover latency between heterogeneous networks by the cooperation of multiple radios, and by efficient management and feasible allocation of multi-radio resources. Agricultural science and technology parks(ASTPs) represent an important growth pole in China’s agricultural modernization.Clarifying their diffusion laws can optimize the technological diffusion process and improve its efficiency. Our study uses disaggregated spatial information in its model to analyze ASTP technology diffusion in a heterogeneous space. We constructed a comprehensive index system to evaluate the diffusion environmental quality and introduced the heterogeneous diffusion equation to calculate the technological diffusion probability. We applied this framework to a real-world scenario: the apple planting technology diffusion of the Yangling ASTP in the Loess Plateau, China. The results indicated: (1)the technological diffusion environment of the Loess Plateau advantageous apple producing area showed strong spatial heterogeneity caused by climate, topography, and external transportation links.(2) Under the combined effects of distance and spatial heterogeneity, the spatial diffusion pattern of the Yangling ASTP apple technology was expansion diffusion supplemented by hierarchical diffusion and banded diffusion, and (3) ASTP technology diffusion showed a strong distance attenuation effect, and the frictional effect of distance can be decreased by improving the diffusion environmental quality. Metal halide perovskites (MHPs) have become promising optoelectronic materials due to their long carrier lifetimes and high mobility. However, the presence of defects and ion migration in MHPs results in high and unstable dark currents, which compromise the stability and detection performance of MHP-based optoelectronic devices. Interfacial engineering has proven to be an effective strategy to reduce defect density in MHPs and suppress ion migration. Given the compatibility of silicon (Si) and MHP processing technologies, coupled with the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of the approach, the integration of MHPs onto Si surfaces has become a prominent area of research. This integration not only enhances device performance but also expands their practical applications. This review provides an overview of the integration technologies for Si and single crys-tal MHPs, evaluates the advantages and limitations of various integration schemes (including inverse temperature crystallization, vacuum-assisted vapor deposition, and anti-solvent vapor-assisted crystallization), and explores the practical applications of Si/MHP-integrated optoelectronic devices with different structures. These optimized devices exhibit outstanding performance in X-ray detection, multi-wavelength photodetection, and circularly polarized light detection. This review provides a systematic reference for technological innovation and application expansion of Si/MHP-integrated devices. 展开更多

The increase in anthropogenic carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emissions has exacerbated the deterioration of the global environment,which should be controlled to achieve carbon neutrality.Central to the core goal of achieving carbon neutrality is the utilization of CO_(2) under economic and sustainable conditions.Recently,the strong need for carbon neutrality has led to a proliferation of studies on the direct conversion of CO_(2) into carboxylic acids,which can effectively alleviate CO_(2) emissions and create high-value chemicals.The purpose of this review is to present the application prospects of carboxylic acids and the basic principles of CO_(2) conversion into carboxylic acids through photo-,electric-,and thermal catalysis.Special attention is focused on the regulation strategy of the activity of abundant catalysts at the molecular level,inspiring the preparation of high-performance catalysts.In addition,theoretical calculations,advanced technologies,and numerous typical examples are introduced to elaborate on the corresponding process and influencing factors of catalytic activity.Finally,challenges and prospects are provided for the future development of this field.It is hoped that this review will contribute to a deeper understanding of the conversion of CO_(2) into carboxylic acids and inspire more innovative breakthroughs. 展开更多

Multi-Source data plays an important role in the evolution of media convergence.Its fusion processing enables the further mining of data and utilization of data value and broadens the path for the sharing and dissemination of media data.However,it also faces serious problems in terms of protecting user and data privacy.Many privacy protectionmethods have been proposed to solve the problemof privacy leakage during the process of data sharing,but they suffer fromtwo flaws:1)the lack of algorithmic frameworks for specific scenarios such as dynamic datasets in the media domain;2)the inability to solve the problem of the high computational complexity of ciphertext in multi-source data privacy protection,resulting in long encryption and decryption times.In this paper,we propose a multi-source data privacy protection method based on homomorphic encryption and blockchain technology,which solves the privacy protection problem ofmulti-source heterogeneous data in the dissemination ofmedia and reduces ciphertext processing time.We deployed the proposedmethod on theHyperledger platformfor testing and compared it with the privacy protection schemes based on k-anonymity and differential privacy.The experimental results showthat the key generation,encryption,and decryption times of the proposedmethod are lower than those in data privacy protection methods based on k-anonymity technology and differential privacy technology.This significantly reduces the processing time ofmulti-source data,which gives it potential for use in many applications. 展开更多

There is a problem of unfairness in allocation of radio resources among heterogeneous mobile terminals in heterogeneous wireless networks. Low-capability mobile terminals (such as single-mode terminals) suffer high call blocking probability whereas high-capability mobile terminals (such as quad-mode terminals) experience very low call blocking probability, in the same heterogeneous wireless network. This paper proposes a Terminal-Modality-Based Joint Call Admission Control (TJCAC) algorithm to reduce this problem of unfairness. The proposed TJCAC algorithm makes call admission decisions based on mobile terminal modality (capability), network load, and radio access technology (RAT) terminal support index. The objectives of the proposed TJCAC algorithm are to reduce call blocking/dropping probability, and ensure fairness in allocation of radio resources among heterogeneous mobile terminals in heterogeneous networks. An analytical model is developed to evaluate the performance of the proposed TJCAC scheme in terms of call blocking/dropping probability in a heterogeneous wireless network. The performance of the proposed TJCAC algorithm is compared with that of other JCAC algorithms. Results show that the proposed algorithm reduces call blocking/dropping probability in the networks, and ensure fairness in allocation of radio resources among heterogeneous terminals. 展开更多

With the rapid growth of network technology, the methods and types of cyber-attacks are increasing rapidly. Traditional static passive defense technologies focus on external security and known threats to the target system and cannot resist advanced persistent threats. To solve the situation that cyberspace security is easy to attack and difficult to defend, Chinese experts on cyberspace security proposed an innovative theory called mimic defense, it is an active defense technology that employs “Dynamic, Heterogeneous, Redundant” architecture to defense attacks. This article first briefly describes the classic network defense technology and Moving Target Defense (MTD). Next, it mainly explains in detail the principles of the mimic defense based on the DHR architecture and analyzes the attack surface of DHR architecture. This article also includes applications of mimic defense technology, such as mimic routers, and mimic web defense systems. Finally, it briefly summarizes the existing research on mimic defense, expounds the problems that need to be solved in mimic defense, and looks forward to the future development of mimic defense. 展开更多

The efficient synthesis of dimethylhexane-1,6-dicarbamate(HDC)from 1,6-hexanediamine(HDA)and methyl carbonate over a series of heterogeneous catalysts(e.g.,Mg O,Fe2O3,Mo2O3,and Ce O2)was investigated.The reaction pathway was confirmed as an alcoholysis reaction through a series of designed experiments.Under optimized conditions,100%HDA conversion with 83.1%HDCtotaland 16.9%polyurea was obtained using a onestep with high temperature procedure with Ce O2as the catalyst.A new two-step with variable temperature technology was developed based on the reaction pathway to reduce the polyurea yield.Using the proposed method,the HDCtotalyield reached 95.2%,whereas the polyurea yield decreased to 4.8%.The Ce O2catalyst showed high stability and did not exhibit any observable decrease in the HDC yield or any structural changes after four recycling periods. 展开更多

Industry leaders are currently setting out standards for 5G networks projected for 2020 or even sooner. Future generation networks will be heterogeneous in nature as no single network type will be capable of optimally meeting all the rapid changes in customer demands. With the advent of multi-homed devices and heterogeneous network (HetNet) solution, great concerns arise in the processes involved for successful handover. Active calls that get dropped or cases of poor quality of service experienced by mobile users can be attributed to the phenomenon of delayed handover (HO) or an outright case of an unsuccessful handover procedure. This work compares multiple criteria handover basis to its traditional single relative signal strength (RSS) base counterpart. It analyses the performance of a fuzzy-based VHO algorithm scheme in a Wi-Fi, WiMAX, UMTS and LTE integrated network using OMNeT++ event simulator. The loose coupling network architecture is adopted and simulation results analysed for the two major categories of handover;the multiple and single criteria. Results obtained show a better overall throughput, better call dropped rate and shorter handover time for the multiple criteria based decision method as compared to the single criteria based technique. This work also highlights current research trends, challenges of seamless handover and initiatives for Next Generation HetNet. 展开更多

“双碳”目标的纵深推进对绿色技术创新提出新的要求,绿色技术创新成为实现绿色低碳循环发展的重要引擎。文章将绿色技术创新划分为绿色技术创新水平与绿色技术创新效率,基于2005—2020年中国西部11省区的面板数据深入探讨绿色技术创新... “双碳”目标的纵深推进对绿色技术创新提出新的要求,绿色技术创新成为实现绿色低碳循环发展的重要引擎。文章将绿色技术创新划分为绿色技术创新水平与绿色技术创新效率,基于2005—2020年中国西部11省区的面板数据深入探讨绿色技术创新对碳减排的影响。研究结果发现:(1)绿色技术创新显著抑制西部省区碳排放,其中绿色技术创新效率的碳减排作用更强,且绿色技术创新对重污染行业和西北省区的碳减排效应更行之有效;(2)绿色技术创新通过产业优化与能源优化双路径促进西部省区降碳减排;(3)绿色技术创新的碳减排效应因政府支持力度差异而具备单门槛效应,其中绿色技术创新水平对碳减排的影响效应呈现倒“U”型变化,绿色技术创新效率的减排效应随政府支持力度提高而增加。在超过临界值的环境规制强度下,绿色技术创新反而难以有效实现降碳减排。基于以上结论,文章从提升绿色技术“质量”,优化能源与产业结构,调控政府干预力度等角度提出对策建议。 展开更多

技术红利兑现视角下农产品交易秩序非均质变迁研究

PC互联网时代存在的“数字鸿沟”,在移动互联网时代大大缩小。在此背景下,蓬勃发展的农村电商带来农产品交易秩序的快速变迁。学界结构或主体视角的研究,呈现的变迁是线性整体变化,没有描述解释在群体中的非均质改变。基于此,立足技术红利兑现视角,构建“红利兑现-秩序变迁”的理论框架,并以Z县干茶市场交易秩序变迁为具体案例进行分析。研究表明,农村电商应用引发的农产品交易秩序变迁,呈现为线上熟人型、半熟人型、去熟人型三种形态在不同群体中的失衡态分布。形成逻辑与技术红利在各群体中的兑现具有同一性,即强调群体政治资源禀赋影响逻辑,带来的后果是群体包容性不足的交易秩序变迁以及群体之间和群体内部的两极化发展。在移动互联网时代,应构建政府引领、村社介入、优质电商企业带动的均衡互惠型的电商发展模式以及秩序变迁格局。 展开更多

Catalytic technologies have been paid increasing attention in refractory pollutants abatement due to its practical and potential values in water purification. As effective and efficient approaches for water purification, Fenton's reagent, ozonation, electrochemical and photocatalytic methods have been widely studied and applied in different aspects and have been reviewed by several articles. In recent years, some novel catalytic processes based on above processes have been developed for enhancing the efficiency of removing the organics from water. This review emphasized on the recent development of heterogeneous catalytic ozonation, electrocatalysis in respect of novel electrodes and electro-Fenton method, photoelectrocatalysis process and photoelectron-Fenton in water purification. It was also an attempt to propose general ideas about mechanism and principle enhancing the catalytic efficiency for the degradation and the mineralization of organics in water. 展开更多
